people from all over the world congregate atop this starlit cliff, either to view all the wonderful graphics to be made by the night gaze contestants or to participate in this event

all graphic artists are accepted here — you can be brand new at editing and want to use this contest as a stepping stone to expand your graphic shop, be a pro at graphics, or you could've joined just as a way to do something fun this summer !!

please note however ,, I've also just started this contest as something fun and may not know much about hosting a contest ,, but I'll try to make this experience as fun and exciting as possible :DD
