IN WHICH the traitor with no one left, manages to capture the heart of the Gods' chosen one.

SUMMARY: Gideon Wilde was a nobody. His own mother, some powerful Greek Goddess, refused to claim him during his years at Camp. So when an older camper, the only one who ever made him feel like he belonged (and the only one who remembered his name) asked Gideon to join him in overthrowing Olympus... how could he refuse? 

Everything went well... until the battle finished, and they lost. Gideon was forgiven thanks to Percy Jackson's intervention on his behalf, and sent back to Camp. The place that he'd tried so hard to leave.

The only difference was that he was older now. He was okay with being labeled the traitor, with being talked behind his back, he was even okay with being claimed as the son of Enyo, the Greek Goddess of war, conflict, and destruction. Some would even say it was fitting. The traitor would obviously be the son of such a bloodthirsty Goddess. He had already decided he was done with the Gods and their false promises.

But then, the one camper who tried to make Gideon belong, goes missing, the camp is in shambles, three new demigods arrive... and for some reason, Gideon thinks he has to get involved with the Godly world once more.

FACTS:

- Gideon is a few months younger than Percy - December baby. And about half a year older than Jason.

- You don't have to write the PJO series because there's no jason x gideon interactions, but i suggest writing gideon's forgiveness scene as the prologue/chapter one to show some backstory.

- Gideon was on Luke's side bcz Luke was the only one who even remembered his name (he's unclaimed until after PJO). He believed Luke would do good, but then there are moments where he's thinking of leaving the Titans. He helps Percy escape a few times (by ignoring/causing a distraction) which makes Percy often try to hunt him down and get him back to the Gods' side. But Gideon's scared and he pushes Percy away. After the battle, he's the last demigod alive and the gods are debating what to do with him, but Percy comes forward. He asks for Gideon's forgiveness and they reluctantly agree. The deal is that he stays at Camp until he's 18 (not a foot outside, except for extreme scenarios)

- Back at Camp, no one really trusts him the first day. And then, while burning the shrouds, he gets claimed by Enyo and the hostility grows immediately. Chiron gets a cabin built quickly bcz he's scared for his safety. So he's basically alone at Camp, but he doesn't even care. He's just tired and he wants it all to be over, and he wants to turn 18 so he can finally leave. He just wants to drop the Godly world, he doesn't even hate it. Percy spends that summer trying to make Gideon feel welcome and it works, but then he leaves for school. The two strike up a somewhat friendship, where Percy's often iris-messaging to check in and what not. Gideon pretends like he doesn't care because it's easier that way.

- And during winter break... Percy goes missing. Gideon's rattled like the rest of the Camp is, but he hides it pretty well. When Piper, Jason, and Leo arrive, he's the one to dry them off. He notices the tattoo on Jason's arm, and points it out to Annabeth (they have an okay relationship) and she tells Gideon to take him to Chiron. Gideon does the tour, but he feels so off balance because of all the 'prophecies' Jason claimed to see. 

- Gideon is selected to be on the quest... which makes the Camp so mad. But they can't say no, and off Gideon is with the trio.

- sad ending, can't escape fate, they both fall at the same time but jason is more willing to act on it at the start. gideon's scared, he's a traitor, doesn't deserve him

- I've got more ideas for the plot, but I'll pm them to you!

For the title: I've got 'NO EXIT' which you recommended and 'NO WAY OUT' which is an idea I have. You can use either, or a different title if you wish.
