"I stay up all night, tell myself I'm alright, baby you're just harder to see than most. I put the record on, wait till I hear our song, every night I'm dancing with your ghost."

Dancing With Your Ghost
-Sasha Sloan

NARRATOR: AUTHOR

Y/N was looking at her best friend who was tucking her button up shirt in her black pants.

She sighed as she looked away and down at her fingers, playing with the thin silver rings that adorned her delicate long fingers.

"What's with that mood?" Abigail asked as she brushed her hair with Y/N's hair brush, looking at her self through the mirror.

Y/N immediately looked up and flashed a small smile before looking at her window. "Nothing."

She couldn't say a word. It wasn't like there was a word that could describe her feelings though. So even if she tried, she couldn't.

She couldn't tell anyone how heartbroken she was. She couldn't say that her heart was yet to be mended and fixed. She still was sad, lonely.

She lost Jungkook. Her Jungkook that she loved the most. The guy that was her everything. Her oxygen to breath. Her light to see. Her man. The man she thought she would spend the rest of her life with.

Yet he came and shattered her heart, and destroyed her dreams. He brushed a brush with black color on her beautifully painted canvas. He ruined her cloud of dreams with a snap of his finger.

Rude. Heartless he was. She wanted to hate him. But she couldn't. And she was angry at her self for that.

She continuously cursed herself for still loving the guy who fucked her life up.

So she decided to take out her anger on him. By touring him. Making pain for him.

But that didn't help. It made it worse for her. When she saw his tears of pain, yells for help, and shakes in ache, she became worse.

She told him to shut up, but he didn't. She sang to block his voice out, but it didn't.

So when she came back home, she cried more than ever. For him.

I need to find another thing to forget him. She thought.

Even thought she acted like it didn't affect her, her best friend still could see how bad it actually affected her. Yes she could fool other people by her acts, but Abigail wouldn't fall for it.

Y/N no longer was the kind hearted girl. She acted a completely different person to show people that she didn't give to flying shits about her break up.

But Abigail knew her long enough to see the thousand pain behind her new mask.

...

"Jimin I wanna go to somewhere." Y/N said as soon as she opened her room door and saw Jimin standing there.

"Where do you wanna go, My Princess?" Jimin asked as his eyes fought to look up at her shining face. Heart beating like there's no tomorrow.

"Mhmm, I don't know. Take me to your favorite place."
