Hi, guys so this is a side story for my book and I will add a few of these here and there every so often just for fun. This story was inspired (and dedicated to) marrPen check out her books they are amazing. This story is for her OC Kaya Ichigo (I hope I spelled the last name right) and is from her book Strawberry Garden it has four amazing chapters so go read it😀🔪

It was a normal day at the cafe kinda empty. There were like six people in the cafe and Ma and Pa had to go and get groceries so they left Ricky and me in charge of not only the cafe but also Mia. The bell on the door jingles saying someone has entered. At the same time, someone leaves aswell and the person entering was a girl with a head of snowy white hair that tied up into a ponytail. She wore a pair of really pretty strawberry earrings that I thought were adorable, some red converse, a pair of black shorts, and a loose white tank top. In her hand, she holds a skateboard that reminded me of Kiulla's from Hunter x Hunter which was an anime I adored.

"Take any open seat I'll be with you in a second!" I say to her as I stand up straight and rush to grab my apron, pad, and pen. I grab my white apron that has a pink cloud and my initials embroidered on it in pink. I tie it on and grab my sheep-covered notepad and my strawberry pen. I stumble over to where she was sat in one of the booths. "Hello, and welcome to The Cotton's Cafe how can I help you today?" I ask with a kindly smile. I could tell she was looking over at the chalkboard menu that is written above the counter area. "Can I get strawberry milk and a pound cake slice please?" She says. 

"Mhm, and one or two slices for the cake?" I ask as I write down her order. "Just one thank you." She smiles. "Iri the phone is ringing!" I feel a tug on my apron as a small voice says. I look down to see Mia standing under me. "Ok go get that Copy Cat of a brother and tell him his break is over." I say to her. "Kk!" She says running off. "Sorry my parents are out right now and it's just my siblings and me." I say to the girl. "Oh, and can I get a name for the order?" I ask. "Yeah sure, just put Kay-berry." She says. I write down the name and tear out the paper. "Ok, Kay-berry, your order will be out in a sec!" I smile.

I walk back over to the back of the counter to get the order ready. I take out a small plate that we use to put the pastries on for in-store orders. I take out the pink and white checkered piece of paper that we use and put it on top of the plate. I take the tongs and grab a piece of pound cake from the display case and place it over the paper. I open the small fridge that we have to keep the bottled drinks and stuff like that in and take out a strawberry milk carton. I open it and put a white plastic straw into it. I pick up the plate and milk and take them to walk over to the girl.

"Here you go!" I smile. "Oh, you didn't call my name?" She asks confused. "No, I just do that to get to know people's names. I'm Iris by the way Iris Cotton!" I smile. "Kaya Ichigo nice to meet you. Those horns on your head they're from your quirk right?" She asks pointing to my curved horns. "Yeah, my dad's side of my quirk is called Sheep and I have the attributes of a sheep." I smile. "That's so cool do you mind if I draw you?" She asks pulling out a small pad of paper and a pencil. "Sure!" I smile. I sit across from her and we talk while she draws me out.

She finishes and slides the drawing to me...

"Wow, I love it thanks so much!" I smile. "Hey, do you mind if I keep this to hang on the wall of the cafe?" I ask. "Of course not go ahead it was a pleasure. to draw you." She says. She looks down at her phone and is in shock at the time. "Oh crap, I gotta go sorry my brother needs me. It was nice meeting you Cotton-san I loved the food. Bye!" She says grabbing her sketchbook, pencil, phone, and skateboard. "Nice meeting you too!" I wave. I clean up the table and then take care of the cafe for the rest of the time until Ma and Pa get back.
