PART ONE:

Suite Life Of Zack and Cody (Season 1) (Full)

Suite Life Of Zack and Cody (Season 2) (Mid-Way; Departure)

Eleanor would be in the full first season of the Suite Life of Zack and Cody; known as the older sister without anything special about her, unlike her younger brothers. She would be the character that is the voice of reason for Zack and Cody, the two always go to her for solutions. Eleanor would also be helping out the hotel staff like her best friend Maddie, managing her school life, and trying to stand London Tipton. 

Ellie discovering her wizard powers would be that unqiue trait about her, which is what she would discover in Season Two. In Season Two, Eleanor would appear until halfway in the season, where she would reveal that she is moving to New York to pursue her career as a fashion designer, and continue her education at Tribeca Prep. Zack and Cody would try and do everything to stop their sister moving away from them, however the episode would end emotionally, her embracing her brothers once more and leaving the Tipton to take on her own world.

PART TWO:

Wizards Of Waverly Place (Near Start of Season 1, all the way to the end of Season 4)

Suite Life On Deck (Occasioanal Crossover/Guest Star Episodes)

Eleanor, in this series, would be the wizard friend of the Russo siblings. Alex would go to her for advice whenever she gets herself into a magic situation, trusts her to know her secrets, and is sometimes loyal to her. Max always offers to take her in with his mischievous pranks, but is sometimes protective of her; like Zack and Cody. Charlotte and Harper are her NYC best friends; always have her back and Charlotte is a HUGE Jeleanor shipper, doing anything to make her ship come true. Jerry and Theresa see her as another child of theirs, as they take her under their wing as she lives by herself in New York.

At times, Eleanor will visit her brothers on the S.S Tipton; along with seeing Moseby and London, simply with a teleportation spell. She would help them out with crazy situations as normal or arrive whenever family is involved. She sometimes secretly wishes to stay on the boat, so she can stay with her favourite twins.

Then, Justin has an obsessive crush on her; love at first sight. He can't see anyone but her in his future, and sometimes he will try to date other girls, but will always circle back to her in devotion. This does lead to some jealously within Harper towards her, due to her crush on Justin; changing once Zeke enters the picture. Eleanor is oblivious to his antics, given that her brother is Zack Martin, and sees it as a caring gesture from a best friend.

Eleanor does not have to take the wizard competition, since she is the only one with the powers in her siblings. However, she is still trained by Jerry to help advance her learning within magic. Eleanor is mostly seen as a kind and caring young girl, however, she will turn into something of a more confident and determined person when her friends and family are in trouble or threatened.
