Today was the day I would be released from the hospital. The nurse wrapped bandages around my stomach after putting medicine on my cut.  "Try not to do too much today just try to relax. The cut should be healed in about two days but you'll have a pretty bad scar there." She says. "Ok it's fine...and I'll try not to do too much." I answer pulling my shirt down. She leaves the room shutting the door behind her. I grab the duffle bag that my mom brought me yesterday that has a change of clothes and the stuff I left at camp in it. 

I walk to the bathroom and shower and put my clothes on. My clothes were a light pink long sleeve shirt with a baby blue short sleeve shirt over it with some ripped jean shorts and some white crocs. I dry and brush my hair then walk out of the bathroom and to my bed to get my phone and charger. I put my charger in my bag and open my phone. Mina had texted me saying she was here to walk me home and so I replied then walked out of my room and to the elevator. 

I took the elevator downstairs to meet Mina. "Hey!" She smiles. "How're you feeling?" She asks as we start to walk out of the hospital. "Fine, just hurting a little." I sigh with a smile. "You smiled again! Yay! Your smile is always the best part of you." She smiles. "Thanks! Hey I know we're just starting on this whole relationship thing but I wanted to ask if you'd like to go to the movies with me tomorrow?" Mina asks. I look at her in awe. "I'd love to!" I smile. "And is it ok if we tell our parents about us first and then our friends later?" She asks. "Yes, I was going to as you that too." I answer. 

We make it to my house which my parents closed until two days from now just to be safe which I don't get but if they need to I won't stop them. "I'm home!" I say walking into my house. "Hello dear." My mother says. "Momma I need to talk to you." I say as Mina and I walk to the counter and take a seat. "Ok! And it's nice seeing you again Mina." My mother smiles at Mina. "Nice seeing you too Mrs. Cotton." Mina says. "Mom while we at the training camp Mina and I told each other how we feel and we found out that we both have feelings for each other...we are starting this and going slow and just telling our families and later will tell our friends." I say to my mother as shock and happiness form on her face. 

She gives both of us a hug at the same time and lets out a happy shriek. "I'm so happy for you two!" My mother says before letting us go. "Thank you!" Mina smiles. "Just promise you won't tell anyone outside the family?" I say to my mother. "Of course..." My mother responds. My dad and brother later come in and my mom explains what happened. Mina and I eat lunch then hang out in my room. We watch Demon Slayer the whole first season and Haikyuu!! the whole first season. It was late and Mina had to go home so I decided to walk home with her. "The sky looks so pretty at night and I love it!" I smile looking up at the stary sky. 

"It's almost like we're actually in space when you look at it." Mina says. A cold breeze hits me and I shiver a little from it. I wrap my arms around me in a self-hug. I then feel something being placed in my shoulders. I look at my shoulders to see Mina's pink jacket. "You got cold so here!" She smiles. I cover my face with my hands with an embarrassed blush. Why do you need to hide it you're dating her now aren't you? I ask myself. "Thank you!" I smile. "This is me!" Mina says pointing to a tan house with a dark blue door. "Oh here have your jacket back..." I say taking the jacket off. "Keep it! You can give it to me at school!" She smiles. "O-ok." I smile. 

She walks into the house and the door shuts behind her. I turn on my heels to the side and make my way back home. I get home and eat with my family. We all then go to our rooms and fall asleep. I tried not to move in my sleep as the nurse said not to move too much. It was hard though and I usually move around in my sleep.
