Physical Description
Kriana Sparks-O'Neil is a pale-skinned girl with some Irish descent from her biological parents [whose names and whereabouts are currently unknown to the girl at this time]. Kriana has bright sea-green eyes and curly reddish brown hair which is usually worn in a standard messy bun-like style.

In her casual appearance, Kriana is usually seen wearing a gray short-sleeve shirt with a forest green jacket containing two pockets [one on each side of the jacket], black denim jeans, grey lightning bolt themed high-top socks and light grey high-top laced sneakers.

On occasion, Kriana will switch out the forest green jacket for a simple navy blue jacket with white laces [Kriana simply prefers the forest green jacket more]. Additionally when the weather gets colder, she'll swap out her grey short-sleeve shirt for a grey long-sleeve instead of wearing her standard grey short-sleeve.

In terms of warmer weather and/or when Kriana gets bored of wearing her own typical outfit, she will wear a light beige laced blouse with a black slightly medium-length skirt [or dark grey leggings, it just depends on how she feels and the weather on that day] in addition to white medium-length socks and light beige combat boots.

Regardless of her outfit attire, Kriana is always seen with a black camera on hand which has Property of Kriana Sparks-O'Neil etched on the camera. In addition, her camera is seen with a few ladybug stickers added. Her personal camera is always attached to a red and black spotted strap, which Kriana tends to wear over her shoulder for easy access to take photographs. When going on dates/semi-formal events, Kriana tends to make her own obsession with ladybugs known. As such, she is seen wearing a ladybug-themed dress [a red medium-length dress with black spots] with black sparkly wedges, ladybug-themed earrings and a ladybug hair pin that she wears on her head. Rather than the standard messy bun look that she wears, she tends to wear her hair down.

She tends to adore his awkward/nervous mannerism and loves hearing all about his latest discoveries in scientific field, so as such, he tends to let her watch and on a few occasions, he'll even let Kriana participate [if the experiment wasn't deemed to be life threatening for her or harmful].

Personality:
Laidback, fun-spirited and adventurous, Kriana is known as the "daring type" as she's always up to try new things and has a tendency to go put herself out there through all of the different activities she's in.

Despite being adventurous by nature and not being afraid to face danger, she isn't one to run towards danger as she prefers having a plan on hand and being prepared for the worst possible outcome [this mentality will come to her within time, but as of current, she tends to jump into situations]. But if majority of her friends run off, she'll scold her friends all the same, but Kriana will join them nonetheless.

Kriana enjoys being involved and can often be described as a extrovert for her outgoing and sociable nature. Because of this, she's known to be relatively friendly to those that she comes across to a certain extent. Although Kriana is friendly to most people, if she has a 'bad feeling' about someone, then she'll act judgmental and abrasive towards the people she finds suspicious.

However, her skepticism is often mistaken for Kriana being jealous [as she tends to be judgmental and abrasive towards those that she's jealous of]. As such, people do not generally believe Kriana at first due to the girl's skepticism being associated with that of her jealousy.

Despite this, Kriana is capable of being fooled if she comes across someone who is able to hide their intentions very well [think highly manipulative people]. This mindset will end up being the case when it comes to her former first girlfriend/current ex, Serenade "Serena" Laurentius, whom Kriana will come to believe [and date... again] as the two of them spend time together. As such, Kriana won't realize that Serena is using her until it becomes too late.

In spite of that, when Kriana is wrong, she'll often take accountability for her behavior and apologize at the first chance she gets. However when Kriana is right, she tends to act somewhat arrogantly, especially when she's correct about the individual that she's suspicious towards as she'll usually brag about being right and follow up with an "I told you so!" afterwards.

But that arrogant behavior doesn't really last long as she's self aware of how annoying it is, so Kriana tries to keep that kind of attitude to a minimal. However, if she tends to be in the moment for too long, usually Zen or one of her friends will call Kriana out on her behavior, to which Kriana will immediately become embarrassed, apologize and simply stop herself right then and there.

