chapter twenty seven
"you haven't seen fucking crazy"

"I KNOW, DUDE. SHE'S GOT THE finest ass, doesn't she?"

Kelce strolled through his humble abode with the newest version iphone in one hand, glued to his ear as a male friend on the opposite end was laughing and muttering about how the girl from their shared math class was 'the finest ginger he had ever met, and that meant a lot'. Kelce had found the words amusing, a little smirked tugged on his lips.

"Invite her to the party this Saturday, I'll hook you up, bro," Kelce suggested, popping open his two thousand dollar fridge with one hand to allow the other to keep his phone up. He picked up a banana from a fruit bowl his mother keeps, tossing it on the counter.

A surprised, "Really? For free?" spoke out over the other line, which had made Kelce's chuckle echo out again.

      "Yeah, I gotcha, dude."

The boy on the other end excitedly mumbled some words, more as a ramble, in reality, and the two Kooks simply said goodbye and hung up. Kelce hooked his fingers around a sparkling water, and then his banana, aiming straight for his bedroom.

However, the boy's eyes went wide in shock as he realized there was another body in his room. In the dim darkness, was just someone sitting on his bed with a leg crossed over one another. Kelce frantically flipped for the light switch, and his panic suddenly shifted into recognition.

"The hell are you doin' here, Lynn?"

The body on his bed wasn't just some girl, it was the Pogue Princess. Evelynn faintly smiled in the Kook boy's direction, her fingertips that were resting on her bare knee trickled up a few inches.

This was when Kelce seemed to acknowledge Lynn's choice of clothing, or better wording, the lack of clothing therefore. She was wearing a silver, dangly crop top tank that showed a good portion of her cleavage, with a pair of an extremely short shorts. He gulped back some anxious spit, trying to control his bug-out like eyes, but he couldn't quite leave her body.

"Sorry to bother you," Lynn softly whispered, uncrossing her legs while still planted on Kelce's bed, and her blue eyes were glancing upwards, trying to make her appear smaller, submissive. "I just...needed to talk to you, Kelce."

This was when Kelce seemed to snap out of whatever Pogue trance he was in, and his face straightened out a bit, "About what?"

"You heard about me and JJ breaking up, right?" Lynn mumbled a bit under her breath, her eyes falling to the entirely nicely polished wood flooring, not a single scratch could be found — getting off topic, Evelynn. "Why, we broke up."

"The Pogue Princess had a crush on a Kook," Kelce teased with the corners of his mouth twitching upwards, into a smirk rather than a smile. "Should've seen Rafe's face when he heard."

"Why would he be the one excited?"

Kelce's playful state of mind was tested, and he confusingly narrowed his eyebrows at the blonde girl perched perfectly on his bed — still trying to avoid staring at certain parts of her. Lynn loved seeing him squirm under her, but she needed to keep that portion of herself in check, at least, for a few more minutes.

"Oh my god, everyone thinks I was talking about him, aren't they?" Lynn's lips parted with fake enthusiasm, and she softly scoffed under her breath.

"Who would it be, then?" Kelce questioned, and Lynn innocently glanced back up to make eye contact with the boy, gently smiling in his direction.

      This is too easy.

      "You, Kelce."

Lynn wanted to throw up in her mouth.

"Me? I'm the Kook you like?" Kelce asked as his smirk only seemed to grow bigger, along with a different part of him as well, not that Lynn was paying attention. "Bullshit."

Lynn rose from her spot on the soft bed, the softest she had ever been on — by the way, and then shifted slowly and carefully over towards Kelce. She placed a hand on his shoulder, he was weary, but then her other hand went to his cheek.

"Does this seem like bullshit to you?" Lynn whispered, and by now their faces were inches away — she could feel from the lack of breath bouncing on her face that it was hitched in the back of his throat.

Just as Kelce leaned forward to in doubt crash their lips together in a rhythmic motion, he was cruelly interrupted — interrupted from Lynn colliding her knee into his crowned jewels.

The boy cried out in pain as he instantly fell to the ground like a bag of potatoes, groaning as he clipped onto the area that had just been inflicted. Lynn dryly cracked her neck off to the side, not any emotions could be found on her face in the dimly lit room.

"Are all boys really this easy or is it just you Kooks?" Lynn pursed his lips out while she knelt down beside the boy, who was still doubling over in pain as his upper lip twitched with anger. He remained silent. "Guess that answers my question."

"The hell was this for," grumbled out Kelce, who still had a clenched jaw — trying to adjust to the pain. Lynn, using her left foot, kicked the Kook over so that he would be resting on his back, and she leant forward with a vicious glare on her face.

"Every girl you hurt," Lynn growled through her tightened teeth, and her eyes drifted down to his body on the ground, she simply swung her foot backwards, only to force it harshly into his ribs. Another wild cry of pain was let out, and Lynn laughed out with amusement. "God, you're pathetic."

Lynn hooked her fingers around the boy's collared shirt, where she would be standing over him, and she brought him threateningly close to her face, "What? You don't get off on being beat up by a girl? What about all the girls you hurt? I thought this would turn you on."

Lynn dropped the deadweight, the back of Kelce's head bouncing off the perfectly polished flooring she had noticed earlier — another whimper.

She scoffed, "Oh my god, it does turn you on."

      "No!"

"Your little friend says otherwise," Lynn dryly responded, tauntingly smiling in Kelce's direction, who immediately guarded his jewels with both palms. "Look, I'm not here for the party, I'm just here to warn you."

"Warn me?" Kelce smirked through his growing pain, but was trying his best to push it off — like it wasn't actually killing him. He tried crawling up from his floor, using a strong palm, however Lynn kicked his wrist with such a force the two heard an actual cracking echoing out. "Fuck! Lynn, Jesus fucking Christ, I think you broke my hand."

Lynn's eyes were dark and clouded, and for a second the boy was actually frightened of what she was capable of. He backed down to the floor, cowardly curling in the corner of two walls while Lynn inched closer and closer — he had no where else to go.

The blonde girl bent down again, resting her elbows on her kneecaps while she only smirked in Kelce's direction, it terrified him. Not only did it terrify him, but it terrified her. She hadn't come here to break the boys goddamn arm, but here she was.

"If I find out you touch another girl without hearing her mutter the words yes," Lynn snarled, hooking her fingers around Kelce's neck, forcing him to maintain eye contact, to listen to every single one of her words. "I'll be back, and you'll end up six feet under, got it?"

There was silence, and Lynn forcibly slammed his head against the wall behind him, "Do you fucking understand?"

"I got it!" Kelce snapped, and Lynn finally released her tightened grip on him, smiling widely in his direction, and she rose back up to her feet while brushing off the slightest amount of dirt from her knees. "You're fucking crazy."

"You haven't seen fucking crazy, Kelce."
