Yoongi and the production crew work the next two days secretly behind the scenes in the office. His "new " friends miss his presence downstairs and the new team leader just wanted to be around him. Luckily Ms Hwan was her annoyed self and had a meeting scheduled with all the team leaders. Yeonra wasn't at work. She called in and told her team leader that her mom had to go do some private business in the US. She wanted to go with her mother but the shop had orders that needs to be out the weekend for a wedding celebration, so she had to oversee the workers doing their jobs and that everything is on schedule.

Ms Hwan only allow her two days off and she was commanded to come back to work on Friday. She found out by Jihyo that their new Teamleader wants her to work the two off days since she resigned and she was working her final notice days. She wanted to bid farewell to her teammates on Friday but now she must come back to work on Monday and Tuesday.

Yoongi felt a little empty without her presence around. He quickly dismissed that thought when he realise he actually miss the girl and their new team leader really make it difficult for him to hide from her. She brought him food in lunchboxes that she specially made for him. Su Li was livid.

The group found it amusing that their little supervisors' open hunting for Gwan Suga was quite hilarious. He wasn't really impressed with her open love-up expressions toward him, but he kept himself polite. If he wasn't under cover, he would've rejected her once and for all.

When he told his Bangtan Elites, they were in stitches.

Under the guise that he was helping out to shift office furniture for spaces for the production crew, Ms. Hwan put him to work. So while he was apparently helping the production crew with their equipment, he rounded off his segment of the show. On Monday, they will shoot a segment of him in his office at Min Entertainment Seoul.

He'll talked about what he experienced and the changes that needed to be made urgently to revamp the company to fit his standards. Everything will be wrapped up on Saturday morning. The production crew was very excited about the footage. It will be a show that will receive high ratings and that will feature a few of the Bangtan Elite clubs.

At least on Monday, he will be back in Seoul. Last night, he and Selena were busy wrapping up the last loose ties. The reveal will be on Tuesday. He'll be leaving Saturday evening. He sometimes misses the fine things in life, like his special German built-in coffee machine that made the perfect coffee lattes and espresso. 

This week was an eye-opener. Yoongi learned so much about himself and the workers' class. He learned to never look down on hardworking people who just want to survive and work for a living. And to be grateful for his privileged upbringing. He even knows now how to thoroughly clean offices and floors. At least he learned something valuable.

He told his parents he would see them on Sunday after he regains his true identity and looks. He can't wait to get back to the real business. The only downside is having to say goodbye to these wonderful people as a worker's class janitor.

Po-Seok invited them Saturday afternoon to a lunch when he informed them that he would be going back home to Seoul. family business. So the lunch will be a farewell party for him and Yeonra. Luckily he won't be there to help wrapped up the show.

Yoongi didn't know how to feel after the production crew showed him the footage of the "Undercover CEO." He had mixed feelings concerning everything.

The thought of leaving the group behind made him feel strangely saddened, but it was mostly about leaving Yeonra behind. He grew attached to the straightforward Po-Seok, the calm and motherly Jihyo, and the flirty and tardy Sugwon. He didn't really have enough days to get to know the security guard, Dae-seong, who had a crush on the enigmatic and beautiful Yeonra, which strangely irked him, and he'll strangely going to miss Su-Li, who walked with her heart on her sleeves. He has grown to like his team members.

He is aware of the fact that he needs to leave and they all think he is going back "home", either to his family or to a girlfriend that awaits him. He didn't bother to correct them; he just hoped they wouldn't feel betrayed. But deep down, he knows that Yeonra will feel betrayed and never trust anyone again. It made him a little apprehensive when the big reveal come next week.

He quickly dismiss the thought, wondering why he all of a sudden care about what people are thinking ? He is the most feared boss of Min Entertainment and Agust D labels. One of the most affluent and sought after bachelors in Seoul. But why is his heart aching? The mere thought of not mopping floors and do errand work for maintenance made him strangely nostalgic. He hate menial work ,but working as janitor, a custodian in one of his companies were strangely liberating. He felt human. Part of the real people, who went through real problems, financial woes and family stressors.

