Ruby pov-part 2

Samantha's eyes rolled backward unceremoniously as a result of the shock.

And then...

she just passed out...

Samantha returned to reality almost five minutes later. Her bewildered eyes darted about the room, attempting to focus. She was trying to sit up straight, and you assisted her with difficulty in doing so.

She looks at you with her brows furrowed and a bewildered expression on her face.

You clenched your teeth in anticipation as you awaited the inevitable blowout.

Her eyes widened, and she jumped up in surprise. "Omg.....omg!!!Did I just have a dream, or did you say, "Nick is a member of BTS!"...BTS...like the seven members of the universe of ARMY!"

You nod without uttering anything.

She was baffled, as if she couldn't comprehend, "Ruby. please tell me this isn't true...how...how in the world did you ever...omg this is massive!"

As she began to hyperventilate, you widened your eyes. Oh, my goodness. You hope she's mentally stable. Samantha is an enthusiastic ARMY fan.

"Sam...I'm sorry to have surprised you...but I couldn't tell anyone," you say gently as she jumps up and grabs your shoulders, shaking them back and forth until your messy bun untangles and your flaming red locks flow down your shoulders and back.

"Sam! Don't panic!" You attempted to calm her ecstatic rantings.

"Your little rascal, Ruby! Do you have any idea how enormous this is? ...you met BTS and were unconcerned about it. You're the only Aussie girl who has gotten the attention of a member of the group...this is incredible. I need to take a seat. "She sat down on the sofa, and her eyes gleamed in surprise as she stared at you. This is incredible. Her heartbroken friend happened to meet the superstar by coincidence. She expects you to spill all of the tea. Now.

You appear confused by what she meant.

"What?"You are hesitant to reveal anything about BTS. You're supposed to keep quiet and keep your relationship under wraps.

"I want all of the deeds. Ruby..nr.1... I need proof that you are not lying. Either you've had a fling with a bodyguard or a manager. Do you realize how insane it sounds? Holey  Dooley,   If the ARMY is aware of it. You'll be killed. Every ARMY on the globe wishes to be with them, to talk with them... You had a full-fledged romance with one...who is he?" She appeared to be thrilled.

"Samantha, first, no one should be able to hear the truth from your mouth. I'm already in hot water. Sejin and Me Cheong—- "You began to explain, but Samantha fanned herself once more...

"Oh my gosh...this is so surreal...You met their lovely female manager and personal assistant, Sejin. You're not even in the ARMY. How fortunate can you be...how is this possible? You didn't even get to meet them until a few days after they booked in. You were always on the go. Oh my goodness, Ruby?"

You sigh sadly, "Sam, and you're an ARMY. I couldn't tell you because we kept it a secret at the time..."

Samantha was calm, her brow furrowed in concentration. "You stated that he was Tarnished...Bighit announced in 2017 that all of the maknae-line had received their soul marks...except one, who turned out to be Tarnished...omg!omg! Park Jimin was the one Ruby On tour, he was constantly causing dating scandals. Something odd happened during their last performance here in Sydney. Dooley, Dooley! Ruby. You were a part of the so-called rumor, but no one knew what happened. It was vague. Bighit informed the press, Jimin did not meet his soulmate; it was an innocent friendship." "She stared into your eyes, which began to well up with tears.

"Oh my goodness, Ruby...You fell in love with Jimin, and he was with you...ARMY witnessed his change during the two years...he hasn't dated or caused any scandals since Sydney. He might not be over you." Samantha shook her head in disbelief.'Your crying,Ruby...tell me what happened...please!"

She observed your distress and comforted you by hugging you.

You took a slight whiff and looked at her with red eyes, "You not upset at me for not telling you?"

"Ruby,  just that little. You and our Chimchim have shared a lot more than pashes... You created a life ...this ...this is amazing, "She was astonished. Who would have guessed that her best friend would date and fall in love with a celebrity? And an adorable one at that.