Aside from that, Kriana is known for having a competitive spirit as she loves to compete but she's usually fairly tame when it comes to losing as it's usually about the experience that she enjoys. As such, Kriana is able to move on pretty quickly and playfully ask for a rematch [depending on what the situation is], but to a certain extent.

If she's going against a rival, then she tends to be overly competitive. If Kriana loses to said rival, then she tends to act quite aggressive towards the rival, who usually responds by getting under her skin. Due to this, Kriana becomes irrational and lets her anger get the best of her [one of the few times that her usual laidback nature is not seen]. As such, she'll become impulsive and if no one is around to stop her... well, let's just say that she tends to be... quite physical.

Usually [aside from what was written above], Kriana is {for the most part} a calm and collected individual who tends to think before she acts. She's also relatively smart as she serves as a part-time tutor and enjoys helping those in need.

In addition, she's also seen as a curiously minded individual. She often tends to search for answers and isn't one to take "no" for an answer, especially when she's determined and/or passionate on a topic.

This curiosity is what leads Kriana and her older adoptive brother [Arsenio] to team up with her mentee, 14-year-old genius prodigy Athena Pierce, who ends up discovering their adoptive grandmother's [Isabella Sparks] old notebook and rebuilds the machine that will end up giving Kriana and Arsenio powers that are similar and/or resemble the abilities of their adoptive mothers.

While Kriana ends up with powers that are similar to Mara Sparks-O'Neil, Arsenio will end up getting powers that resemble that of April Sparks-O'Neil. As such, Kriana [much like her older adoptive brother, Arsenio] will have to balance her newfound powers and her new life as a meta-human, but luckily for her, she has help in the form of a mentor, which is none other than her own adoptive mother, Mara Sparks-O'Neil.

Electricity Manipulation: Kriana will gain the power to control electricity, which will initially be influenced by her emotions. Because of this factor, the extent of how much electricity she can control is unclear. Depending upon how strong her emotions are in the moment, Kriana can be capable of creating blackouts [much like her mother, but to what degree is still a bit unclear].

However due to her powers being linked to strong bursts of emotions, she tends to lose control at very inconvenient times {such as shooting electricity out of her hands when stressed or being overwhelmed with excitement that Kriana unintentionally causes the lights to temporarily shut down before being restored due to her calming down}. This, however, will become easier to manage once Kriana's adoptive mother, Mara Sparks-O'Neil, comes to help her.

Once she knows how to handle her strong bursts of emotions, Kriana will then be able to control the limitations of her electricity manipulation powers, which she can set as it's ultimately up to her mindset. The stronger her confidence is regarding her ability, the more effective her electricity manipulation powers will be.

Camouflage/"Invisibility" - Kriana, including her clothing and any objects she has on her (if any), can blend into her surroundings, allowing her to sneak up on her enemies or, in some cases, flee from them. The resulting effect ends up closely resembling that of invisibility, hence why everyone seems to think she's "invisible" as no one else is able to see her when she activates this ability.

This camouflaging ability is unique from her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks O'Neil} and her adoptive grandmother {Isabella Sparks} as Kriana is the only one who has the capability to turn "invisible" as Isabella and Mara never had this ability.

Portals {Electric Teleportation} - When concentrated on a specific location, Kriana is able to generate portals by manipulating her electricity powers. All Kriana has to do is rotate her hands around counterclockwise three times and once she has the location in mind, a portal will then appear with the location she envisioned on the other side of the portal that she created.

With these portals, Kriana is able to transport people and/or objects from one place to another. However, she has limitations to these portals.

While Kriana claims that she can transport multiple people and objects in and out of portals, the truth is that she can't because she will end up excessing her limitation of 
carrying people {her maximum capacity is five for every one portal} and the objects in possession {her maximum capacity of objects is no more than five; heavy objects go to no more than three, which itself is pushing her max}. Additionally, she can create no more than three portals at a time — regardless of the situations the girl faces.

