For our last letter in this mini series, we’ve got a juicy one that’ll surely satisfy and make you melt at the sweetness of its contents.

And for the benefit of our Earthly readers, Eden runs on a slower timing compared to Earth but for convenience's sake, one Eden year is equivalent to ten human years. Once a starling reaches a certain age, they stop ageing.

Dear Sagittarius,

It’s been almost eight years since I gave you that gift and I think that’s the day that you finally noticed me. You probably don’t remember but I’ve liked you since you first showed me around on my first day of school. I was sick at the start of my first year and missed the orientation. Principal Aquila assigned you to show me around when I came back three weeks into the school l term.

You were so welcoming, despite having to take time off from your classes to show me around and it’s your final year too! You even offered to tutor me if I needed help in catching up with the rest of my classmates.

Unlike other starlings, my parents decided to raise me on Earth, where I was ostracised for my skin colour. I was often lonely and left out of outings before I moved back to Eden to start school. I understand why my parents would want to raise me there but I guess they just chose the wrong area to settle down.

You were the first person to actually show me genuine kindness, besides my family of course, and it felt…good…I finally felt at home. And it was stupid of me, but that was how I fell for you. We never really interacted or saw each other after that, but later that year, during the secret santa, I was your secret santa and I wanted to impress you. I guess it worked since you started taking more notice of me…

I guess it was my fault we didn’t become something more then. One of my ex-friends was encouraging me to play hard to get and I stupidly listened to her. Worst mistake of my life. Thank heavens she isn’t my friend anymore. Hasn’t been for years actually.

I tried everything I could do to forget about you after you graduated and I nearly succeeded…until I saw you at the club last week. The room heated up instantly and I couldn’t cool down. You got me spinning 'round and 'round. I didn’t expect you to remember me.

Every time you called my name, I heated up like a burning flame. I just want you to kiss me, baby, let the fire get higher. I want to reach out and grab you, pull you closer like I should’ve done years ago.

You make me hot, you make me sigh, you make me laugh, you make me cry. You keep me burning for your love with the touch of your velvet glove.

I feel the magic in your caress. I see magic in your eyes. I hear the magic in your sighs. And just when I think I'm going to get away, I hear those words that you always say.

I hope this letter reaches you, my love. Make me yours and I’ll make you mine. Every touch has me heating up like a burning flame, full of desire. Just give me a chance. I’ll make it worth your time. Just another chance to fix where I went wrong. Just another chance to be yours.