"I know...we thought it would be a fling at first, but we fell in love at first sight. I had no idea they were BTS members until that evening while I was on duty. You should know that I wasn't a fan of the band. That night, he arrived with V and Jungkook. They were adorable!" You attempted to explain to a befuddled friend. Her eyes were glistening. Her friend had the most interactions and met the most adorable maknae-line.

"You're fortunate, Ruby!" She gushed.

"Yeah," you say wryly, "but I was so embarrassed since I didn't know their names...Jims—-"

When Samantha began to grin, you frowned "—-oooh, it's Jims' now...no one in the fandom calls him that. It's adorable."

You shook your head and shoved her shoulders, saying, "Do you want to hear or not?"

You lift your brows as Samantha begins to laugh.

"Continue...how did they respond when you didn't fangirl? It had to be so refreshing. ARMYs should have been roasted by then." She chuckled.

"They were surprised, but they warmed up to me. They were very adorable. Ally and Jason taunted me for being so smitten with Jimin. Who wanted to hang out with me..." you told her.

Samantha smiled, and her eyes sparkled. She wasn't tired anymore. She asked you to tell her everything, and you did. She was astounded to learn that he wished to have a secret relationship with you... You were flushed as you told her about your outings, your pashes on the boardwalk, your secret midnight dates...the first time you both lost your innocence, Jimin in your hotel room, and your beach picnic and fancy date in a private lounge.

Samantha was utterly smitten," Whoa! It's the most romantic time you've had with someone in four days, and none of that you've had with Greg in five years. Jimin was very enamored of you...so those rings are his." You give the nod. She looked awestruck.

"So, what occurred...? It's no surprise that you, Ally, and Jason...had the best views of the concert. We were all taken aback...so what happened with the dating scandal...he appeared to be depressed at the airport." She inquires.

"Well, that is largely why I spilled the tea, now—-" you confessed to her, profoundly regretting how the snoopy paparazzi found out. In two weeks, the intimate images in  Esquire exposure will be published.

"What the hell! That article will quickly make you famous. An Aussie girl who snatches a BTS member from under the noses of the ARMY...on a natural level. There is no soulbonding. That he naturally liked you is very romantic. The ARMY will track you down. You don't even speak Korean.Ruby. We need to figure out how to move you around campus while staying out of the way of the paparazzi. They will pursue you. Let's hope our vacation has already begun. We'll be away on our internship."  She looked worried. She knows your fandom.

"I know Sam, and I begged the editor."However, it will help them sell their magazine. I had to tell my mother the truth. She despised Nick! She will insist on meeting Jimin. That's something I can't do, Sam. His highly well-known because of this incident, Esquire was permitted to publish intimate photos of all of Jimin's supposed girlfriends, including myself, in 2017. I'm the only one who has been caught with him." In your nervousness, you begin to bite your nails.

"So, the magazine is going to be published...how about Jimin?" She makes frown. This is going to be massive. She is sure that television networks and entertainment programs will be queuing for interviews with her.

"He can't do anything. Bighit will use it as publicity. I can't do anything, Sam, because I'm terrified. Because of my relationship with Greg, I'm already well-known at the university. Sam, I'm exhausted. Nothing has worked for me. The editor wants to see me before they publish the issue. I have an appointment at their office for a brief interview... I'm afraid I won't be able to do that... I signed a nondisclosure agreement with them. I can't tell anybody anything about Jimin and me." You look so nervous. Your life will change for the worse.

Sam gazed at your terrified expression."Don't worry. We'll be there for you. The only issue you'll have is dealing with the paparazzi when we return from vacation for finals. Fortunately, you will graduate and possibly relocate to the United States."

This is massive. She hopes that the internships go well so that Ruby can leave the country for a few weeks. It will allow you to remain hidden until her finals, which are only a few weeks away.

Samantha hugged you once more.

You cry, relieved that your friend isn't upset at you and wants to support you deal with the madness of being involved with a celebrity.

