"I'd say, personally, that Eddie handled it well..." Haylee spoke as Barry pulled on his shirt, turning to look at her with a raised brow. "Okay, so he panicked a little but it's not like he fainted," Haylee pointed out as she pushed off of the bed onto her knees in front of Barry, his shirt flowing over her bare knees. "You have a good point there," Barry replied before grabbing her face and kissing her. "So we are certain that Harrison is the Reverse-Flash?" Haylee asked Barry once he pulled away.

"You heard him, Haylee. The way he explained it... It has to be him," Barry answered her with a sigh. "I'm with you on this, Barr. I don't doubt you and I saw his face... He looked to be in pure bliss when he was describing it," Haylee told Barry as he pulled her off the bed, his eyes trailing up and down her body. "And it seems you've impressed Eddie with your skills," Haylee told Barry as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders.

"What can I say? I make a pretty decent cop," Barry teased with an egotistical grin. "Okay... Any more boasting and you'll be falling to the left from the weight of your ego," Haylee warned playfully before kissing him. "Now get going before Joe gets annoyed," Haylee told Barry who swooped in for another kiss before he headed out of the room. Haylee had a quick shower before changing into some jeans and one of Barry's sweatshirts, smiling happily at the warmth.

Her phone rang gaining her attention, she sighed before reaching for it when a sharp hit of pain echoed through her chest causing the lights in the room to flicker. Haylee closed her eyes as she stumbled to the side and gripped onto the desk, taking slow steady breaths when the taste of metal danced along her tongue yet when she pressed her fingers to her bottom lip, nothing was there. "What is happening...?" Haylee whispered to herself before shaking it off.

Haylee picked up her phone to see a missed call from Felicity, she sighed before calling her back as she stood up straight; the strange pain sensation faded as if nothing had happened. "I have a boyfriend," Felicity said instantly causing Haylee to blink a few times. "And this boyfriend is?" Haylee asked as she pulled on her Vans. "Ray Palmer," Felicity replied with a cough. "You're dating billionaire Ray Palmer?" Haylee asked slowly.

"I am... I'll see you at Star Labs," Felicity said before hanging up leaving Haylee to sigh to herself, she shook her head and made her way out of the room. "Iris?" Haylee spoke up noticing the mentioned woman. "Hey Haylee, I wondered if you had time to talk?" Iris asked with a worried expression on her face. "Sure, what's wrong?" Haylee asked. "It's about Jesse and Linda," Iris vaguely told her making Haylee realise she had forgotten about her brother's relationship.

"They broke up and I think Jesse has this idea in his head that I have feelings for him," Iris explained as they sat on the couch. "Oh wow... Uh, and you don't?" Haylee asked with a raised brow while Iris shook her head. "No, I love Eddie. Jesse's always just been my best friend, you know. It was always, you and Barry as best friends and then, Jesse and I. But now... I don't want him thinking there is something there," Iris expressed with a worried expression.

"I can talk to Jesse and clear this up. I'm sure he's just all over the place since our father escaped prison," Haylee covered with a fake smile, an uncomfortable shiver pushed down her spine remembering that the monster was out there. "I almost forgot about that. How are you? Any closer to catching him?" Iris asked as she took Haylee's hand in her own. "Uh, unfortunately no. But I'm dealing and Barry has been helping with that," Haylee answered.

"I bet he has," Iris replied with a smirk causing Haylee to shove her lightly. "Iris! Don't look at me that way. You're basically his sister so, this is not a conversation we'll be having," Haylee warned her before standing up. Haylee stumbled as she went lightheaded, the lights in the room dulled as Iris steadied her. "Haylee? Are you okay?" Iris asked instantly, she held Haylee's shoulders as the lights went back to normal.

"Ah, yeah. I'm still having some reactions to the lightning. It'll be something I may have to deal with for the rest of my life," Haylee covered as she cleared her throat and straightened up. "Anyway, I need to get going but I will talk to Jesse and we'll organise a dinner for everyone soon," Haylee told Iris before the two hugged. Haylee closed her eyes as the foreign pain faded, she had no idea what was happening but it seemed to be getting worse.