When you have everything handed to you on a silver platter, you tend to take life for granted.

He was pleasantly surprised to see Yeonra coming in by lunchtime. She told the management that she was still at the restaurant. When she entered the cafeteria, everyone looked excited. Po-Seok jumped up with vigor and pulled a chair out for her.

"Oh my gosh, Yeonra, why are you at work? I thought you took off. Aren't you done working your week off.? "Su-Li was surprised. Suga raised his eyebrows. She was then done with her notice week. Why?

You just shrugged and smirked, "Well, our new team leader called me and reminded me of my notice for next week.I needed to work back the two days I had taken off. So, I'll be done with the company by Tuesday, hopefully."

You smiled as you greeted everyone. Your heart suddenly beat faster than a drum when your eyes lingered a tad longer on the stoic, Suga, whose eyes were tenderly on you.

Suga frowned, "Why? The company could've just deducted your daily wage, but don't you have leave days left? You could've used your remaining leave days to compensate for the required notice...speak to human resources." He looked you straight in the eyes, which unnerved you greatly. Gosh, he is so handsome, your breath hitches painfully. You regretfully think he is leaving today.

Yeonra just shrugged, " Well, I don't have a choice when your severance package is threatened. But I don't really care. As long as I'm leaving, I'm happy at least. No more victimization, harassment, and stress. " You chuckled as Jihyo patted your back. 

Your eyes widen when Suga shifts an unopened soda and ham sandwich toward you.

He just shrugged. "Eat." he softly commanded. The women around you smirk inwardly as they see your blushing face. Suga just smirked and munched on some churros. You thanked him softly and started eating.

"So what are you going to do now? Any prospects for new jobs? "Concerned, Sugwon inquired.

"Oh, my mom and I still need to decide where we want to move—near family in Ulsan or Seoul. I always wanted to find work in Seoul, but my mom wants to be closer to family. I don't want to be near the family that abandoned us. So, I will still keep my options open. I've got interviews lined up at Cube and Pledis Entertainment in Seoul to manage their new debut groups if I'm unsuccessful. I might emigrate abroad. "You smile warily.

They were shocked and gasped. You just shrugged. As long as you don't have to relive all the humiliation ever again.

Su-Li groaned and thumped her head on the table amid amused eyes.

"We are going to miss you so much and now you'll move out of Busan. I'm never going to see you again. "

Suga frowns a little. "Why didn't you apply to Min Entertainment in Seoul or Ulsan?" She has a great academic record.

You chuckled with an amused tone, "Suga, do you know how impossible it is to get into Min Entertainment, even Agust D labels? I won't even make it to the first-round interviews. Everybody wants to work there. It's like Google. Only the best of the best have the opportunity. And with my references here, I'll probably not even get a job as a tea girl in Min Entertainment. A year ago I would've gotten the chance, but ---"you just shrugged, drinking some of your soda. Your dream was to be a songwriter and composer at Min Entertainment.

Suga was baffled. He was aware that his company had stringent and arduous entrance tests and interview rounds. But that is to source out the best of the best. But it's not impossible to work for him. Although his company makes sure to check all types of references. work, academics, and character. As he has seen with the attitude of the management here Yeonra won't get favorable references from her managers. She was even overlooked for the team leader post.

Su-Li nodded, "You are the best. Cube and Pledis will be crazy not to hire you."

Po-Seok grinned, "Well, tomorrow we will have a party at my house. My wife is so excited to prepare. Suga and Sugwon will do the BBQ meat. We are going to give you the best goodbye gift. Janitor exclusive party. "

Suga smirked, "Now that is something that I can do well. I'm the BBQ master at home. "

Su-Li smiled brightly, "I'll keep you company as you prepare. I can learn some tricks. "

You and Jihyo smirk because Su-Li's affection for Suga is not unknown.

You smile, "Thank you for the invite. I'll bring some sweet and savory pastries".

"Please tell your wife...she mustn't bother with side dishes. I'll bring some ok. I'll call her after work. "Jihyo offered.

