Physical Description
As a civilian, Cleo is a dark-skinned French girl with dark amber (almost yellow) eyes and light beige lips. In addition, she has long jet-black curly hair which goes long below her shoulders. She is commonly seen wearing a pastel pink blazer [with her light pink T-shirt] and matching pants, long black socks and a rather dark shade of pink high-top sneakers.

Her work outfit include wearing a gray T-shirt, a blue denim jacket with two buttons on the left side, khaki jeans and black flats, never seen without her dark blue medium-sized bag which contains her tools (among other things).

As a heroine, Cleo's appearance becomes altered. Now, her jet-black hair has white tips towards the bottom and notably shorter. Her dark amber eyes become enhanced, her lips now having a royal purple shade to them.

As for Cleo's outfit, it is replaced by a black spandex suit with black feathers across her suit, having built-in talons for easy grip on hard surfaces and an extension on her hands allow her to glide through Paris. Additionally, her mask is elegant as the tip resembles the beak of a black raven.

Jolene Monroe - Cleo initially idolizes her mother as she had wanted to become a cop just like her. As such, Cleo dealt with her mother's own abusive behavior and unrealistic expectations as she was blindsided from idolizing her mother, which made her dismiss the way her mother treated her.

However, when Cleo realizes that her mother isn't a true cop but a corrupt one, her 'rose-colored glasses' will 'break,' essentially forcing the girl to come to terms that her mother isn't a good person nor is she fighting for the justice of Parisian's civilians like she claims.

Because of this, Cleo will stop idolizing her mother and work towards taking her mother down.

Joshua Monroe - Cleo initially idolizes her father as she wanted to become a successful entrepreneur just like him, especially since the two were inventors. Unlike her mother though, she was much more skeptical about his motives and when she felt that he was trustworthy, then she chose to believe him, which would result in her being blindsided by her father's actions and abusive behavior towards her.

However, when Cleo realizes that her father isn't a true businessman but a corrupt one, her 'rose-colored glasses' will 'break,' essentially forcing the girl to come to terms that her father isn't a good person nor is he a "voice of the people" like Joshua likes to claim.

Because of this, Cleo will stop idolizing her father and instead, work towards taking Joshua down... just like her mother.

Lance Abbott - Cleo shares a very antagonistic relationship between her stepfather as she simply never liked him. She thinks he's an arrogant hot-shot from London, because that's what he keeps promoting. However, she truly doesn't like him since Cleo knows that the affection he gives his mother is simply a lie. Plus, he's always drunk and tends to abuse her, so the two never truly had a loving relationship.

But when he is discovered to be dead, she starts to show some kind of empathy towards him as Cleo didn't think he needed to die the way he did. However, Cleo also starts to feel annoyed in the sense that she'll never get any sort of closure from her stepfather or any kind of apology from him.

So in an attempt to cheer up her mother, Cleo decides to look into his case and as she attempts to find his killer, she begins to discover his long-hidden secrets that will cause her to no longer feel as empathetic to him.

Ethan Becker - Initially, she had a close relationship with him, having gained a family figure in Ethan. However, their dynamic takes a turn when she learns about his part in
covering up the truth about her mother [as he was willing to do anything to get Jolene to love him], which unfortunately leaves the two being enemies for some time, though this would soon change.

Florian Cadieux - Cleo's relationship is better with her mechanic boss, Florian than her bio parents and Ethan. As a result, she tends to go to him a lot more than Ethan [after his stunt with her mother] and Poppy [OC owned by GeekyCookie1]. For the most part, their relationship is steady which Cleo appreciates, especially with everything going on in her personal life.

Poppy Bourgeois [OC owned by GeekyCookie1] - Initially, it was a typical student-and-teacher relationship until her professor saw a bruise on Cleo's arm with the help of her photographic memory. Since that incident, Poppy grew to care for the girl but her well-intended actions become too much for Cleo. Despite this, Cleo still comes to view the woman as a mother figure.

