"man, only existed for a couple of weeks or so and i'm already getting bombarded with questions?" the skeleton chuckled.

"well, since you asked so nicely, pal, i guess i can please ya with some answers. i'm twelve years old, the daycare's fine, and thanks for the treat!" she chuckled again, catching the baked good in her hand easily once it was thrown over to her.

"ya'll really like coming in threes, huh?" the skeleton took another bite of her cookie, a delightful hum leaving her nonexistent lips at the taste. "my favorite flower is, eh ... [favorite flower], my bestfriends are goth and palette, and what i like to do in my free time ...?"

suddenly, a spark lit up in her sockets; one that was full of mischief and something else that was unreadable as a wide grin spread out across her features. "well, that's none of your concern. for now, at least~"

looking to the side, the skeleton quirked a nonexistent brow when she saw the some of the skele-kids near her seemed to have some matches in their grubby little hands.

"oi," the kids jumped and froze in their place at the sound of the older skeleton's voice, "throw those away. you know better than to start a fire in the daycare. especially after what happened last time," she warned.

the kids gulped. "y-yes, miss [y/n] ..."

"oh, yeah!" blueberry clapped his hands together joyously. "miss [y/n]'s great! she's so nice, and she even gave horror back his toy knife after mister pj took it away!" he exclaimed.

"she did WHAT?!" pj snapped in the background.

"a favorite coworker?" [y/n] grinned and proceeded to ignore the dark aura emitting from her boss behind her, obviously feeling the glare he was sending to the back of her head. "can't decide. they're all pretty great, to be honest."

"oh, [y/n]'s lovely," pj said before casually whacking [y/n] upside the head for being an idiot. "at least, as long as she isn't giving literal toddlers weapons."

"i personally don't see any problem with it," [y/n] shrugged. "they'll have to learn how to stab someone someday, jammy jams."

"i — excuse me??"

amongst pj's and [y/n]'s banter, fellswap laughed maniacally as cookies suddenly began to rain from the sky. "yes!" he cried, "give me all of the sugary treats—"

he was cut off when a crowd of alternate him's suddenly ran into him and brought him into the floor, encasing him in their arms.

"no! affection!!" mal snarled with disgust. "release me, you heathens!!"

"HEY!" fell sans threw a toy at the back of the caretaker's head. "WE HEARD THAT, DUMMY!!"

"interesting thing?" pj hummed in thought. "uh ... well ..."

looking around to make sure that no one was close enough to hear him, pj motioned for the asker to come closer before whispering:

"palette has a crush on someone here."

"something off the top of my head?" [y/n] grinned emotionlessly. "female hyenas have penises."

from the kitchen, [y/n] heard pj gasp in horror, followed by the sound of a plate shattering.

"oh, and by the way, the others can't answer your questions right now. they're in school."

in the background, pj could be heard calling the young skeleton by her full name, and she chuckled.

"hehe. i'm in danger."

blueberry huffed and pouted. "didn't i already tell you guys how great miss [y/n] was?" he asked.

"i don't see why we can't remind them again," dream added cheerfully.

"yeah," ink grinned, "miss [y/n]'s pretty great."

from [y/n]'s designated 'timeout' corner ( a place given to her by none other than pj ), the skeleton grinned. "already said: don't have a favorite. everyone's pretty chill," she told.

"hm ..." nightmare looked over to the skeletons that had been listed off to him, his gaze focusing on [y/n] specifically.

"pathetic."

having returned to the kitchen after placing [y/n] in timeout, pj hummed thoughtfully and looked between the donuts and the fridge.

"where am i gonna put all of these?"

"oh, life's good," [y/n] said, all whilst ignoring the worried look the asker was giving her as she held clover and spade in place by their ears to keep them from trying to escape. "and i don't know why you're asking about my clothes, but i'd say they're pretty casual," she shrugged.

"OH, FOR PETE'S SAKE!!" [y/n] turned around to see pj having a mental breakdown over all of the new snacks the children were recieving.

"IF YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP GIVING THEM FOOD, AT LEAST GIVE THEM SOMETHING HEALTHY, WOULD YOU?!"