"Bees. Why did it have to be bees? Y'all, I don't do bees," Cisco spoke as Haylee glitched into the room. "Ain't nobody got time for bees," Haylee spoke up startling Cisco. "Don't do that," Cisco told her as she smirked, resting her arm around his shoulder. "But when a honeybee stings, the stingers are literally torn from their abdomen, and they die," Dr Wells explained as Haylee moved forward, she looked at the bee on the screen.

"But there were no stingers in the body and no dead bees in the car," Barry replied to Dr Wells as Haylee turned to them. "A honeybee can only deposit point one milligrams of apitoxin when it releases its stinger," Haylee told them while Caitlin nodded in agreement. "And yet, Ms Kang was found with enough venom in her system to kill a herd of elephants," Dr Wells expressed before turning to Barry, "It appears not only is a meta-human controlling these bees--"

"--But also increasing their toxicity. Bees communicate by releasing pheromones," Haylee continued bringing a smile to Dr Wells' face. "Maybe this meta's controlling them through secretion?" Barry asked the group. "Anyone want to join me in getting a beekeeper suit?" Cisco asked making Haylee smile at him. "I might, I'm allergic to bees," Haylee told everyone causing them to look at her.

"Don't tell me that my abilities allow me to survive, I'm not risking it," Haylee told them before glitching onto the desk with her legs crossed. "I'm not risking that either," Dr Wells expressed before looking toward Barry. "I'm pretty sure I can outrun a bee," Barry told everyone before a new voice spoke, "Just don't run into a lake. Bees will wait for you to come up for air and then they'll sting you."

Haylee smiled at the sight of Felicity Smoak standing in the doorway of the Cortex. "Discovery channel. Turns out there's a lot to discover," Felicity told them as Haylee walked over and hugged the blonde. "Felicity, what are you doing here?" Barry asked her. "Can you guys come outside for a sec?" Felicity asked before linking arms with Haylee who smirked mischievously. "Don't you--" Felicity was cut off by Haylee glitching them both outside.

"What exactly are we waiting for, Ms Smoak?" Dr Wells asked once they were all situated outside of S.T.A.R Labs looking towards the sky. "Up there," Felicity pointed out toward a small dot in the sky as Barry wrapped his arms around Haylee's shoulders from behind. "Is that a bird?" Caitlin asked. "It's a plane," Cisco suggested while Haylee shook her head. "It's my boyfriend," Felicity told them as Ray Palmer crash-landed in front of them.

"Hi, I'm Ray," Ray greeted before his eyes landed on Haylee. "And you are Haylee Brager! I'm a huge fan of your work in Star City... along with being the Glitch, It's epic," Ray rambled bringing a smile to Haylee's face as she walked toward him. "It's a pleasure to meet you in person, Ray Palmer," Haylee said as she held out her hand for him to shake, Ray reached to shake her hand but she made it transparent making his eyes widen. "So cool," Ray geeked out.

"Ah, well, my ears popped, so that's something," Ray said as he stepped out of Caitlin's med-bay after she did her check-up. "You're lucky you didn't break your neck. What is it with billionaires being superheroes?" Caitlin asked with a shake of her head as Haylee snorted before glitching towards the suit, hovering her hand above it for the pulse of electricity. "So have you, uh, picked a name yet?" Cisco asked Ray, the two watching Haylee as electricity flowed around her.

"I'm kind of partial to The Atom. Shoo," Ray answered raising his hand to his head in a circular motion with a smile. "You married to that, or...?" Cisco asked causing Haylee to laugh quietly as she stepped away from the A.T.O.M suit. "Your A.T.O.M suit... it's quite the technological achievement, Mr Palmer. I'm impressed," Dr Wells expressed to Ray as Haylee took a deep breath, turning her gaze away as that foreign feeling returned vaguely.

"And he's never impressed," Caitlin informed Ray. "Well, thank you, but I can't quite seem to keep it up," Ray explained making Haylee laugh to herself, Barry shook his head. "He means the suit," Felicity corrected as she walked over to Ray and wrapped her arms around his. "Yeah, I mean the suit," Ray repeated as Haylee bit her lip to stop laughing, she glitched over to Barry and rested her head on his shoulder.