Celestia Lesbianne [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] - These two connected pretty quickly which was surprising, considering how Cleo didn't let a lot of people in during the time of their encounter. However, the girl's influence on her inspires Cleo to open up more.

As a civilian, Cleo is a playful, loyal and caring friend who tends to come across as too stubborn at times. The girl prides herself on being knowledgeable and enjoys giving her friends advice. Though she tends to be nice, Cleo doesn't allow others to take advantage of her kindness as she's known to stand her ground.

Yet, Cleo is also known for being naive [specifically when it comes to her parents] as she doesn't see the extent of her parents' flaws. Once the girl comes to see the kind of people her parents really are, Cleo will simply become cold-hearted and distant to her parents, who won't realize she knows the truth until later on.

In her alter-ego form, Corbeau Noire retains most of her civilian's personality but she's much more focused and serious on the task at hand. Though Corbeau values the truth, she won't go above hurting others to get what she wants. In addition, Corbeau tends to be more empathetic.

Cleo's miraculous is the necklace of darkness. With a gray lace, the raven is black with light blue eyes and a blue aquamarine gem placed in the center. But in its camouflaged form, the raven is gray like the chain while the gem is clear.

Name and symbolism behind the animal:
Ravens symbolize wisdom, freedom, divinity, secret knowledge, curiosity, clarity, truth, humor, rebirth, recovery, change, prestige, transformation, mischief, magic and fear.

Kwami, if any:
Gaagii is a gender less kwami who goes by he/him/his pronouns with his name coming from Native American origins, meaning "raven". Powering up the Raven miraculous, he is the kwami of insight.

As a kwami, Gaagii can fly, levitate, and phase through solid objects. Gaagii can also carry objects that are larger or heavier than him. In addition, he is able to transform Cleo into Corbeau Noire, a raven-themed heroine (and later supervillain).

Kwami's appearance:
Like any other kwami, Gaagii resembles the actual raven to a certain extent. Like the others, he is a small being, standing at around 10 centimeters or 4 inches in height. He has arms and legs, though he lack fingers and toes.

Gaagii is a black-colored kwami with medium-length feathers, narrow, yellow eyes and a scar across his right eye that he regularly tries to hide. Since being with Cleo, however, his appearance has included clothing designed for him and a tiny charm bracelet.

Kwami's personality:
At first glance, Gaagii is a cynical, bitter and selfish kwami [which came from the years the Raven kwami dealt with abuse at the hands of his former owners]. However when he is around certain kwamis, Gaagii is much nicer.

When around his wielder [Cleo], Gaagii initially did not like her as the two often clashed over the approach she should take as Corbeau Noire, which affected her transformation form as he would detransform her against the girl's orders. It isn't until Gaagii realizes that Cleo was going through similar things he had experienced with his previous owners that the kwami begins to be nicer to her.

As such, Gaagii began to open up to her which led him into being kinder towards the other kwamis. As such, he begins to gradually become more outgoing and less cynical toward the other kwamis, obtaining a more positive view on things. Though the kwami can still be selfish and inconsiderate of others, Gaagii is learning to do better through Cleo's influence on him.

But when he starts to 'date' the serpent kwami [Kaa] and the coyote kwami [Kaydee], Gaagii's personality becomes darker and far more aggressive as he gradually starts to withdraw from his friends.

When around his wielder, Cleo [during this time, at least], he tends to become harsher to the point where Gaagii becomes downright cruel to the girl. As such, he unwittingly becomes another abuser to Cleo to the point where she has no choice but to denounce him as she couldn't handle a third party attempting to abuse her too. It is also during this time, she refused to transform into Corbeau Noire as Cleo knew Gaagii's behavior would influence her personality.

