โ€” โ ( chapter twenty-nine, and the fight. ) แต•ฬˆ เณซหšโˆ—

THERE WAS NOTHING LIKE A GOOD FIGHT. this time, it was for the vote of Lim Jukyung's mother. Suho and Seojun glared at each other as they both got ready. Seojun pulled his sleeves up and Suho threw the rolling pin into the air and the both started rolling out their dough --- quickly increasing their pace. They both carefully placed the filling into the center of their small piece of dough and then diligently folded it, each making their own beautiful dumpling.

The entire Lim family watched as both boys were busy carefully crafting their dumplings while Moonyoung couldn't help but snicker at their competitiveness. Slowly the first row of dumplings turned into a mountain and then somehow they ended up making Suho a dragon and Seojun a crane.

They finally finished, both of them sitting there, legs crossed and expectant looks on their faces as the Lim family were in awe. "These dumplings look so professional," Mr. Lim complemented, "Its like-" he was cut off, "A neck and neck match," Mrs. Hong gasped, "No, it's a dragon and cane match," Mr. Lim continued, "But I still think the one on the right is a bit better," Juyoung said, Suho sent him a nod while Seojun, a glare.

"No way! the crane is more pretty!" Moonyoung argued, sending Seojun a wink as Suho shot her a glare while Seojun grinned at her, "But what did you make this with?" Mr Lim asked leaning forward and touching the south of the dragon as one dumpling fell off it's back. "Dad!" Jukyung exclaimed as there was a dramatic pause and then...

"Seojunnie wins!" Mrs Hong exclaimed as Seojun punched both arms in the air, "Yes!" Mrs Hong was clapping, Juyoung looked distraught, Jukyung looked confused, "No! Honey-- It was my fault--" Mrs Hong hit him in the chest as Mr Lim looked upset as Suho was grabbing his hair while glaring at Seojun. "Don't be to upset, Suho --- you can always have Moonyoung," Mrs. Hong said, trying to cheer him up.

Moonyoung was downstairs grabbing the dumplings and was about to help Mrs Hong steam them when a string of loud noises came from upstairs. She had gone out of the kitchen to see what was going on and then came Seojun and Suho sliding down the steps with the table while fighting each other.

Moonyoung could not even enjoy dumplings that night as the rest of it was spent watching Suho and Seojun cut each other's toenails while saying "I love you" to one another. Moonyoung had to admit, she enjoyed the night much more as supposed to eating dumplings.

As they left the house, Mrs. Hong kept a stern face. "Store them in your freezer and heat them up with a steamer," she told them as she each handed them a bag full of dumplings, there was a pause before she continued "Don't fight! I don't know what happened between the two-- the three of you. But talk it out, if you keep it all pent up inside, it'll only make it worse,"

"Let them deal with it on their own. Let's go inside now," Jukyung interjected as she ushered her mom back into the house before slamming it shut. There was a moment of silence between the trio and then both Seojun and Suho turned away, sighing.

Moonyoung could not hold it in any longer and burst out laughing, they both groaned as they started to kick and punch the air before running away, leaving Moonyoung alone and very confused.

That night, she had stored the dumplings away as Mrs. Hong had said before going to bed. Mrs Hong's words continuously replayed in her mind as she tossed and turned in her bed. She should talk it out with them... or it'll all be much worse. plus, it would've been what Seyeon wanted.

The next morning she and Seojun had met up to walk to class. When they arrived, the classroom had been decorated full of pictures from the shoot of Jukyung and Seojun from M.Y.K. "What are you doing here?" Seojun asked as he glared at his friends. Moonyoung watched as the class crowded around Seojun and Jukyung. It was like a press conference almost, they were cheering "Tell us!" repeatedly.

"Yah! I have a question from 'Hyun Gyu facts'. Was the man you were on a secret date with art K Mall, Han Seojun?" Hyun Gyu asked as there was a thunder of cheers from the class. "Okay, guys! We are just friends. Nothing more, nothing less. So please stop spreading rumors purely based on speculation," Jukyung said formally as Seojun elbowed her.

"Is this a press conference or what?" he asked as the class continued to disagree, saying it was so obvious. "Say something! Don't let them jump to conclusions like that," Jukyung hissed as Seojun slammed his hands onto the desk at the front. "Guys! If I hear you talk nonsense, you're dead," he warned before turning to Jukyung, "Happy?" those words then started the class to continue talking about Jukyung and Seojun.

"Why do rumors keep spreading about me and Seojun?" Jukyung asked irritably as Moonyoung patted her on the back, "They'll--" Moonyoung was cut off, "You should just go out with him!" Soo-ah offered "How many times is this already? It means that you two were meant to be," Soo-ah said

"We're just friends," Jukyung persisted, "Of course, you guys are friends. But with time, sometimes it changes," Moonyoung interjected, truthfully --- she had just been speaking on her experience, "Jangmoon, you should just go out with Suho, too. You two could suddenly like each other after being friends too, right?" said Soo-ah, "Lim Jukyung, Han Seojun --- Jang Moonyoung, Lee Suho," Soo-ah continued, making hearts, "I can just see it! I can totally see it happening!" Soo-ah gushed

"No, me and Suho would never --- it's against humanity," Moonyoung argued --- she really wished she did not say those words but alas, they had fallen out of her mouth. "You're being suspicious," Soo-ah lectured, "Forget that, I'm going to dig into this today. Are you guys free after school today?" Soo-ah asked, wrapping an arm around Jukyung

"I can't, I have plans with Suho, today," Soojin replied, "What? Just the two of you? Why?" Soo-ah and Moonyoung asked, "Just because, I'll tell you later," Soojin said, "What's going on? Is something going on between you and Suho?" Soo-ah asked, emphasizing the word you. Jukyung had pulled out her phone.

"Who is it?" Moonyoung asked, "What? No one," Jukyung brushed it off before the group parted and Moonyoung went back to class. She sat and listened to the teacher but she heard one thing in one ear and it came out the other. The school day dragged on until it finally came to an end.

It was finally the weekend and Moonyoung spent it just relaxing and watching Kdrama when her phone suddenly started to ring. She peeked into it to see Suho. Why was he calling her so late? She finally decided to pick up.

"What? I was watching Kdrama, is it an emergency?" she asked, "Yeah, come over, I really need your help," Suho said over the line. She debated to herself for a moment or two before she finally replied, "Fine, but if it's something stupid like washing your clothes, I will kill you," she said before hanging up.

She changed really quickly before taking her motorcycle and then driving to his house. She knocked on the door to see Suho in tears, "Yah, why are you so sad?" she asked nervously as he let her in. She moved over to the couch with him following behind her.

"Me and Jukyung had a fight," Suho started, handing her a cup of water, "Is that what this is about?" Moonyoung asked tiredly, "I think she wants to break up with me... She's always hanging around Seojun and I can't stand him. When I told her to stop seeing him, she said no and then asked if it was the end," Suho explained

"You idiot," Moonyoung murmured, "How do you think she feels? She's friends with Seojun and doesn't know how he feels about her. How is she supposed to know? You can't just control her! She has her own thoughts and feelings. You need to consider her feelings to... You asking her to stop being friends with Seojun is like she asking you to stop being friends with me or Soojin," Moonyoung said before getting up.

"It's late, I need to go. Stop calling me about these things," she said before leaving the apartment. She was going to get over Suho. for good.
