While not as extroverted as her two sisters, Bao is still a charming individual with a soft voice and gentle eyes. With the patience of a saint, Bao is capable of getting a room to quiet with but a mere smile, for her serene appearance often makes most feel guilty for possibly upsetting her. However, do not let all of this fool you, for while Bao can be calm and understanding in many cases, she can also be just as stubborn and stern as her sisters—especially if something or someone she cares for is messed with.

When she isn't focusing on making sure that her students use the lab equipment responsibly, or that the members of the Gardening Club aren't getting too messy, Bao Lai is "patiently" awaiting the day where her younger sister and her husband make her an auntie. Of course, she doesn't pressure them too much, but ... babies are cute.
