The four of you were joyful as you entered the Wolmi Theme Park. You've asked your dorm mother for permission to celebrate Chaewon's birthday. You already had a hectic schedule from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m., so she granted you the day of. The park was vibrant, with colourful rides. It was filled with tourists and teens for the day, enjoying the vibe and atmosphere. You walked around, snapping selfies at stands, playing some arcade games, and then stopping to decide on your rides.

You all took in the sights, snapping selfies at colourful stands and deciding which rides to go on first. You love the exhilaration of the daring rides.

Chaewon suggested starting with the cute merry-go-round. Her eyes were sparkling with excitement, so childlike of her.

You agree that you all pay for your tickets, choose your favourite colour horses, and jump on them with happiness and childlike joy. You laughed with glee at the rhythmic movement, and relaxed circus-like music filled your ears. You feel like a little child today. The air is filled with pure elation.

Then, you decided to get the adrenaline high by getting on the feared roller coaster. Soomin looked a little wary, but with persuasive tones from all of you, she got the courage. So, as the ride ascended, the tension built up. You could already hear Soomin and Chaewon starting to scream at the top of their lungs, even before the initial drop.

"Hold on tight!" you shouted, your excitement mounting and your two friends in front of you. Your long brown curls were flying in several directions.

When the roller coaster plugged in, you could hear Chaewon and Soomin's screams as Chaewon confidently raised her hands.

"Woah! This is insane!" Soomin shouted, more like a scream, whilst gripping the bar with all her might.

"It's so cool. I love it," Chaewon screamed back, her glossy black bob flying wildly in the wind, covering her face.

You were all laughing and cheering, the thrill of the ride making your heart race. At last the ride came to a stop, you were all breathless and exhilarated.

Feeling a bit hungry, you strolled over to the various food stalls. The smells were enticing. Temptations were everywhere. Given the upcoming weigh-in for your first evaluation, you were cautious about what to eat. You all decided to indulge in some colourful candy floss, enjoying the sweetness while knowing you could burn it off later.

"I'm going for a succulent hotdog; this vegetarian diet is not my style! " Soomin declared, already eyeing the food stall desiringly, "I'll just do extra work in the gym to get the calories off next week."

You and Chaewon just laughed softly. She opted for meatless Greek salads with tofu, keeping it light and healthy. She also ordered spring rolls; she didn't want to indulge too much and get punished. Meanwhile, Jiwoo ordered a massive hamburger, to all of your delight, and a large Coke, but she carefully picked off the veggies.

Your amusement has no bounds, as Chaewon giggled, "Why do you even order a burger if you're just going to get rid of all the healthy veggies?" Chaewon teased.

"Well, I have plenty of rabbit food at the agency course because the meat is the best part!" Jiwoo retorted with a wide grin. She was biting with flair into her burger. Soomin shook her head and took all the veggies from Jiwoo's plate. There is no need to waste such good food.

After finishing your meals, Chaewon finally suggested, after walking around buying cute trinkets, "Let's go to COEX Mall for some retail therapy. I haven't spent much this month on my trainee account!"

You smiled because you spent a lot on cute clothes for the coming winter months and an adorable rabbit animal hat you put on.

You all agreed and called for an executive Uber. As you waited, you admired how everyone looked. Jiwoo, with her hair straight and loose, wore brown skinny jeans, a white graphic art tube top, and a big brown cowboy hat and hightop red Converse with Army stickers---exposing her secret Army stan.

Soomin rocked a cute kpop outfit: a mini pink skirt with white fishnet stockings, white fluffy long legwarmers and thick white platform boots, a red midriff leather jacket, and a golden top. Chaewon was more trendy and sported a cute hip-hop look with green army print camouflaged baggy jeans, a white crop top, a dark silverish purple bomber jacket, chunky sneakers, and a basketball cap.

You had a more girly look, with your dark brown hair loose and curled. You wore a mini charcoal black funky dress, short shiny black combat boots, red fishnet stockings, a whimsical diamond necklace, and a cute rabbit hat with moving ears. You felt adorable and confident, ready for the fun day out. You and your friends got much attention from teen boys but ignored them.