Po-Seok protests, "Ugh, come on guys...we are giving the party. You don't have to bring anything. "

Suga grinned, "Well, we want to. I'll talk to you about extra meat ok.No arguments"

Everybody laughed at Po-Seok's sour expression. He wanted to pay for everything. And the group has none of that. Sugwon offered to bring more drinks and Su-Li will bring snacks to nibble on.

Just then the Team leader arrived at the scene full of smiles. You all bow and greeted her politely. Su-Li turned sour as she beholds her team leader's eyes linger on Suga. You just shrugged, you are leaving for good and this unhealthy crush you had on Suga will hopefully cease and die a natural death.

"Good day my precious team...hope you had a nice extended lunch. I'm sorry for not attending the scheduled meeting but Ms. Hwan had a short unscheduled meeting concerning management. ..so I hope I wasn't missing too much." she smile brightly. There were small chuckles coming from the group as Su-Li snorted. As if. Jihyo gave her a slight slap on the thigh.

"What!... it's just a laugh" she shook her head dismissively.  You press your lips not to smirk at the two ladies. Su-Li made no effort to get along with Ms Kim YooSung.

Ms. Kim just shrugged, not bothered by Su-Li's sour attitude," So today is Mr. Gwan Sugas's last day and next week Tuesday we'll be saying goodbye to Ms. Yeonra. You will be sorely missed." she mainly looked at Suga who is not even bothered to respond. You smirk softly.

Po-Seok grinned," Well, we will celebrate Suga and Yeonra---" Su-Li clears her throat loudly.

Po-Seok didn't catch the hidden message," What?!"

You chuckled softly as Suga smirked. Su-Li groans as Po-Seok was puzzled at Su-Li's exaggerated hand gestures behind Ms Kims'back. Yoo-Sung turned around with a frown as she looked at Su-Li who faked a smile.

Po-seok carries on talking, "Er... if you have time tomorrow, come join us at the janitors' farewell party for Yeonra and Suga boy who is leaving for good."

She looked horrified at Suga, who looked unbothered, "I... I didn't know... you were leaving for good,Suga.  I thought you leaving to visit your family. You just started. Why? I understand Yeonras' situation. Don't you like it here? "

Suga gave her a lopsided grin as he looked at his team, "Oh--- I like it too much here," he said, his gaze lingering on you for a split second".I need to go---a pity "He briefly looks at you again and smirks, where you are in a conversation with Jihyo.

"Oh ok... then I'll love to join Po-Seok-Oppa. Do I need to bring anything? " She looked giddy, looking forward to a party with Suga. Po-Seok said it would be from noon till late. So sharing a drink with one of the hottest men will give her a chance to make a move.

"Oh no!!! nothing. It's OK. Everything has been sorted out. " Po-Seok quickly stopped her from bringing anything else.

"Well, I'll bring more soju drinks. You can never go wrong with extra drinks! " She laughed. Suga smirked while Sugwon jumped up and threw his fists in the air.

"I can't wait to party!" He sings excitedly, while the rest stand up after their lunch break is over.

Yoo Sung looked at a smiling Suga who patted Po-Seok on the back. "Er... Suga?" she called him softly.

Suga turned his face briefly with raised eyebrows, "Er... would you mind picking me up tomorrow? I don't want to drive so far. I can help with gas if you don't mind"

"No problem, Ms. Kim... you won't mind, because I'm picking up Jihyo, Su-Li, Sugwon, and Yeonra," Suga grins" .First, It will be a little crowded. But we would love to pick you up. "

The girls' eyes widen as Suga's eyes give them a quick message.

Su-Li smiles triumphantly, "Suga's car is a tad small, so you will sit on Sugwon's lap. Will it be OK?"

Yoo Young scrunched up her nose as she quickly shook her head, "You know what! I don't want to inconvenience you guys. I'll ask my brother to drop me off. Po-Seok kindly text me your address," she asked Po. The girls smirk because they really don't want to be with their team leader at a party.