"I can attest that everything else works just fine. There's nothing we need to fix in... that area," Felicity rambled as Barry leaned his head on Haylee's. "No, no, no. The sex is great," Ray blurted out causing Haylee to lose it, she began laughing causing Barry to shake his head. "God, there's two of them," Caitlin muttered as Haylee calmed herself down. "I know from Felicity that you have been very helpful with Barry and the Flash suit, and I was hoping to get another set of eyes on my--" Ray informed them.

"--Problem," Felicity said with Ray repeating it. "Any friend of The Arrow's is a friend--" Dr Wells expressed willingly. "Hell, yes," Cisco stated happily. "Uh, guys. We kind of have a lot going on already," Barry announced as Haylee stepped back. "There's the meta-human killer that can control a whole swarm of bees?" Barry reminded everyone while Cisco and Haylee sent each other looks that showed they were having a conversation.

"Cool," Ray said before clearing his throat, "I mean, awful." Haylee smiled as she leaned toward Felicity with a smirk, "He was made for you." Felicity smiled back at her. "I'm sure Caitlin and I will provide ample support, Barry," Dr Wells told the meta-hero. "And Haylee and I will be happy to sit this one out," Cisco voiced with Haylee nodding in agreement. "You--" Barry stated but cut himself off, Haylee could tell that he wasn't handling this well.

Felicity and Haylee shared a look signalling that the blonde needed to talk to Barry. "Ray, why don't you stay here and work on your suit while Barry and I run to Jitters for some java?" Felicity suggested with a smile. "Sounds like a plan," Ray answered with a smile as Cisco and Haylee marvelled over the A.T.O.M suit. "Coffee?" Felicity asked Barry. "Sure," Barry answered, kissing Haylee's forehead before following the blonde out.

"So you put solid oxide fuel cells into the belt?" Cisco asked Ray as Haylee focused on the suit, Cisco looking at the blueprints on the screen. "Yeah, it's the only place to hide the hardware," Ray answered as he stopped next to Cisco. "Hmm, well, they should be generating enough energy to power the suit," Cisco said as he looked at Haylee, the brunette nodding. "It could be the operating temperature," Haylee added.

"I mean, you're essentially--" Cisco began but Ray cut him off, "Overheating the system, yeah. I figured." Haylee furrowed her brows as she placed her hand on Cisco's shoulder. "But if we insulate them with a ceramic compound..." Cisco suggested as Haylee nodded. "We may improve the operating efficiency," Haylee continued while Ray smiled impressed with both of the tech nerds.

"You're both incredibly clever, Cisco, Haylee," Ray complimented causing Cisco to furrow his brows as Haylee felt a strange yet familiar pulse of energy. "Some would say I'm the reverse," An echo of Dr Wells' voice played through the best friends' minds, Haylee's hand still resting on Cisco's shoulder. Cisco's heart began to race as he zoned into this strange memory, he watched as Harrison Wells harmed Haylee before attempting to kill Cisco, killing Haylee instead due to her own sacrifice.

"How do you turn this thing on?" Ray asked the two, Haylee shook herself from the thoughts as the pain and echo faded. Cisco grabbed Haylee's hand in his as Ray turned to them noticing the zoned out looks on their faces. "Cisco? Haylee? Are you two okay?" Ray asked bringing the two friends back into the world. "Yeah, I haven't been getting enough sleep, so..." Cisco explained before Ray turned to Haylee, as she went to speak alarms began blaring.

"Cisco, we need you up here," Caitlin called through the comms, the three tech scientists headed toward the Cortex from the lab. "Killer bees are at it again," Caitlin said as they walked into the room, Haylee let out a sigh. "What are the chances my former allergies faded with my abilities?" Haylee asked before glitching into her suit. "Not happening!" Cisco called as the memory played again. "I have to agree with Cisco, get a hold of Barry," Dr Wells told Caitlin.

Author Note
Wattpad (As you may know) has got a bug that has removed half of the GIFs and Graphics throughout my stories. My heart is broken but I have faith that Wattpad will fix this issue saving me from having to go through and change them (With the risk of it happening again). So for now, I apologise for the missing images.

Anyway, here are a couple of chapters of this story. I underestimated how many chapters I had left till season one would be complete. So, in honour of my dumbassery, enjoy!
