4 pm / Monday

Shu POV

I'm in my room, typing some documents on my laptop.

Even if I'm here in Japan, I can't let two teenagers to work as mentors, leaders and owners at the same time.....they are too young.

Wait- I owned bulls when i was 11 *sweat-dropped*

So Ummm.....anyways....I'm still thinking about yesterday, that battle against valt.

It ended up with a tie.....which was surprising, valt really does get stronger......

He changed a lot too....he used to be a bit- no a lot childish but now he become like a mom now: responsible and caring.

I wonder why?....its sounds weird to me to think about the reason but....this fast changing is so strange to me.

"*sigh* I'm overthinking..." I said as I tried focus on my work.

'Time went really fast Huh?'

Valt POV

I'm walking to hospital for a checkup....

I know that shu and everyone else is busy on Mondays so....I go to checkup on Mondays.

Now I'm in front of he hospital's entrance, I took a deep breath and went inside.

I went to Yamamoto-san's room and knocked it, then I heard a "come in" so I went inside.

Yamamoto-san smiled when he saw me, "hello mr. Aoi....glad to see you alright"

I smiled while nodding "Hello Yamamoto-san, and please just call me valt....I don't want to be formal" I said as I closed the door behind me.

"*sigh* ok then valt, please take a seat" he pointed the chair in front of him and I sit on it.

"So....how are you?" He asked as I nodded and replied, "good actually"

Yamamoto-san smiled, "alright then, I will start the checkup...if you don't mind"

I shook my head 'no' as he readied his syringe.

After checkup is done, now the results....

Still Valt POV

I'm waiting for Yamamoto-san to come with the results, I can't stop thinking about 'what's the result?'

Then I heard the door opening so I looked behind to see Yamamoto-san with some papers in his hands.

He came and sit on his chair.....he had a worried and sad face....that made me curious.

"So?" I asked taking his attention.

"The results are.....your sickness is getting worsen, now it also affected a part of your brain and heart too which made it more dangerous....." he explained sadly.

I just narrowed my eyes, "......you are now in the third step of this disease" Yamamoto-san finished his sentence.

Now I'm more curious, "what happens in the third step?" I asked with no hint of shock nor sadness or fear....just curiosity.

Yamamoto-san sighed, "you might get tired easily, won't be able to control the coordination of your arms and legs which makes you won't be able to beyblade, having some cardiac arrests, collapsing a lot more than you usually do and increase the possibility of your death" he explained as I sighed.

"Ok then...." I said as he looked at me with confusion, "we can't do anything right?" I continued and stand up, "it's the truth that will happen so.....I must accept it"

Yamamoto-san's eyes widened at my statement.

I smiled at his reaction, "thanks for the checkup Yamamoto-san...." I start walking to the door.

Yamamoto-san stand up too and handed me the papers and I grabbed them, "i-it's my job" he said with a shocked voice.

I nodded and opened the door, "see you on the next week.....bye!" I went outside and the last thing I heard from him was, "g-goodbye v-valt"

I sighed and start walking out of hospital.

Now I'm in the beach looking at the papers that Yamamoto-san gave me.

I tightened my fist tried to stay calm, then I threw the papers on the sand and stared at the sunset thinking about Yamamoto-san's words:

Flashback

"The results are.....your sickness is getting worsen, now it also affected a part of your brain and heart too which made it more dangerous..............you are now in the third step of this disease"

I let out another sigh as I kept staring at the sunset.....
remembering the old times.....when me and shu sat here staring at dolphins or watched sunset while I swam in the sea....

I chuckled at that memory, 'time went really fast.....'

Then I remembered the time when I became the champion, after that battle me and shu watching that dessert's scenery.

'It's just like they happened yesterday.....'

After that the faces of all the friends that I made in these years  appeared in front of me smiling, grinning, laughing or smirking.

I smiled softly and looked up at the sky, 'i guess I really have.....no time left....'