But since Kriana is as equally stubborn as her adoptive mother {Mara}, she'll ignore her limitations and insist that she's "limitless" {which is simply impossible}. As such, her decision to boast that she has no limitations will come back to haunt her when the girl realizes that she is (in fact) not limitless.

If (or when — given her stubbornness) Kriana ends up exceeding her limitations, she will end up becoming gradually become exhausted and as the fatigue catches up to the girl, the portals will start to flicker. When the portals start to flicker, it'll become much harder for her to transport people or objects. When she collapses from the fatigue, the portals will then disappear along with the objects and/or people who were caught up inside.

Kriana is also able to teleport herself and create portals specifically for herself to get herself from one place to another and escape and/or attack her enemies as needed or transport any items/objects as needed.

This ability is also unique from her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks O'Neil} and her adoptive grandmother {Isabella Sparks} since Kriana is the only one who has this capability to create portals/use electric teleportation as Mara and Isabella never had this ability.

Weaknesses:
Arrogance: Unlike her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks-O'Neil} who struggled to use her powers at first, Kriana's issue will be overcoming her overly confident nature to the point that she becomes arrogant and starts to neglect her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks-O'Neil}'s lessons.

Kriana will think she is capable of teaching herself... which is going to spontaneously backfire on the girl in the worst way possible.

Once she overcomes her arrogance and accepts that she still has much to learn, she'll be able to control her abilities and learn how to correctly harness her powers without having her powers overwhelm her.

Inexperience: Much like her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks-O'Neil} who once grew up without powers, Kriana will too be unaware on what it means to be a "meta-human" or how to even properly handle the powers that were unintentionally given to her.

However, because she'll have her adoptive mother {Mara Sparks-O'Neil} helping her, Kriana will be able to gradually build upon her own experience. She'll also excel at her powers as she's more willing to work with her powers {unlike Mara who had wanted
nothing to do with her powers}. But because she is still learning, she is limited by what she can do.

1. Kriana's powers will be different [to some extent] from her adoptive mother, Mara Sparks-O'Neil and that of her adoptive grandmother, Isabella Sparks. For instance, her adoptive mother has access to using an electric blast and punch, but Kriana won't have these abilities. Nor will Kriana possess lightning bolt strikes and projections like that of her adoptive grandmother, Isabella Sparks.

Rather, she'll be the only one with the ability to turn invisible and possess the ability to use electrical teleportation/create portals. Furthermore, Kriana will end up unlocking more abilities when she gains another "mentor" to "help" her.

2. Unlike her mother who was initially fearful and distraught about her powers, Kriana is excited about her powers and eager to learn all that she can. So while Kriana will be a student to her mother, she comes to learn that she is a fast learner and gets bored of the lessons that her mother teach her. However, Kriana will come to learn that she still has more lessons to learn.

3. Regarding her second quote, it'll be made when she would've already broken up with Maverick "Ricky" Holmes [who she was initially dating before as her boyfriend] as the two of them realize they're better off just being friends and pursuing other people. This quote will also be made upon ending her relationship with her first girlfriend, Serenade "Serena" Laurentius, as she realizes that it was never Serena that she loved but Zenaida.

4. Kriana's relationship with Zenaida "Zen" Carson-Jones will essentially come down to this: Zen fell first, Kriana fell harder. Kriana might've seen Zen as a best friend, but she will end up falling harder for Zen as time passes.

5. Also because I am a sucker for Disney movies and I can't get the comparisons out of my head, Kriana's relationship with Zenaida "Zen" Carson-Jones will be inspired by Prince Eric and Princess Ariel's relationship from Disney's The Little Mermaid [both animated and live action versions will play a role in shaping these two].

Kriana takes on the role of Prince Eric, given their similar love for music as well as the two hearing a melody/siren song calling out to them. Zen, on the other hand, will take on the role of Ariel, given their adventurous spirit and the two being the first to fall for their respective love interest.