Chaewon was flirting with some, and she gave them fake numbers on the go. Arriving at the massive Coex Mall, you strolled around with linked arms, admiring some fashions and cute items in the window shopping spree. You were chatting excitedly when Jiwoo got a brilliant idea to get Chaewon a special gift from a trendy shop. Chaewon can pick out her birthday gift.

"Well I have another idea for a gift for Chaewon, I hope she will like it," you told them. "I'll meet you at that trendy coffee shop after. Just give me a text when you're done. I'll only need a few minutes tops."

They agreed to the plan and left you to your mission. As you walked away from your group, you smirked as you heard Soomin joke, 'In a few months if we are lucky to be in De-N-im , we'll need bodyguards on our shopping trips."

You just chuckled good-naturedly and found your way to a nearby pet shop.
Using the digital information board, you quickly located one and made your way there, a smirk as you remembered how Chaewon once told you how lonely she felt being far from home and how much she wished for a puppy.

When you walked into the popular pet store, you adjusted your black mask. The air quality wasn't great, but it was warm and inviting. A cashier helped two guys ring up their items, and they left.

You looked around. Various pet items were neatly organized, and the air was surprisingly clean and filled with gentle barks and meows from the back of the shop.

A beautiful smile grazed your face as you got to the back of the shop, where the small furry friends were kept in playpens and various cages.

You asked the nearby shop assistant about the cutest puppy breeds and how much they cost. She excitedly told you about a variety in the back section of the shop, but you were captivated by a very playful fawn-colored puppy that was so energetic, wagging its tiny tail at you.

You approached it gently; your heart was melting at this sight alone. It was standing eagerly on a cute yellow bed. Just as you were about to reach out with a little treat, another hand, holding a similar blue treat extended towards it.

Your eyes widen at his hands touching yours. You could've sworn a spark existed, but that's silly.

You both looked up then; your wide eyes met those of this beautiful stranger who wore light blue-tinted glasses over his eyes. The instant spark felt like a connection that made you both smirk under your masks in disbelief.

"Seems like someone else loves this one, too," You said softly.

The adorable stranger chuckled slightly and replied, "It looks like it..." He glanced down at the pup and then fed him a treat, which he quickly gulped down."Maybe we can share them?" He suggested looking from it to me and then back again

So you nodded as each took turns feeding and laughing along with its playful antics. You knew right away that this gift would be perfect for Chaewon.

You laughed as you crouched down, the puppy wriggling between your hands. Something about this stranger made him irresistible, even though his presence alone already had that effect on anyone around him. Your nose caught the scent of his cologne, which happened to be very expensive. It smelled like a mixture of cedar and citrus, which made you want to lean closer for more, but you kept a safe distance.

You eyed him discreetly—his wide shoulders covered by a long black designer jacket, crisp cream-white T-shirt beneath it, shiny black skinny jeans hugging onto every curve below the waist until the ankle, perfect slim figure topped off with matching cap covering most hair and light blue-tinted glasses hiding eyes.

You couldn't help but notice his pale hands; one boasted a single platinum ring with purple tanzanite gemstone, while the other displayed a very expensive TAG Heuer watch. Behind those glasses and mask, he definitely looked attractive, too, since strands of dark locks poked out from under his cap—almost giving off K-drama actor vibes or even model looks.

"Hmm, seems like the puppy likes me more," you teased, flashing him a confident look as you petted the puppy, licking your fingers.

"Oh, really now? Hmm...too bad you're so late, I saw and fed him first" he chuckled, his eyes waggling with sparkling mischief, "So, I'm adopting our flurry friend."

Your wide, shocked eyes stared at him in total disbelief. "Er, excuse me, mister? The puppy likes me more!" you uttered in Chinese, not caring if he understood.

But he did.

"Well, my Bunny girl, we'll just have to see about that, will we?" he teased, making you laugh in disbelief. You looked at him with a mix of shock and irritation.

He chuckled at your narrowed eyes and then said," Prove it then---maybe the puppy thinks you're disguised as a cute bunny" He snicked, gesturing at your cute animal hat, even pulling it a few times so the ears shot up.

You playfully slapped his hands away.

"Bunny girl? Really? You're quite the trickster, aren't you?" you replied playfully, eyebrows raised.

He chuckled as you heard a soft laughter almost like a car windshield wiper. It's again so cutely weird.

You then both bent down, calling the puppy with treats. The competition became amusedly fierce. The puppy wagged its tail happily, torn between the two of you.

