โ€” โ ( chapter eleven, all is fairย  ) แต•ฬˆ เณซหšโˆ—ย

TODAY WAS THE SAEBOM SCHOOL FAIR. Jang Moonyoung stood next to a random booth as she looked around at her surroundings. Her classmates were all having a good time, so she decided to join in on the fun. She approached the water balloon throwing station and paid for 8 balloons.

She threw her first balloon at Chorong which hit his chubby face exactly, then she threw the balloons at the other boys, also hitting them straight in the face. She then noticed Jukyung wandering around.

"Jubal!" Moonyoung called as she ran towards Jukyung "Oh, Moonyoung!" Jukyung beamed. The two girls wandered around before hearing whispers as Gowon walked through the crowd. "Gowon," Moonyoung sighed as she and Jukyung ran towards Gowon, bringing her to the school.

The three girls sat in the science room. "It's my first time doing someone else's makeup," Jukyung explained nervously, "Just try it," Moonyoung urged, "My Gowon can't mess up on stage because of some judgemental brats," Moonyoung added.

"But, do I look really weird?" Gowon asked cupping her cheek, "No, you look pretty," Jukyung and Moonyoung said simultaneously "But let's make some small changes, okay?" Jukyung asked as Gowon nodded.

Jukyung started to remove the makeup, then reapplied the base, then she did Gowon's eyeshadow and brows, bringing more depth into the eyes as well as adding a bit of glitter under the eyes to make Gowon sparkle on stage.

After that Gowon and Moonyoung rushed backstage where Gowon was to go on stage first. She watched backstage as Gowon and the others sing beautifully, Gowon totally outshining the others.

Then it was Gowon's solo. Her voice was clear and pure. like an angel came down upon them to sing. If Moonyoung could hear the heavens, she assumed she would hear a voice like Gowon's. The crowd and Moonyoung watched in awe as the girl sang beautifully. After Gowon finished she received a standing ovation.

It was now Moonyoung's turn, she entered the stage and sat in the middle with her guitar, and started singing.

Cause loving you is easy 'cause you're beautiful

And every day of my life is filled with loving you

Loving you, I see your soul come shining through

And every time that we --

oh I'm more in love with you.

After Moonyoung finished singing, she also received a standing ovation. She smiled and bowed before leaving the stage. Jukyung watched in awe as the Jang girl's voice was honey-like. Silky and sweet. Jukyung thought quietly. Is there anything she can't do?

Moonyoung and Jukyung waited outside as the choir crowded around Gowon, gushing and cheering. Gowon then turned to Jukyung and Moonyoung.

'Unnie!" she cheered as she ran over to the girls. She hugged both Jukyung and Moonyoung. "You were awesome Gowon," Moonyoung complimented. "Not as cool as you," Gowon remarked "You were the best," Jukyung complimented. "Thank you, unnie." Gowon beamed.

"I didn't do anything," Jukyung excused "Oh! There's my brother!" Gowon cheered as Seojun got there holding two bouquets. He handed one to Gowon and shoved the second one to Moonyoung.

"Good job," he beamed at Gowon who smiled at him, he then turned to Moonyoung. "My mom told me to get them for you," he explained, trying to sound civil, "Tell her I said thank you," Moonyoung replied, also trying to sound civil. "Han Seojun?" Jukyung asked, shocked.

"Do you two know each other? Seojun asked, "Unnie, do you know my brother?" Gowon asked "Brother? Like a real brother?" Jukyung asked as she nudged Moonyoung who innocently shrugged, "Must've slipped my mind," Moonyoung murmured.

Suddenly Soo-ah came running towards them, "Jukyung! Moonyoung! I need your help! Kangsoo suddenly couldn't make it! I need you two right now!" she cried before dragging Moonyoung and Jukyung with her.

Soo-ah led them to the changing room, "Why do look so pretty? For whom?" Soo-ah asked "For Suho," Moonyoung whispered teasingly. Jukyung's cheeks flared red "I'll tell you later," she grinned as Soo-ah pouted "Tell me what? Meanie~" she pouted as she showed Moonyoung and Jukyung the pig costume.

"A pig?!" Jukyung exclaimed "Why? You don't like it? Do you want to be aย  bunny?" Soo-ah asked, "No, I like pigs," Jukyung said quickly. "A lot," she grinned as she took the pig head.ย  "You're so silly~" Soo-ah laughed.

"Then change and come to the basketball court, I have to get some drinks," Soo-ah said as she and Moonyoung left the changing room to go to the basketball court. Jukyung finally joined Moonyoug and Soo-ah as Soojin joined as well.

Moonyoung could sense that Jukyung was upset. She wrapped her arms around Jukyung's waist and whispered "Don't be sad now, be sad later," as the game started. Suho scored the first goal of the match and for his team, then Seojun scored the first goal for his team.

The rest of the match was a neck and neck competition between Suho and Seojun. In the end, Suho scored the winning goal.

After the game, it was nightfall. Moonyoung wanted to go home but Soo-ah held her back. "This next song isn't as well known, but it's a song made by the late Seyeon who I was a fan of," the singer explained as Moonyoung faltered.

Moonyoung heard the whispers. "The one who committed suicide!" One of them hissed as the others agreed. "Why did it have to be this song?" Soojin asked angrily "Han Seojun might start it up with Suho again," totally ignoring the Jang girl.

"Why is there a history between them?" Soo-ah asked, "They were close, Lee Suho, Han Seojun, Yoon Seyeon, and Jang Moonyoung."

ย  ย  ย "Suho didn't tell you?" Soojin asked Jukyung who was just as taken aback as Moonyoung was "Right, of course, I think I remember that," Soo-ah agreed. Moonyoung abruptly stood up and left then and there. "Moonyoung was Seyeon's girlfriend," Soo-ah sighed "She's never been the same after Seyeon,"

She didn't care where she ran to. But her feet led her to the place where all her regrets were. The building that Seyeon had left her. She stood by the edge staring at the night sky. "I see what you mean, Yeon," she stated as tears fell down her cheeks, though no emotion was displayed on her face.

"It really is beautiful up here,"