By temporarily getting back in control [as Gaagii didn't want to lose Cleo], he attempts to repair things with her, only to lose control, so instead he can only give her a warning and offer his apologies before seizing the raven miraculous from his wielder to give to Serpentine [the holder of the serpent miraculous], who wants the raven miraculous for her own intentions.

When Gaagii does return to normal and ends things with Kaa and Kaydee, the kwami becomes very sympathetic about the way he treated his friends, the other kwamis and his wielder, Cleo.

Kwami's relationship with other kwamis:
Because he comes from the Native American miracle box, Gaagii doesn't know the other kwamis from the Chinese miracle box very well.

As a result, he doesn't talk to any of them, only observing from a distance. On the other hand, Gaagii does feels compelled to talk to Kawaii [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] and Kaydee since the two are from the Native American miracle box.

He likes Kawaii [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] the wolf kwami, often chatting with her whenever Gaagii gets the opportunity to do so since she's so friendly. When it comes to the coyote kwami, Kaydee, he initially found the kwami annoying until Gaagii began to develop a crush on her.

Yet when he meets Kaa [the serpent kwami], he starts to develop a crush on him as the two start growing close. But when Gaagii discovers Kaydee and Kaa's plan, he tries to distance himself from the two, only to find himself under Kaa's hypnotic control. While under Kaa's hypnotic control, Gaagii begins to date Kaydee and Kaa, who influence his behavior for the worst.

Though Gaagii breaks things off with Kaydee and Kaa when he returns back to normal, the kwami will come to realize his feelings for Zinna [the moth kwami] and Callum [the dove kwami], who will both reciprocate their feelings towards him. Later on, the three will include Ellory [the swan kwami] into their relationship.

1. Cleo is friends with the Miraculous Supers, created by GeekyCookie1. The group has primarily six members: Sabrina Raincomprix, Nora Cesaire, James Lahiffe, Melodie Tone, Claudison Arthur and Terrance Dupain-Chang [OC owned by GeekyCookie1].

2. Due to the way her bio parents treated her, Cleo has developed trust issues so when she does admit things to people, it's because she trusts them to a great degree. As a result, when her trust gets betrayed, Cleo will go through a great deal of hurt before closing herself off as a coping mechanism.

3. Cleo is specialized with guns as her mother [Jolene] was a cop and before she grew to be abused to her, Jolene taught Cleo how to use a gun to defend herself. As a result, she grew up knowing how to shoot.

Initially, Cleo will tease Marinette, Celestia [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] and Rey [OC belongs to Sci-Briana17] but the tables will turn when she [Cleo] starts to become rather flustered herself upon developing feelings for Bernadette Fontaine [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] just as Marinette, Celestia [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] and Rey [OC belongs to Sci-Briana17] will gain their self-confidence.

While Marinette, Celestia [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] and Rey [OC belongs to Sci-Briana17] will tease Cleo as light payback for what she did to them, things will only get 'worse' for her when Bernadette Fontaine [OC belongs to GeekyCookie1] catches on and begins to lightly tease the girl herself on her flustered state [much to Cleo's own dismay and annoyance].

7. As Cleo starts to disconnect from her biological parents, she'll start to refer to the two by their real names. This will signal the lack of power the two [Joshua and Jolene] hold over her.

8. Also, I have no idea how many times I ended up revamping this girl, but I'm hoping she doesn't come across as a Mary Sue because from my perspective, she did, which is the reason behind this new revamped version of her.

9. Cleo [or rather Corbeau Noire] becomes a spy for the heroes since she's unknown by Hawkmoth [then opposed to the other heroes, who are well-known]. As such, she gives the heroes entail in hopes of giving the heroes an edge. As a result, she will come into contact with the other heroes later.

10. Because Cleo [or rather Corbeau Noire] is a unknown heroine, she mainly just uses her miraculous to handle minor issues in Paris or her hometown rather than deal with Hawkmoth and his akumatized villains like the rest of the heroes. This is also the main reason as to why she comes into contact with the other heroes later.