Stranger chuckled again and said, "Tell you what, I'll gladly let you have the puppy if you can make me laugh with a funny dad joke; I dare you." He teasingly pulled on your long white rabbit hat ears, and the ears instantly shot up again. You scrunched up your nose. Really!

You grinned a little embarrassed, knowing you had this in the bag, Xaunjun told you many of those joke, "Okay. Why don't scientists trust atoms?"

His arms folded, and he suddenly looked intrigued by your guts, eagerly awaiting your punchline.

"Because they make up everything!" You snicker softly.

He raised his eyebrows, amused but not laughing, "Not too bad, but I'm not laughing yet."

You gave him a sceptical look, then gave your best puppy-dog eyes, pleading, "Okay, then how about this one: Why don't skeletons fight each other? "

His eyes are amused as you confidently say...

"Because they don't have the guts!"

Again, he looked amused but didn't laugh. You rolled your eyes, determined to win, "Fine, you so hard to please... last one. What do you call fake spaghetti?"

"An impasta!" You yell triumphantly.

He just smirked, not giving in the least. Frustrated, you shoved his shoulders lightly. "Look, this is ridiculous. The puppy is mine! I've already named him Juno, and it's a gift for my friend. It's her 19th birthday today, and I really want her to have it. So, pretty, please...can I have it? " you begged with your hands in prayer mode.

His eyes suddenly softened, "Oh, it's her birthday? Alright, you win this round, Bunny girl-"

You quickly pointed excitedly at another chocolate-colored dog with a wild curly mane, playing with a little plastic bone in a blue cage. "Look at that cute one! It's so boyish. It would look cute with you, you know, especially for a sophisticated guy like you. Juno is such a girly dog." You were trying to lure him to the other medium-sized dog.

He snickers softly, making your heart skip a beat. "Alright, alright, Bunny. You're too adorable to argue with...So, convinced me more about that dog. " He snickers a little as he sees you scrunched up your face. You know he is making fun of you.

You animatedly explained why Juno didn't fit him, and he watched you with a smile, his eyes shining with amusement.

Suddenly, he took out his expensive Samsung phone and discreetly snapped a photo of you mid-speech.

Your jaws dropped open when you noticed, "Did...did you just take my picture...it's illegal?" You whisper-yelled in disbelief.

"Well, I couldn't resist. Your expressions are priceless, and it's more illegal to have eyes like an innocent dove," he said, still laughing.

You rolled your eyes but smiled, "Fine. I'll send you a picture to prove it's my friend's birthday today. But you'll have to prove you're not a creep. If you hack my number, get my address and hire some lowlife to kidnap Juno, I'll hunt you down and cancel you. My phone number is sacred, you know," You wagged your little finger at him with one hand on your waist, almost touching his nose.

He roared with laughter at your face, "Ok. But let me give you my number so you can send the picture of yourself and Juno with the birthday girl and then delete it immediately. My number is more sacred than yours." And then he smirked but also looked a little guarded.

You raised an eyebrow and scoffed, "Yeah, right! Your pick-up lines are so lame! You could've just asked for my number," you told him as you shamelessly flirted with him.

"Where's the fun in that?" he said, bending down to your eye level, his eyes wriggling. You sneered.

You brought out your simple Haiwei phone and exchanged numbers, saving him under 'Hot Trickster.' He saved yours under 'Fierce Bunny.'

At that moment, Chaewon called frantically, telling them to hurry up drink preference; they were done shopping and relaxing at the coffee shop. You pulled down your mask to answer the call.

Suddenly, without warning, he saw a sudden light in a stranger's eyes when he saw your flawless face. You are beautiful.

"Watermelon crush with lots of ice, please...and must be very sweet... I'll take that", she replied with a chuckle as she closed her phone.

The stranger turned to you and said, " OK, take Juno. I will pay for everything, including any accessories that you want. It's my birthday treat."

You looked back at him disbelievingly, wanting to protest, but he put his finger on your half-open pink lips instead.

With the help of an assistant who helped them select cute accessories, food, treats and a sleep pen for the puppy, they and the assistant stared in awe when he took out his black Hyundai credit card and paid for everything, even while buying her a doggy travel carrier bag. It was quite an expensive bill.

