━ "MAYBE PUT YOUR HAIR UP?" anna seavey suggested, leaning back on to her hands to prop herself up as she sat at the end of her bed, examining her friend in the mirror from behind.

charlie herron shook her head in disagreement, tilting her head to one side as she looked at herself in the body mirror, trying to figure out what her outfit was missing.

this was just how the pair's occasional and ideal day would go. one of them one would have an event ( sometimes not ) and end up helping each other dress appropriately for said event, all so they wouldn't end up embarrassing themselves in the wrong attire.

you'd be surprised by the amount of time both of them had done that before.

in this case, it was just charlie trying to enjoy herself with the excessive amount of clothing that anna had hauled away into her own closet, also useful for charlie's 'it's time to play dress up' moments.

"a belt. i need a belt." the brunette's hand reached out behind her before motioning a short 'give me' gesture with her fingers towards anna.

the blondes eyes had lit up, peaking with interest and agreement before disappearing off into her closet and returning with a regular staple piece belt.

"perfect." the brunette hummed in satisfaction as she admired the outfit in the mirror before turning around for anna to see.

"good eye, herron," anna flashed a smile as she nodded in agreement.

"anna!" a voice shouted from out the hall before daniel seavey waltzed into the room, ready to continue his speech before closing his mouth and squinting his eyes at charlie's waist. "is that my belt?"

charlie looked down at her waist while anna gave a half assed shrug. "i- well...i would say no, but i could possibly be lying since i don't really know..." charlie muttered a short babble as she readjusted the golden buckle.

"whatever, it looks better on you then it did on me," the brunette sighed before turning his attention to anna. "you're out of whole wheat bread."

anna furrowed her eyes at her brother as she sat down on the bed once again, leaning back onto the palms of her hands. "and?"

the brunette pursed his lips trying to hold back his temperament. "and you need to get more whole wheat bread."

"okay. order it yourself?" anna suggested with a facial expression of judgement that only dropped the needle for daniel to be pushed over the edge.

"you-"

"why's he here, again?" charlie interrupted the boy from starting his ranting argument with anna.

"because he can't go back to his own place," anna hummed as she eyed her brother up and down before letting her gaze follow to the girl.

"i'm standing right here," daniel huffed quietly in an unbelievable tone.

"lemme rephrase my words," charlie began. "why is he not at his own place?"

"because she hasn't cleared out her things from his room, and he claims that he can't deal with that right now." anna exhaustedly said as she let her body fall back onto the bed.

"she?" charlie perked an eyebrow as she looked between the pair, her only response being daniel's sigh before he left the room and anna pursing her lips as she let her gaze stray, leaving charlie to piece it together herself.

"oh, she." charlie's mouth shaped an 'o' before cringing a smile when she reminded herself about the certain seavey's expired relationship.

"that's...a little sad," the girl sighed as she slouched down on the bed next to anna who murmured a short sentence of pity. "try very."

"maybe we should do it for him?"

"hmmm," anna hummed in response before making herself comfy on the bed as she pulled out her phone. "if only we weren't lazy INTP's."

"well, it's the thought that counts." charlie shrugged before jumping backwards and joining anna on the bed.
