"YOU NEED A BREAK, ADDIE," Jaebeom her with a worried sigh. She hummed as she played a few strings on the guitar with a thoughtful look on her face. He rolled his eyes and walked over to her and sat down next to her on the floor.

"Are you even listening to me?"

Adele snapped out of her state and took a glance at her leader with a blank face, "What?" She said, confusion plastered on her face.

He gave her a glare before snatching her guitar and put it behind him, ignoring her pleads, "You're avoiding us."

She scowled and sighed, "I'm not. I'm just, you know, writing." She excused and gave him a tight smile.

If looks would kill, Adele would be six feet under. He scratched the back of his neck and sighed, "Look, Addie, you've been acting very distant and you're making all of us worry about you." He told her, his face showing concern.

Adele felt the guilt inside her stomach and closed her eyes. Ever since she debuted with them, she's been acting very tense and awkward. Excited isn't a word for her when she first started in the group, she was over the moon and was so grateful, but recently, she's been feeling insecure and doubting if this was really the right choice for her.

The boys meant the world for her and she would do anything for them, but she found herself lost and struggled with finding her rightful place in the group, and that's something she would never admit to her members, not even to herself.

As if Jaebeom could read her mind, his eyes softened, "I know being in a group of boys can be handful, but we also want you to open up and talk to us." He said with a soft voice, putting a hand on her shoulder.

Adele could feel her eyes water and she quickly blinked, choking back a sob, "I-I'm sorry, Jae." She apologized and looked down at her lap, nervously fumbling with her fingers.

Jaebeom rubbed her shoulder, "Take your time." She shook her head and let out a whimper and put her hands on her face, breathing heavily.

"N-No, J-Jaebeom, I'm very sorry. I just, I don't what I'm doing and I don't know my place in here." She admitted, her voice cracking at the end. His heart clenched and frowned when he watched her wiping her tears and profusely apologizing, "Why do you keep apologizing for feeling like this?"

Adele looked at him, her mouth slightly open and shakily breathed, "I-I just it is so embarrassing crying in front of you since you're the leader after all and-." He took her into his arms, "Don't even say that, Addie. Your problems are my problems. It's totally normal to feel this way, I don't blame you. I would do the same if I were you. I guess it takes time to get used to it." He told her, rubbing her back.

She let out a muffled sob into his chest and started to shake into his arms. He rocked her back and forth, whispering sweet words into her ear, holding her tight. "I got you, babe. It's gonna be okay."

She sniffled, "I k-know. Thank you. I'm so grateful to have you." His stomach fluttered and let out a chuckle, "I'm also very grateful to have you too. We're gonna get through this together, okay? I got your back, always."

She pulled away and put both of her hands on his chest, looking at him with a soft smile, "Okay."