She quickly walked after Po-Seok to get the address. The ladies all turned to a guilty-looking Suga, who shrugged sheepishly. You smile widely at his awkward demeanor.

"I really don't want to be alone with Ms. Kim. I'm sorry ladies, "he said with a smirk.

"We totally understand. I don't want to be with that cow either, "Su-li said with a sour tone.

"Su-Li, girl, show some respect!" She berates her as she looks at an amused Suga and Yeonra.

"Suga... it's OK. I do have a car. I'll pick up Su-li and even Sugwon if he needs a lift, as we live very near each other. " She grinned as she eyed you discreetly. You inhaled sharply. Oh my gosh! The two want to set her up with Suga, planning for them to be alone. They still believe that he likes you. And they know it's mutual.

Suga smiles quietly, "It's alright, Jihyo. Please provide your address Yeonra...I'll like to pick you up tomorrow afternoon. "

You bit your lip nervously, "Oh--ok---" He gave you his number... it's one of his special phones that he bought only for the 'Suga' alias---he can't let them have his private numbers. You can text him your address.

The day went on smoothly. You only cleaned out some dusty offices and you refreshed the conference rooms because there was a rumor going around that the company's big boss would come and visit his new building and check on the renovation of the top-level offices for the new management. You hope Song-Wook and Ms. Hwan don't get those promotions, otherwise, it will be hell for the low-level workers. Mr. Min, the new owner, must send his new management. Maybe it will run better and will become a very healthy environment.

You already feel nervous being in such close proximity to him in such a confined space. You are getting more attracted to him, and you feel so uneasy about this new awareness. You don't even know him that well. How in the world is it possible to like someone so intensely? You should be very glad that you'll be leaving soon because being in his presence will cost you your heart.

The next day:

You quickly showered and went down to the kitchen to make yourself a hot drink. Last night, you went online and saw a very welcome post. Your mom sends you pictures of her and her best friend in Texas. She completed all of the inheritance paperwork and met with an old Korean friend who lives in Dallas. She told you that she'd be back by next Friday. Your dad's old band sent their regards, and one of his friends wanted you to contact him when you have time.

You smile fondly, remembering the days you spent with your dad and them in the studio, making and creating awesome sounds. They were the inspiration for your musicality. You've even spent years learning how to play the electric guitar when you were eight. You miss those days before your dad's sudden demise.

You quickly check on the shop, give some directions in the kitchen, and pack a delectable box of assorted cocktail pies and other sweet treats for the party. The crew always enjoys your mom's baking. But those you baked yesterday after work.

It was a bittersweet day as you completed all the documents for your resignation and when Suga told you about consulting human resources, you found to your delight that you didn't have to work any days because you have more than enough leave days that you didn't utilize for the year. You can't wait to say "farewell" to the job you loved to hate for months.

It is just a pity that there would be no advancement in the music industry with those mediocre references. Even if you did an excellent job, you will have personal issues with management.

When it was time to leave, you quickly changed into your skinny jeans, which fit your short posture erfectly, and you put on a beautiful designer black top that you bought in LA a year ago when you and your mother went to the states. Your make-up was done naturally, and because you will be with friends in a homey environment, you decide to leave your reading glasses.

You can see perfectly well. You don't ever wear make-up on the job because, after the debacle with Song-Wook during your intern days, you realized it was your natural beauty that made you a lot of enemies and caused you to regress in your career. Since then, you've made sure you look like an unassuming nerd, but today you felt alive and free to be the "hot chick" that you've always been in private. Your hair was washed and blown dried. You placed your gold drop earrings on, an expensive gift from your dad on your 21st birthday.

Suga arrived on time to pick you up. You were a jittery ball of nerves. Suga was taken aback by your obvious beauty when you met him outside, where he stood with the door open. His entire demeanor changed when he saw you. You both greet each other with a small bow.

"Oh my goodness,  Yeonra! ...you ...you...look incredible "He stammers in, his voice strangled. He couldn't take his gaze away from you. He never saw you in all your womanly splendor. His heart was beating erratically.

Your pale cheeks flushed bright red. "Hello, Suga... this is just plain old me."

