Unlike Skyline, missions will not be as huge a thing, you will not rely on Instagram as much, and collecting credits isn't required. However, there will be things you can do to get my attention that will increase your likelihood of debuting.

╰┈➤ I. PRACTICE ROOM
this is the main way to gain
my attention. this isn't required,
but may help me notice you for
debut. in the practice room part
there will be a comment line that
acts as a comment spam. you can
comment on that line the date and
time. i'll be watching these comments
and the more your username pops
up, the more i might consider you
for debut. You can use the practice
room up to 5 times a day.

of course the more you vote, the more
i see your username in my feed. voting
will definitely help me notice you, so
feel free to vote when parts are published.

╰┈➤ III. INSTAGRAM
this, again, is not required. however,
being active in the groupchat will most
certainly catch my attention.

the trainees that catch my attention the most will be given spotlight activities. spotlight is a part that will be published later on and it's a place where every so often i'll upload a video. this could be a group video where i choose multiple trainees to put in the spotlight, or it might me solo. videos posted range from covers, or practice videos. this is an easy way for trainees to have pre-debut activities. staff may also be included in credits for these videos.

these are the basic things you must follow to maintain your contract with horizon records. failure to comply may result in termination depending on the severity of the issue or your willingness to correct the issue. 3 warnings and your contract is automatically terminated.

╰┈➤ I. KINDNESS
be kind and respectful not just to me but others too. no bullying or being rude to others. there's a difference between your oc having a blunt personality and being plain rude. don't overdo it. if there are issues between you and another admin, inform me so that i can attempt to help solve the issue before it worsens.

╰┈➤ II. FORM
please make sure your form is filled completely. there are optional things you can obviously not answer, but if it doesn't say optional or you know it's required, make sure to fill the field. if anything is wrong with your form i'll let you know and give you the opportunity to fix it, but if you repeatedly ignore the form criteria i'll have to ignore your forms as well. aesthetics are fine as long as i can still read the form. keep your form realistic, absolutely no relationship to real life idols. your trainees cannot be perfect either.

╰┈➤ III. INSTAGRAM
if you optionally join us on instagram, keep rule i. In mind, because it applied here too. avoid mentioning triggers, especially serious ones and make sure to include everyone. don't leave anyone out, because it can be extremely boring and get old fast when friend groups just shut everyone who's not part of their group out of the conversation. 18+ should obviously be kept private and not in the gc. drama is fine when all parties are fine with it. be patient while waiting for replies, people can very much get busy with life outside of krp or with other afs.

╰┈➤ IV. RELATIONSHIPS
relationships, well... i can't stop anyone even if I wanted to. dating is allowed here, in or outside the company as long as you follow the other company rules too. absolutely no adult minor relationships, unless they were dating before one party became an adult and the other will be an adult soon. if your oc is over 19/18, but their faceclaim is still a minor, respect the faceclaim and treat the oc like a minor until the faceclaim is an adult. the age system is based off of the korean age system.

╰┈➤ V. FACECLAIMS
faceclaim restrictions are a must to make sure nothing crazy is going on here, Lord knows I don't want a 30 year old niki and a 16 year old irene... i accept k-pop, j-pop, and c-pop idols as well as actors from the three as well. your faceclaim can have a max of 5 years from your oc. idol trainees must be born between 1995-2006. acting trainees should be 1990-2006. staff must be 1988-1998.

╰┈➤ VI. TRAINEES LIMIT
there isn't one. you can have as many as you like as long as you as the admin don't just abandon them. i prefer you have both female and male trainees, but it's not required.

╰┈➤ VII. ACTIVITY
please be active, nobody wants their af to flop. if you don't show some form of activity, your trainees don't have a future here. they will be removed and someone else can take their faceclaim. trainees if inactive or if you decide to leave yourself will not be available for adoption, their faceclaim is just available for someone else. however if you have an idol oc and decide to leave or go inactive, ill have to put your oc up for adoption. if you go on hiatus, you must let me know to avoid being counted inactive.

╰┈➤ IX. USERNAME
oh my god if you change your username i beg you to let me know. please don't announce it on your own message board and expect me to know, cause I won't get the announcement unless I follow you. pm me, post to my message board, or comment in the practice room please. if I can't find you, your contract immediately ends.

╰┈➤ X. SKYLINE
You can apply the same oc to both Skyline and HORIZON. However, if they debut under one they will no longer be eligible for debut under the other. If you've already filled a form for Skyline, but would like to apply the same oc here you do not need to fill a new form. Just submit the one from Skyline. Of course you can also have separate trainees under each company.
