After visiting the temple for some mental peace, Deepak returned to his home and went to his room. Juhi, Monami and Koel were in the kitchen doing the preps for the dinner. Juhi was stirring some curry and Monami was cutting the required vegetables for the salad. While Koel just hung on Juhi's shoulder, annoying her to the max.Β

Koel (while looking at Monami) - Mummy, aap kaho to main apni photo zoo mein bhejdu kya?Β

Juhi glared at Koel and Monami laughed mentally.

Koel - Ab jab papa di ki photo Delhi tak bhej sakte hain, to kya main apni photo zoo tak bhi nahi bhej sakti?!

Juhi (in a dangerous tone) - Is ghar mein jisko jo karna hai kare!

Saying so, Juhi walked off & Monami went to Koel to investigate about something.

Monami (in Koel's ear) - Ye..Delhi wale kaun hain?

Koel signaled her to come closer but instead of telling, she ran upstairs towards Deepak's room being followed by Monami. The sister duo was fully enjoying themselves & their togetherness where the elder one chased the younger. While running, the girls reached to Deepak's room where he was checking some reports and got stunned to see his daughters laughing and running and coming towards him. He somehow concluded that his Bitto his chasing his Chhoti.Β

Deepak - Arre arre, ye kya ho raha hai, bacho?!

Koel - Dekhiye na, papa! Di to peechha hi nahi chhod rahi. Baar-baar puchhe ja rahi hain ki vo Delhi wala ladka haan kab kahega!

Saying so, Koel ran out of the room but not before giving some teasing looks to Monami. Monami lowered her gaze in shyness and was about to go from the room, but Deepak called her from behind.Β

Deepak - Bitto, aaj Col. Batra bade man se teri tasveer lekar gaye hain. Bhagwaan kare sab achha hi ho!

Monami who was listening to Deepak's words without looking at him and as he completed, she just ran out of the room as her face flushed completely.Β

Next day, somewhere in a lavish locality of Delhi, a beautiful yet simple bungalow stood proudly who has witnessed every happiness, every sorrow, every smile & every tear. Inside the bungalow, a cute little girl could be seen all dressed up for her school. The girl was Soumya urf Baby ordering her Dadu to the complete the coloring work ASAP!

As soon as Col. Batra entered, he saw a very cute scenario happening in front of his eyes. He saw Col. Sooraj Shergill obeying the instructions of the supreme court of his house i.e. his granddaughter Baby while helping her in completing her school chart.

Col. Batra (while entering) - Arre arre, ye main kya dekh raha hoon Colonel sahab!

Sooraj - Arre aaiye-aaiye Batra ji! Hum apni poti ka project complete karva rahe hain. Kal raat cricket match mein itne busy ho gaye ki ab pachhta rahe hain. (To Baby) Beta tum submarine mein colour karo, main sky mein karta hoon. Teacher ko kya pata chalega!

Sooraj took colour from Baby and started coloringΒ in the sky. While Baby & Col. Batra just observed Sooraj's antics.

Baby - Batra dadu, ye sky kaunse colour ki hoti hai?

Col. Batra - Blue colour ka!

Baby (to Sooraj) - Dadu, aap kaunsa colour kar rahe ho?

Sooraj looked down with his spectacles on and bit his tongue as he observed that he's coloringΒ the sky as green instead of blue. Sooraj muttered her a 'sorry' and again resumed with his work which seemed more like a mission to him.

Col. Batra & Baby laughed on him,Β and Col. Batra moved towards the dining table where a lady was standing. It seemed as if she's in her mid 30s. She was a very pretty looking lady, with fair complexion and thick brown hair. She had beautiful sparkly eyes and was claded in a simple yet classy yellow saree. She was Barkha!

She too smiled as she adored the dada-poti bond. She greeted towards Col. Batra with a warm smile and went and touched his feet. Col. Batra too happily blessed her.

Col. Batra - Dekh rahi ho Barkha beta, ye vahi insaan hain jo na jaane kitno ko command karte thhe aur aaj bhi hazaaron employees ke boss hain, vo kaise ek bachhi ke orders maan rahe hain!

Barkha - Aakhir dadu jo thhehre!

Barkha & Col. Batra laughed and soon all the members were settled on the dining table for breakfast. While all were talking and laughing, a masculine man descended from the stairs who was dressed up formally in a grey suit pant. It seemed as if he's also in his mid 30s, he had a good and attractive physique and his fair chiseled face which was partially covered with beard seemed very handsome. He was Param! Who was ready to visit his father's office for an important meeting.

He came and ruffled Baby's hair receiving a chuckle from everyone. Then he went and touched Sooraj's & Col. Batra's feet, and they blessed him happily. He then went and grabbed a seat near Sooraj and waited for breakfast with spreading a newspaper in front of him. Barkha saw this and snatched the newspaper from him.Β

Barkha (to Sooraj) - Papa, breakfast ke time no newspaper!

Sooraj - Haan beta, because mealtimes are family times!

Saying so, he forwarded a piece of bread with jam to Baby and Barkha too took a seat near Param.

Sooraj - Vaise Barkha, ye Karan aur Faizi kaha hain?

Barkha - Arre papa, vo dono to subah hi kisi mission ke liye nikal gaye thhe! Bataya to tha aapko, bhul gaye?

Sooraj - Oh haan, sorry!

Col. Batra - Badhti umar ka suroor hai ye, Colonel sahab!

All chuckled as Sooraj frowned on Col. Batra's teasing statement.Β

Barkha - Inka to aisa hi hai uncle. Inka bus chale to ye sabko apne agal-bagal hi bithakar rakhein!

Sooraj - Haan to! Ek minute, kahi tum vacations mein Baby ke saath apne mayke jaane ki to nahi soch rahi?

Barkha (cheekily) - Jaldi aa jaungi, papa!

Sooraj - Sorry beta, but iss baar you can't go! Arre ghar mein se sab log chale jaye to bhi kuchh khaas farak nahi padta, lekin agar bahu-bache chale jaye to ghar soona-soona lagta hai!

Barkha was about to speak something in her defense & to convince Sooraj, when Col. Batra interrupted.

Col. Batra - Colonel sahab, world ki iss no. 1 samasya ka no. 1 upay hai mere paas. Barkha bahu mayke bhi jaegi aur ghar soona bhi nahi hoga!

Sooraj - Vo kaise?

Col. Batra - Chhoti bahurani le aaiye!

Col. Batra's words made everyone shocked & make everybody's heads turn. Soon their shocked faces were slowly occupied with a happy and cheerful smile!
