It's okay to sometimes want to appear stronger in front of other people and hide your emotions from them if you want to. They are your emotions. But never hide your feelings from yourself. It could consume and suffocate you.

Sit and think about how you feel. No matter how scary it might be. You can cry, you can laugh, you can get mad. As long as you're letting out your feelings.

So cry if you want to. Don't hold your tears. Soon enough it will be over and you'll be fine. Just always stay hopeful.

After that it will be easier to accept your feelings and maybe even find an answer to your problem after reevaluating everything.

Remember: Your emotions belong to no one else but you. Own them. Feel however you want and don't hide from yourself.