He came teasingly patting her back, "Tell your friend happy birthday from me." He turned before leaving, "Don't forget about the picture, Bunny," and winked at her.

You smirked a grin that expressed both gratitude and interest: "Thanks, Hot Trickster. I won't forget."

You smirked as he walked away, feeling all this strange mix of delight and curiosity about this charming stranger.You knew you'd be sending that picture soon enough.

Just before you left the shop, though, another assistant got you a trolley and packed all your items. You smiled when she took out Juno, who licked your hands excitedly and wagged his tail happily to have found a new home.

She placed a doggy collar on him. 'Hot Trickster 'suggested the hip-hop colour, all sparkly blue encrusted with gemstones. It was pricey, but he insisted. You can ask Chaewon to keep the name and engrave it if she likes it.

After leaving that pet shop, you're excited to join your friends again and show them something surprising, with a wide ear-to-ear smile on your face.

Walking back to the coffee shop with some warmth in you heart, you couldn't help smiling broadly because of Hot Trickster. How you were flirting shamelessly had been new to you, anyway, so far as interacting with guys is concerned.Doing this made your cheek turn red.Now where did that come from?He was so cool that there was instant likeability between them based on funny interactions with each other.

Arriving at the coffee shop, Jiwoo and Soomin were astounded at something they saw wriggling in a sweet satchel bag hanging beside your shoulder and a trolley with pet food, cartons of playthings, cushions and other things.

You greeted her, "Happy Birthday, Chaewon!" and then passed her the carry bag.

When Chaewon's eyes peeked through the pink carry bag, she gasped, shocked with sheer elation:" Oh wow! Wow! ...is this---" She was speechless.

You nod with a satisfied smile, she loved the gift,"Yup our furry friends' name is Juno," you confirmed with open excitement. You sat down next to Soomin, who gestured at your drink, which they'd ordered for you already. You nod gratefully, taking a sip. While curiosity mounts on your friends' faces when meeting Juno,

Chaewon looked overly excited about Juno as she opened the zipper pink-black bag. Her happy face says it all. She embraced you in a tight hug," You made my day. I love this gift so much. Thank you so much. We'll keep his name as Juno. I love him."

Juno was petted by your friends, his little tail was excitingly wagging, basking in the girls attention.

Soomin looked at you with wide eyes. "All these doggy stuff looked so expensive. How much did you pop out?" Her disbelief was still evident.

Although they knew you come from a wealthy family as both your Parents and eldest brother are doctors.

Jiwoo nudged Chaewon playfully, "When you're a star, you'll look like one of those rich heiresses with their pampered dogs...when you travel."

You all laughed heartily, and you smirked, leaning in to tell them, "Absolutely nothing. An 'angel stranger' blessed me with the gift and told me to say happy birthday to you, Chaewon."

When you were done with your drinks. You all posed with Juno, taking cute and different selfies with the puppy. You and Chaewon posed with Juno making cute aegoys. The girls were enarmoured with Juno. You sipped the last bit of your melon drink, smiling widely at the elation. The day was perfectly captured.

With sheer happiness you all jumped in the executive  Uber and made your way back home. Your ming reminisced on the meeting of the cute , flirty and charming stranger , who help made this day a day of joy on Chaewons' birthday.

You and the rest of your fellow trainees were currently perfecting the dance steps to the melody of the new secret debut song. It was tough and energy-draining, pushing all of you to your limits. You were all heavily perspiring from the energetic dance routines.

After you all did the routine, you plopped flat on the studio floors. But you didn't care at all because you all aspired to be in the final lineup.

After two hours of rehearsals, Ms Ji clapped her hands and called it a day. I compliment you on a job well done. You can go and relax. The groups were restructured. There will be two groups of six trainees competing against each other in dance, vocal, rap, and visual. You all found out that the first round of eliminations will be at the end of the month, which made you all work and train harder. The stakes are definitely very high.

When you all grabbed your stuff and bags, Ms. Ji called you back. She smiled softly," Yuqi, you did so great today. You're done, so please go and complete all your assignments. You also have some Korean classes to attend." You nodded and thanked her while running to catch up with your friends waiting for you outside the studio door.

You didn't have time to change out of your sweaty dance clothes, but you felt grateful for the lunch break. You all headed chatting to the cafeteria. You were all hyped up to enjoy your low-carb and vegetarian food.

