ALLIE sat on the sofa, reading through her Instagram comments about her album release, holding back a smile. She felt the sofa dip and turned to see her boyfriend sitting next to her. She smiled at him and leant her head on his shoulder, and he wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"You did good Allie." Mick whispered, before kissing the top of her head.

Allie grinned. "We did good."

She lifted her head from Mick's shoulder and looked up at him. Mick smiled at his girlfriend. "Yeah. We did."

They leaned into a kiss, noses brushing up against eachother, but jumped apart when someone coughed. They turned to see Max stood in the doorway, arms folded, a scolding look on his face. "Not in my house. Got it?"

Allie rolled her eyes but got up from the sofa. "Yes father." She said in a mocking tone. She walked passed him patting him on the shoulder. "I'm going to help Kelly with the food."

The six of them, Allie and Mick, Max and Kelly and Charles and Charlotte were having a 'triple date' at Max and Kelly's place, even if Max still didn't like the idea of Mick being back in the picture.

Mick was treading lightly around Max, knowing how protective he could be of Allie. Max was practically her brother, and Mick wanted his approval of their relationship.

Max walked towards a Mick who was still sat down, and leaned against the sofa. "Listen mate, I'm glad Allie is happy again, and I'm happy for you. Just don't kiss her infront of me. It's gross."

Mick nodded. "Yes sir. Noted."

Then something magical happened. Max smiled at Mick. He held his hand out for Mick to take, which he did. They shook hands and Max sat down on the sofa beside him. "So you're 100 percent sure you're not going to mess it up again yeah?"

Mick nodded again. "More than 100 percent. Nothing is getting in the way of us ever again. Especially Andrea." he widened his eyes, before turning towards Max, "Sorry, I know she's your sister and everything-"

"Trust me she's less a sister and more of an acquaintance. She's messed up." Max assured him. He nodded his head and sighed. "Well if your sure, I guess I better stop being hostile towards you."

Mick narrowed his eyes slightly, suspicious of Max's sudden change in behaviour. "Kelly told you to be nice to me didn't she?"

Max nodded shamefully. "Yeah she did."

"Well I'll take it. Thank you Max."

"No problem Schumacher." Max said before he stood up again. "You want a beer?"

"I'm driving, but thanks." Mick said. Max nodded and left the room to get himself a drink and Mick smiled to himself.

Allie walked back into the room with a plate of food, which she took init the kitchen. When she returned to the living room, she spotted Mick smiling to himself giddily. She stopped in her tracks and called his attention. "Hey, what's with you?" she asked.

Mick turned to her, didn't say anything but got up and walked towards her. He looked behind her to make sure Max wasn't anywhere near them, before cupping Allie's face and brining her up into a kiss.

Allie melted into the kiss and placed her hands on Mick's shoulders. Once he pulled away, he sighed. "I love you."

"To the moon and to saturn?" Allie asked teasingly.

Mick chuckled and rubbed her arms. "More."

"Guess it's a good thing I love you to then isn't it?" Allie teased, leaning in for another kiss. Mick leaned in too, until Max's voice made them jump.

"Schumacher! What did I just say man?"

Mick stepped away from Allie abruptly and rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "Sorry!"

He gave Allie and apoligetic kiss on the cheek before walking into the dining room to sit with Charlotte and Charles.

Allie couldn't help but smile. Even after all the ups and downs, she managed to find herself in the arms of a German racing driver who once broke her heart.

Allie smiled to herself as she watched Mick, Charles and Charlotte laugh with eachother.

"I can finally relate to Lover." she whispered to herself, before she walked over to the table and sat beside Mick.

Allie had everything she needed, and this time, she knew it.

I just wanted to share my thought process for choosing some of the songs on allie's album, because they were written by other celebrities, but for the purpose of this fic I chose them to be allie's songs