"So, what are your thoughts on our Chim chim? Bighit, didn't they say last year that Jimin received a late whisperer mark? However, it has not been confirmed that he met his soulmate. We still don't know who the other Bells are. " She gave you a saddened glance. She is aware of your feelings for " Nick."

"That's why I didn't want to have a long-distance, hidden relationship with him, Samantha. It merely confirms my worst fears. He'll get a late whisperer and his soulmate and I will be crushed once more, just like my mother. I...I can't have feelings for Jimin, Sam...but, weirdly, I can't let go of him... I still...love him, Sam, and I will have to let go...but it will be challenging." You began sobbing. 

When will this agony end? You don't even have the opportunity to bond with someone, allowing these feelings to fade... If Jimin connects with his soulmate, he will forget about you. If he received the blue string, as most late whisperers did, he might fall in love with his soulmate while still like you, which would be heartbreaking to his new soulmate.

 When you're a "late whisperer," Redgold is highly unusual to receive...but that protective love string will push him to be in the life of his soulmate, which will result in love. It's precisely like the passion string without the deadly side..

"It's no mystery you couldn't date and you could eventually move on from Greg...If Greg finds out, he'll be stunned and much more set to win you back. He will not allow you to date someone better than him... I can't wait to see his reaction. This is going to be gold. Can I inform Brendon? "She inquires discreetly.

"Samantha, but he must keep it a secret. I'm not sure what to tell Melissa and Janice. Are they going to detest me? I'm aware that I'm not the ideal match for Jimin. ARMY will view me as inadequate, and you are millions. Oh my goodness!!! The saseangs will murder me. Samantha, I'm terrified."You cast a wary glance toward your friend. They will also face criticism.

"I'm planning to spend the weekend at home. Fortunately, I don't have class tomorrow. I guess I must leave tomorrow morning. Mom will be mostly at the hospital." You pause to consider your options.

"Yes, go home and tell your mother everything that happened, including your and Jimin's true feelings. I doubt his management will allow you to approach him after the interview. Bighit made an unclear comment about a member getting an interview with an Australian magazine. Now, I understand Jimin may visit Sydney.Oh my goodness, Ruby..he'll be here!!" She was taken aback by her newfound understanding. That will imply... Oh, no!

"Sam, that will be so awks (awkward)...I...can't see him, Sam. I'm not going to be able to handle it. So, what am I going to do? Sam, I still love him! This is a disaster." Fear wanted to paralyze you. You miss him terribly. How many times have you wished you could just text him...but couldn't? He is now soul marked. You can't have the ability to distract his attention in this way.

Samantha still wanted confirmation of your and Jimin's adventures, but you told her you'd retrieve the memory box and present it to her when you returned. You have all of his rings on your forefingers. Most of the ARMYs at university recognized the rings, but you informed them that yours were a cheap copy. Even though it was all real

You and Samantha chatted until midnight, and when you couldn't keep your eyes open any longer, you went directly to bed.

You awoke early the following day and took a quick shower. You immediately prepared porridge for Samantha and packed a weekend bag for your journey to Neutral Bay, New South Wales.

Samantha was still sleeping, so you texted her about her breakfast and that you were on your way. You sigh softly, yet your spirits are lifted. You couldn't understand why your pinky finger was stinging all the time. It was occasionally burning. You couldn't see anything wrong with the skin except for the itchiness.

You hopped in your car and drove home. You're going to make some breakfast at home. Depending on her shift, your mother may return home today. The journey takes no more than 15 minutes. Your mother was perplexed as to why you chose to stay at university. But you and Samantha wanted to live in a dorm. And you had a wonderful time with your buddies until Greg cheated on you and dumped you in your second year. 

Uni life had become mundane and had lost its allure, but you wanted to confront all of the negative by returning and facing it maturely. Even after the online bullying.

