The Next day..

At the School

The usual atmosphere of a school it was.
The bell rang sharp at 10 o'clock, making the corridors crowded, and everyone was in a rush.
So was Ireul, with her bag in her back and books in her hand, she headed towards her class being careful of her clumsiness.

Meanwhile, the crowd just began to sweep away as someone started walking in.

"Creak. Creak. Creak."
He had an absolute astonishing aura that made the eyes of the crowd wide-opened.
He was on way to his class. With his hands on his pockets, he was walking with his head up with confidence, as the girls in the crowd had already started swooning over his charm.

"Oh heyy Yeonjun-ah!"
Another young man appeared and started approaching towards him, As Yeonjun waved at him and smiled.
[He was Yeonjun's friend, Beomgyu. While he is the best at his academics in the whole class, he is befriend with him, Beomgyu, who's not much good in his studies and rather, is someone who annoys everyone the most and is the best in his flirting skills with his glamorous and heavenly charishma,
Their personalities are way too much like the sea and the sky, aren't they? But still, that's what friendship is.]

"Oh- Hi!"
"The class will start soon. Let's go!"
"Yup alright"
And they both started rushing towards their class.

They all are in the same class.
At the moment, everyone enters the class as the Maths period is going to start soon.
Yeonjun puts his bag at the desk and takes out his notebook and geometry box.

"Hey Yeonjun, what are you doing here? Come, let's go outside." Beomgyu approaches.
"Now?! For what? The class is going to start soon"
"Ah Yes it's gonna start soon, but it hasn't started yet. Come, let's go."
"You seriously-"
And he drags Yeonjun's hand and takes him outside.

Meanwhile, Ireul appears just the seat beside Yeonjun's.
She takes her notebooks and her pencil pouch, but wait, she puts her hand inside her bag and searches more immensely,
"W-w-what-" She gets panicked, "My mind, please don't let it be that I'm thinking right now."
She forgot her geometry box at home- facepalm!

She tries searching her and there for someone else's, as she knows the teacher is going to kill her for sure.
Meanwhile, her eyes falls into the desk of Yeonjun, where he had left his notebook and geometry box, and there she gets summoned by the evil's mind!
She opens the box and finally finds the compass, that she needed!
She gets it and just moves back to her seat, while the student front of the desk sees her doing so.
"Yah- what do you think you're doing?"
"Oh- this.. Well, Who's the one sitting here?" An awkward smile appears at her face.
"Yeonjun. It's Yeonjun's."
"Oh okayy just tell him I took this and I'll convince him. Hehe." She smiled more awkwardly and moves back to her seat.

The bell rang. Everyone was waiting for their teacher to come,
While Ireul was busy doing circles with the compass- the assignment she forgot to do.

Meanwhile, Yeonjun approaches as he was unable to find the compass in his geometry box.
"There- that girl. She took your compass and said that she'll convince you later." Said the student at the front desk.

Yeonjun too saw her with his compass, and thus moves to her.

He approaches from behind and holds her hand. She gets flinched.
Their eyes met each other, while Ireul's heart started beating fast as she saw him doing so.

"W-what's wrong with him-" she mumbled in her mind.
"What's wrong with you?" Yeonjun approaches.
"Huh?-"
"That's... Mine." He said looking at the compass.
"Oh this-" "Can y- Can you just lend me this for some time? I really need it" She requested him with pursed lips and eyes bubbling out.
"For what?"
"Whoa! Are you literally saying th-"
"Yeah, You lend this from me for what?"
Ireul looked so pissed off. She had nothing that she can give him at the moment, so she approached,
"How about Ramyeon (Ramen)?"
Just she includes 'Ramyeon' in her words and the whole class starred at her in an extremely teasing way, giggling and whispering. Yeonjun looked so done.
Filled with embarrassment, she screamed,
"Yah! It's something to eat afterall. It's just a food afterall!!"
And it made them silenced, as no one had any answer to her statement.
"Umh- Okay." He answered, smirked and went back to his seat.

"GOOD MORNING STUDENTS!"

The teacher entered and all the students bowed.

"Be ready students. We're going to start chapter-4 of Trigonometry today. '' She announced. All the students took out their geometric tools and pens and got ready with their book, so did Ireul; But she forgot to return the geometry box to him. Yeonjun was worried about what if the teacher catches him; and damn! So did she. She caught him sitting with only a book and a pen, so there she goes, ''You gonna draw the lines by your hands or what? Where are your tools?'' she asked glaring on him. Ireul gulped, as she was afraid whether he'll take her name, but she also never wanted him to be scolded for her, so she tries to convince the teacher, ''Teac-''

"I forgot it!'' Yeonjun approached, making Ireul's words inaudible.

Ireul was shocked, so was the whole class; For why on earth is he trying to defend her?!

''Huh? what did you say? Is it something for a topper like you to forget?!!''

"I'm sorry.'' He took his head down in showing regret on the work he didn't even do.

The teacher, without even knowing the whole matter, let him out of the class.

Soon the school time went on and on. The evening approached, and the school time was finally over. As the bell rang, everyone rushed outside.
Ireul apologized him again, and took him to the canteen for keeping her promise.

They both began with eating, as it leads to a pretty good conversation,
"Btw, your name?"
Ireul gasped.
"Umh, it's Ireul."
"Oh, Nice to meet you! I'm-"
"Oh yeah Yeonjun, who doesn't know you hahaha!" and she bursts out laughing making Yeonjun give out an awkward smile.
"Haha yeah."

The conversation went on for a few more minutes, as they both completed, And they both left for their places.

Yeonjun's eyes were still stumbled upon Ireul and he was smiling so fondly, untill she faded away from his eyes.

[Is it a sign for the beginning of a good friendship? or something more than that, he was looking for? ]
