Some say death is just a gateway to another world

A transition from this life to the next

A release from the burdens and struggles of existence

Others believe death is simply the end,
A void of nothingness

A finality that cannot be comprehended

But perhaps death is both illusion and reality

A physical end to life as we know it

But a spiritual continuation of the soul

In the end only time will tell

Whether death is an illusion or a reality

But one thing is certain

Life is a precious gift to be cherished
