THE FIGHT BETWEEN THE CULLENS AND THE PACK is finally over. The Clearwater siblings decided to go home and make amends with the pack, while Jacob Black decided to stay with his imprint.

Speaking of imprints, Edward Cullen is mad, not furious, at the fact that a shape-shifter imprinted his day-old daughter, not just any other shifter, it was the shape-shifter who had a long time infatuation with his wife, and now his daughter is bonded with Jacob for life.

It has been a day since Bella began her transition. It's been quiet in the Cullen Residence.

It was safe to say that everything was finally peaceful. Well, for now, that's what Evangeline thinks. It's only a matter of time before the Volturi knew about Renesmee and her kind.

Currently, Evangeline is sitting in a rocking chair with baby Renesmee in her arms, and she is feeding her some animal blood.

Carlisle told them it was better to switch to baby food and animal blood to keep up with her diet.

"You are so adorable. You look like your mother," Evangeline coos to the baby while the said baby gurgles in delight.

"Wonderful view in this fine morning," A voice behind her says, a southern drawl that she loves to hear.

Evangeline stands up and turns around to face her husband, and smiles at him brightly, "Look at her. Isn't she a precious little thing"

Jasper walks towards her and smiles, looking at her with pure admiration and love, "Sure she is, darlin'."

Evangeline rolls her eyes and glares at him playfully. "You aren't looking at the baby."

"I'm looking at my baby," Jasper answers with a wink and wraps his arms around her waist.

"So cheesy, cowboy," Evangeline says with a laugh that sounds like bell chimes to Jasper's ear, indeed a magnificent sound.

Jasper hums and pecks her forehead. "Only for you, doll."

"Oh, enough with the flirting. It's my turn to babysit," Rosalie says as she approaches the couple.

Evangeline hands Renesmee to Rosalie, and the married couple decides to hunt for the rest of the day.

TWO DAYS HAVE PASSED, and Bella is still in her transition, Jasper says she is in pain, and he can feel it, but it's slowly fading, noting to them that the next day she should wake up from her transition as Alice told them so.

Renesmee's growth rate is incredibly fast. The family was getting worried about how long the baby girl was going to be with them.

Speaking of Renesmee, Jacob never left the baby's side. Even when Evangeline is the one babysitting, he is either on the couch sleeping, or playing video games, always sneaking a glance at his imprint, making sure that she is safe.

"Don't be so paranoid. I'll never hurt her," Evangeline says to the shape-shifter while rolling her eyes. She was getting annoyed that she wasn't getting some privacy with Renesmee.

Jacob huffs. "Just making sure that my imprint is safe."

"Oh please, like she'll be safe with you. You have some major mood changes and anger issues," Evangeline tells him with a scoff.

Jacob rolls his eyes and lays down on the sofa, and sleeps. Edward walks towards her and smiles. Evangeline hands Renesmee to her father.

"I'm happy for you both. You have a complete family," Evangeline says while looking at Renesmee's sleeping form.

"We already are a family, Evangeline," Edward says with a smile.

THIRD DAY OF THE TRANSITION, they hear Bella's heart beating slowly. It means the transition will be finally over.

"So, who says Bella will lose control on her first hunt?" Theodore asks them while wiggling his eyebrows playfully.

"You lack trust in Bella, Theo," Alice says to her husband with a smile.

"What? We all lost control on our first hunt," Theodore reminds her.

"That is true," Evangeline agrees.

"Bella is going to be a tough newborn. Imagine her beating the wolves," Emmett says while motioning a boxing stance.

"Bella is too kind for beating the wolves," Esme says while shaking her head, clearly amused at how her children can be.

Then the chatter stopped, and the house went silent as Bella's heart finally stopped, "She's awake."

Bella opened her crimson-red eyes.