You all went to the buffet table and helped yourselves to delicious meals. You then get yourself a comfortable seating place near the panoramic windows. You chatted amicably about your rigorous schedules and the exciting dance rehearsals.

While eating some of your spicey noodles ,Soomin whispered, with a teasing tone, " Yuqs,  did you have news about your 'Hot Trickster??". Did you send him the picture with you, Chaewon and Juno?"

You nodded and grinned," Oh, my stranger angel. Yup, I sent it. It was a bit late, though, but he received it. I told him I'd return the favour... only if we meet again, which is unlikely."

Oblivious to the outside meltdown, a cute pic of you instantly went viral on social media, about the two of you in a pet shop.  The online community- the netizens and the BTS fandom called ARMY were all speculating. Who was the mysterious girl with their 'worldwide handsome' Kim Seokjin?

The cafeteria was bustling with news about an alleged dating scandal involving BTS Seokjin and a mysterious young girl.

You furrowed your brows as you saw the Jyp staff's excited chatter. They were whispering, and it was difficult to ignore the excitement.

You heard them talking about the latest dating scandal. One staff girl asked her friend. She told her that BTS's Seokjin was apparently spotted with a mysterious girl at a shop by the nearby Mall, and there were a few pictures all over social media.

She showed the friend the pictures when Chaewon and your trainee friends seated nearby jumped up adamantly to see these viral photos.

You didn't really care about the hype as you remained seated and enjoyed your vegetarian dish. You were never interested in the private lives of idols. You were still enjoying your dish with Soomin and Jiwoo, who remained seated.

You just heard BTS namedropped and where the commotion was. The trainees, as well as Chaewon, were all around the two staff members, wanting to see the article and viral pics. The pre-debut group's schedules differed from the rest of the trainees, so the twelve girls were in the cafeteria, but interaction was usually minimal with JYP staff.

Your favourite idol groups at the moment were Twice, Got7 because of Jackson Wang, whom you admired as an idol, also because he was a senior at your art school in Beijing and the awesome Blackpink. So, BTS is not your focus as an idol.

When Chaewon saw the pics and squinted at it to have a better look at the pictures, she gasped involuntarily. Her heart was beating erractically when she recognized your clothing and the bunny hat. The trainee girls didn't even recognized you in their excitement.

The sole reason might be that you left the dorm before the rest of the girls were awake and returned when most of them were in their dorm rooms.

Her eyes widened in shock as she discreetly moved away from the excited staff and returned to her seat.

"Yuqi," she whispered urgently , "We need to talk. Finish your lunch quickly." Chaewon said she looked pale and shocked, trying to hide her reaction. At the dorm the girls were still hyped up about the knowledge about Seokjins alleged secret and mystery girl.

Lia, Yeji, Sakura, and Eunchae cannot stop talking excitedly and want to go online to find out more gossip.

"Is Seokjin really dating someone. Gosh, their fandom must be in meltdown. "Lia exclaimed, disbelief still evident in her eyes.

"I wonder who the girl might be. So you think she might be an idol?" Yeji asked curiously." She makes the girls so jealous. How in the world did she get his attention?" She asked flabbergasted.

Kuzuha chuckled as she settled into her seat." Those pics look so cute, but her face is so blurry with the mask,but I can really say they were having so much fun."

" I can't believe she got BTS Jins' undivided attention. No one got his attention for years---"Eunchae state,still in shock.

Chaewon discreetly nudged you, "Yuqi, let's grab our water and head downstairs. We need to talk."

You looked at her with a puzzled look, but your all just followed her quietly out, wondering what had her in such a frenzy.

Chaewon called an Uber, and the four of you were soon on your way to your dorm room. The ride was filled with undefined tension, and you couldn't understand why. You couldn't wait to find out what made Chaewon so apprehensive. Something bothers her greatly. You hope she is okay.

When you reach home, you hurriedly followed her with furrowed brows to your room.  When everyone was settled and comfortable on their beds, your eyes were fixed on Chaewons. You wanted to discover why she had behaved so weirdly since your lunch.

Jiwoo furrowed her brows and folded her arms, breaking the silence as Chaewon looked speechless." Alright. Out with it! " she stood up from her desk seat and looked at a flustered Chaewon. She fanned herself excitedly, trying to calm herself; Soomin started to laugh.