5. Also since I'm on the topic, Kriana's relationship with her ex-girlfriend-and-later-love interest, Serenade "Serena" Laurentius, is going to be similar to that of Prince Eric and Vanessa [aka Ursula]'s relationship [y'all saw this coming now]. With Kriana taking on the role of Prince Eric [for reasons listed above], Serena takes on the role of Ursula due to her persuasive nature as well as her manipulating but cunning personality. 

6. In addition, Kriana's relationship with Serenade "Serena" Laurentius, is going to be somewhat similar to the one that is shared between Cordelia and Odette from Celestial Mutants [a original fandom created by GeekyCookie1] as I couldn't resist the urge to go reference them.

Because of this, Kriana ends up taking the role of Cordelia as the two gradually end up falling back in love with their ex-girlfriend, only to end up being manipulated and used by their ex-girlfriend-turned-lover later on. Serenade, on the other hand, ends up taking the role of Odette due to the two sharing a spoiled/wealthy background and the gradual build up the two go through in winning back their ex-girlfriend.

While Cordelia was emotionally and physically abused by Odette, Kriana will only end up being emotionally abused by Serenade. Much like Cordelia though, Kriana will end up getting back with her ex-girlfriend and initially fall for her girlfriend's manipulation.

However, that is where similarities end because while Cordelia's demeanor towards her girlfriend [Odette] changes upon breaking free from her control, Kriana's demeanor to Serenade will slightly shift when her girlfriend gains somewhat of a change in heart and tells the girl to go follow her heart [as Serenade will end up falling for Aurélia Chandler, who is Cameron Chandler's daughter].

As such, the two will still be enemies [and Kriana certainly won't forgive Serenade all because she performed one gesture of kindness], but their aggression towards the other lessened... to an extent.

7. Unlike her adoptive mother [Mara Sparks-O'Neil] who forcibly obtained her powers, Kriana will gain her powers completely by accident.

She [along with her adoptive older brother, Arsenio] were trying to help Athena with the machine created by their adoptive grandmother's on their mother's side [Isabella Sparks] when the two siblings noticed that two of the plugs weren't securely attached
to the rest of the machine. As such, the siblings went to connect the plugs together at the same time, but as soon as they did, the machine activated with the two still inside.

As such, the machine that Isabella created [which had some leftover meta-human DNA from Mara Sparks-O'Neil and some leftover kraang DNA from April Sparks-O'Neil from Isabella obtaining some of their blood] injected their respective adoptive mother's own blood into their system... separately.

As a result, Kriana obtained Mara's meta-human DNA, which now resulted in the girl manipulating/controlling electricity since her blood cells infused with Mara's meta-human DNA. This is also how Kriana goes from being fully human to a meta-human with electric powers.

8. Kriana ends up being a mentor to Athena Pierce when the two end up attending the same science-and-tech-based summer camp. After partnering on a project together for the summer camp, the two end up bonding from that experience and by the end of the summer, the two become friends.

As such when the two learn that the other is attending Roosevelt High School for the fall, the two of them end up getting in contact with each other. So when Kriana finds Athena on the first day of school and continues to check on her thereafter, the two end up developing a mentor-mentee type of friendship with Kriana attempting to help out Athena in any way that she can.

9. The origin of Kriana and Arsenio getting their powers essentially start when Athena develops a interest in Isabella Sparks [whom the two were unaware of as their mothers never told them about the woman]. As such, Kriana and Arsenio both get curious and ask their mothers about Isabella, but both of them refuse to provide information about the woman.

As such, the two decide to do some research of their own until Athena ends up calling them about a notebook she discovered had belong to their adoptive grandmother. This leads the two to Athena's underground lair/laboratory where the three come to learn of Isabella's machine to create super-powered humans using the various DNA that she had acquired from the years.

Knowing that the vials containing the various DNA samples were destroyed, neither of them thought it would actually be possible to finish what Isabella started. Nonetheless, they were curious about the machine and decided to rebuild it, believing nothing would happen. Little did Kriana know that their decision to rebuild Isabella's machine would end up altering her and Arsenio's lives.... Forever.