You didn't take long to pull into your driveway. You were surprised to discover your mother's car parked in front of your garage. Bryant saved up for his car because your mother couldn't afford to purchase him one out of the box, so you assisted him in putting a large sum of money aside to help him have his wheels. He was thrilled with cash.

You pull into your garage, grab your weekend bag, and walk into your house. You've all got your own set of keys. Becky is at school today, and Bryant will arrive on Friday because it is Thursday. When you spotted your mother in the kitchen making a cuppa, you smiled.

She was so surprised to see you that she left her cup and rash to you and gave you a fabulous squeeze. You laugh at her delight.

"Howdy, Mom?" You welcomed her cheerfully.

"Oh my goodness, Merida! I was hoping to see you tomorrow afternoon. You don't have any classes today." She looks at you, puzzled.

You're smiling, "That was the idea, but I almost forgot we had a day off. So I took a legal sick day from university. Let me quickly go put my stuff in my room I'll be sitting with you, mom." She smiled as you walked up the hallway to your room. This is a lovely home, but you and your family could not renovate or update it because of your debts. You might still be able to save the house now.

As you enter your room, you throw your bag in the corner and breathe a sigh of relief. You seemed to like your privacy a lot. You returned to the kitchen, and your mother also served you a cuppa. She brought out some breakfast biscuits for you to nibble on.

"So, how are things going at home, mom?' you asked, taking a little mouthful of your snack and a sip of your hot coffee.

"Well," your mother's smiling," things have been going pretty smoothly. I wanted to chat to you all about the house decision I made."

"Okay, you mentioned you got a new mortgage...Isn't it too much on you, Mom? If I get an internship in the United States, I can contribute financially. If I can get a solid job in LA with a successful gaming company, I'll be able to assist you to pay off our debt. Can't they just give us a little more time?" you furrow your brows.

"I don't want to bother you with grownup worries," your mother says. "You already have a lot on your plate. I decided to sell this house."

"Mom!!!"You appear surprised. This is your house. What is going to happen to you?

"Yes...I'm tired of maintaining this place. It's pricy because of the affluent neighborhood. And it's just Becky and me. Bryant wants to stay in Melbourne after completing his studies, and Becky has discussed receiving a scholarship abroad. She, like you, wants to get out of Australia...so a surgeon at the hospital wanted to put in an offer to buy this house for his son, who is getting married to his soulmate in December. I think it's a fantastic offer. He's going to give me an extra $200,000 in Australian dollars. We can pay off the mortgage and yet have money to live on." Your mother appears to be overjoyed.

Your brow furrows, "Just like that. Mom? Are you certain? Where are we going to live? Will we be able to afford another house?"

"Well...erm, the Surgeon I told you about is romantically interested in me and...and I've known him for a while. I know it's unexpected- "when she noticed your elevated brows.This is an unexpected twist, "But he's so nice to me. We went on several dates. He is a 58-year-old father. He has 2 sons, both of whom work in the medical industry. The youngest is 26 years old and works as a cosmetic surgeon in Asia, while his eldest son is a neurologist. There is no wife and no daughters. He lost his soulmate to lung cancer a few years ago, which is why he is a specialist in that field."

"Oh, mom...whoa... okay... I'm delighted you're moving on. So, where will you be staying after the sale of the house?." you inquire. 

"So, my child...Hyun wants us to be married in three months and move overseas with him. I'm hoping you'll agree. I adore Hyun and am willing to take a chance on love...so should you be? "She flashed a bright smile. Wow!

"Oh my goodness, marriage!... Doctor Dong -Hyun...we met him in the hospital multiple times. He's kind. Congratulations, Mom!! I approve. Is the doctor Chinese? and where are we going as a family..." This is so weird. After all these years...after fourteen years. Your mom found love again.

Your mom chuckled, "Oh Hyun is South Korean, Merida...we're relocating to Seoul after the house is sold——"

Your eyes widened in surprise!!

"What?!?"