When Chaewon gathered herself, breathing in and out, she began," You guys know of the dating scandal in which BTS Seokjin is implicated? Some ARMY's with eagles eyes recognized the idol...those viral pics has the image of the girl we all love and know...she is Yuqi"

Your brows shot up as everyone looked stunned with open jaws from you to Chaewon.

"Oh no... no! I don't know BTS Seokjin. There's only one guy I met, and it was Angel Stranger. I admit he was such a charming and cute guy...but it has nothing to do with me---" you said, blinking in confusion.

Chaewon inhaled deeply; her whole demeanour was filled with excitement. " Okay...I want you to check this out. " She retrieved her laptop from her desk, quickly navigated to Naver, and searched for all the trending topics until she found what she wanted them to see.

You felt your breath hitch as you stood around her, peeking at the Twitter pages. It was even trending on sites like Weverse and Instagram. The pictures went so viral that you stood there with bated breath, all four' eyes glued to the screen. When Chaewon enlarged the pictures, you all gasped in shock, stunned in silence.

You and this ...BTS Seokjin were snapped at the pet shop.

Jiwoo and Soomin looked at you with wide eyes.

"Oh, flippen mudsticks! Yuqi, omg! Your 'Angel Stranger' is Seokjin. You were photographed with the idol." She yelled in perplexity.

You were still in disbelief. Sitting on Soomins's bed, you felt the paralyzing effect on your legs. "I...I didn't know it was him. Oh my, was it really him? Chaewon, aren't you mistaken? Is it really him?!"Your voice was trembling.

Oh my gosh ! No!

Your eyes were fixated on the charming guy.

"He was just a charming guy at the pet shop. I had no idea." You looked stunned at the pics.

You and him bending down, your hand both touching and petting Juno, how he looked down on you while you were so animated, him pulling your bunny hat, and him placing his finger on your lips. Oh my goodness, you look like you're dating!!

"You were with Seokjin from BTS! " Jiwoo exclaimed, her eyes wide with shock. It was too good to be true, and it was more surreal to be in the presence of such a megastar.

Chaewon nodded, "I recognised your clothes and that cute bunny hat. You need to put it away or give it away. The girls might recognise you, but your face is very blurry. His ARMY fandom and the media are looking for the girl. Eventually, someone might connect the dots and reveal your identity as a new upcoming idol."

Your roomies were excited, "You talked to Seokjin without knowing, and he liked you so much that he paid for your puppy!" Soomin exclaimed.

"You have his sacred number!" Jiwoo added, practically bouncing with excitement.

You shook your head, still stunned. "Gosh, I deleted his number!" you finally said, which wasn't the truth, obviously. They don't know how tempted you were to just randomly text him, but you were too shy to make the first move.

They looked incredulously at you.

Are you crazy?

Your friends all fell down on their beds.

Now more interested in knowing about this generous idol, you felt grateful that the pictures were unclear enough to reveal your identity and your clothing was blurred. It could risk your debut.

Your friends continued to pepper you with questions, wanting to know every detail of your meeting with Seokjin.

"What was he like in real life?" Blushing, you described him, "He was really well-dressed in all designer wear, well-built, and his skin seemed clear and flawless . His eyes were hidden behind tinted glasses, but he looked cool and wore expensive jewellery, too."

"Is he really as handsome in person?" Chaewon asked, her eyes wide with curiosity.

"He looked cool, but with those blue-tinted Dior glasses, I couldn't see his eyes clearly," you replied, trying to downplay your excitement. But his personality was what stood out. He was charming and humorous."

"Did he have those famous broad shoulders?" Jiwoo asked, giggling.

You nodded, blushing even more. "Yes, he is very broad and really tall. And he had this distinct laugh, almost like a windshield wiper. It was weird but cute."

Chaewon wanted to know more, "How did he end up paying for Juno?"

You laughed, recounting the story, "I had to tell him stupid dad jokes to make him laugh. We initially fought over who got to keep the puppy."

Your friends burst out laughing at the silly jokes, "Seokjin is known for his dad jokes and his distinct laugh," Chaewon said.

"Yeah! It did truly sounded like a strange windshield wiper. He was really charming," you added.

"If you have time, watch their Run BTS shows. You'll see his handsome features and how funny he is."Jiwoo said.