"A" beautiful "plain old you," he says, his face flustered. You took his breath away.

He opens the car door wider so you can get in. The atmosphere in the car was so relaxing, but there was a sense of anticipation between the two of you.

"So, Suga... you're leaving tomorrow. It was an honor to know you. Best wishes." You take a sidelong glance. He looks really cute with the stubble on his chin and upper lip. You don't like facial hair, but he rocked it and you like him a lot.

"Thank you,Yeonra," he smirks."  the same to you. We still had half an hour before we arrived at Po-Seoks' house. Could you please tell me? I'm curious as to why you chose to work as a janitor rather than advance your career. I heard you have a music degree, so whats' the deal with that?"

Your gaze became solemn. It's a delicate subject to discuss.

"It's a little embarrassing. My ambition is to become a composer and songwriter like my father "You told him bits and pieces about your famous father. Suga was astounded when he learned about your legendary father. His songwriting credits, his famous band, and he learned of his untimely death. Who knew Yeonra was half-Korean? With her natural mahogany hair and brown eyes, it's no surprise she had such a beautiful face.

"Wow! So you also composed music for school musicals, cheerleading squads, brass bands, and a pop band. Wow, Yeonra "He appeared stunned. Min Entertainment was sitting on gold and had no idea.

"Yep! even one entertainment company signed our high school pop band and stole and redone one of my hit songs.My father sued the company, and they lost. I got compensation. At first, I was so disheartened about the music industry that I gave up for a while. "You scoff, but Suga could see the pain behind your words.

"Never give up on your dreams, Yeonra. The world needs your talents. "he smiled briefly at you as he drove the car. He never knew Yeonra had so much going on for her.

 "So, why were you overlooked for the management or a permanent job at Min Entertainment in Seoul? With those qualities as an intern, you would've been far. " He furrowed his brows, although he knew his scouts said she did so well in the initial group project, she was absent for the final presentation and her references with the appraisals were not very favorable. Something doesn't add up.

"When the interns heard that Min Entertainment would take over our company, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, a new project was launched for the interns to acquire permanent positions in the new takeover. We were all stoked and excited. Well, as you heard and saw, my strained relationship with my managers... a few months before the big, exciting projects... Mr.Song-Wook pursued me relentlessly. Everybody knew he wanted me. He asked me out on a few dates, against my mom's wishes. I only went on two or so lunch dates, but as an intern, I knew it wasn't advisable, but he was truly a gentleman until I rejected his proposal to be his girlfriend. He was sour for months. Then I heard that he and Nari Hwan were an item before and she still loved him. I wondered why she disliked me, and a few months later she got her revenge. Both of them. "

You stayed quiet for a little while, and Suga felt sorry for asking you for any details about your life. But he wanted to know why the most talented member of that group got eliminated while her peers advanced in his company.

"So, what happened? "he softly asked.

"There were fifteen interns, and we were placed into groups. Mr. Min had a project for every group, and the winners will work at one or two of his companies, permanently. We were so hyped up. Believe me, it's a rat race to the top. A lot of underhanded backstabbing and backbiting went on. I worked on the presentation, but because I am a bit shy and get stage fright, my two group members would present it in front of the second scout. Unfortunately, my mom got into an accident that day of the presentation and I had to be there. She landed in the ICU unit in the hospital and we had the wonton shop to manage. I was so worried and beside myself about my mother. I just couldn't lose her unexpectedly like my father. So I called my supervisors and they told me that our group would do the presentation the next day. And when I went back, I heard that Song-Wook forced my group to present without me. My presentation won first place. And the rest is history. My two crew members got awesome jobs in Seoul. My dream destination and company. Ms Hwan and two other supervisors gave me the lowest scores for my intern performance, and Min Entertainment obviously only takes in the best, so it remained a distant dream. "

Suga was so taken aback by what happened to you that he was quiet for a while. No wonder she hated Song-Wook. That was so unprofessional.

"But why didn't you seek other job opportunities here in Busan and Seoul? "he looked puzzled.

You looked at him with raised brows, "Suga, they wanted references and a million candidates stood in line for one job! I had to jump in while my mom was unable to keep our finances abreast. We had medical bills. If I won, which we did without me,... I would've worked as an assistant to some music producer or whatever. We needed the money, and our boss asked me to be a team leader for the janitors. It was humiliating, but I needed the money and soon. I worked as a cleaner for months, and after hours I baked in order for our wonton shop to function. Work is work. Money feels and looks the same when it is in the bank. And whilst I worked as a cleaner... I sent out all my CVs to numerous entertainment companies across South Korea, but after a while, I got declined. They always call the supervisors, and you know about my spat with them. Even if Song-Wook. made up with Ms. Hwan, she knew he still liked me, and I knew even when I applied for the permanent supervisor post. I was overlooked and Ms. Kim from Daegu got the position that I had managed for months. I won't lie, I was devastated. Apparently my rejection letter got lost in the mail.  I knew it was time to leave the company, even if things would get better with Min Entertainments' new managers... I don't see a future for me in the company. I only stayed to learn more about my career...So, at last, I got the courage to say goodbye... "

"You are such a strong woman. I do admire your tenacity to be able to work in such a hostile environment. We could all see how unhappy you were, but you did your job with such grace. You are an asset to Min Entertainment. " He looked at you with an undefinable emotion in his eyes.

You chuckled."Well, if you see Mr. Min... do tell him that," you tease. Suga smirked quietly as he noticed a light in your eyes; you appeared relaxed and happy as if a burden had been lifted. 

Suga asked you about your current plans and about your family. It was so relaxing in his company. It wasn't long before you entered the Po-Seok neighborhood. You were so hyped up to see Po's wife, Ada. After the jovial greetings, you were dragged by his wife to the kitchen where you saw Jihyo and Su-Li preparing the food in dishes. There were laughs and many hugs exchanged, as well as teasing about you and Suga.

Suga was taken to the backyard, where, to his surprise, Sugwon had just started with the meat prep. So, the men were busy with the BBQ, some meat over hot coals. Sugwon told them about this new method. Suga knew about it as he is a world traveler and he loves meat.

You were all relaxing, and Po-Seok had some trot music on that made all of you just smirk about his peculiar music taste. Po was so happy to be the host. Your team leader called Po earlier and told him that she was required at work because the production crew wanted to shoot scenes with the management of the company and they had to arrange everything because the owner of Min Entertainment would arrive next week. Everything must be ready for his formidable crew.

Dae -seang mom came to visit unexpectedly and he had to be with her.

Su Li was squealing with excitement. No Ms. Kim at your party. You smile softly, glad that you don't have to watch her loved-up eyes on Suga the whole day.

Suga was just laughing inwardly because she also called him and wanted to ask him out for drinks tonight, but he declined, telling her that he needed to be early on the road back home by tomorrow morning.

You enjoy the fellowship with the crew. Everyone gave little speeches to say their farewells. Po-Seok's eyes were full of tears. He really likes you guys. You and Suga enjoyed your stay. You all sang songs and ate and drank a lot. Sugwon insisted on karaoke evening. You all sang and danced to K-pop songs. 

Suga was very reluctant, but Po-Seoks' wife had none of that and he was dragged onto the dance floor. You all laughed and had so much fun together. The crew was flabbergasted when you sang a solo in your "recording" voice. Suga's jaws dropped, and you could sing, dance, and write songs. He was mesmerized by you. It was as if he saw you bloom in a new light. Po even whispered to him to ask you out because everyone could see how much you two adore each other. Suga just smiled, but he knew he can't.

You and Suga were extremely aware of each other throughout the day...he was a true gentleman and attentive to your needs. Suga made sure to give you the most succulent piece of meat every time and handed you your drinks, so the ladies smirked inwardly.

You and Suga were constantly staring at each other, even when you were standing far from each other. Po-Seok simply smirked at the two young people who were clearly attracted to each other but tried to hide it.

...and you both knew, with regret, that starting anything now would be pointless and stupid.
