Along with the letter came a large paper package with a stack of papers inside. Taking a closer look, one can see that it is a application/contract of sorts. On the top it reads "Mandatory Waiver". You take a bit of time to fill out the information and make sure you read what you're agreeing to.

{RULES}

On the last couple of pages there is long sections describing a few things the park are not responsible for.

Here are a few highlights:

"Mr. Marksman and all park staff members cannot be held responsible for any injuries inside the park including:
• one's jaw being unhinged
• one's spine being cracked and bent into the shape of a U
• one's skin being scrapped back, revealing muscle tissue
• one's flesh being torn by an object and/or living being
• one's genitalia being slowly sliced into thin fold of meat that one might make a sandwich out of
• one's bones/organs being dislocated"

"The guests are required to have a minim of 4 sentences in their answer. Remember to be descriptive and come up with new ideas."

"The guests will notice that there are a few passwords set in place to filter out people who refuse to read rules."

"The park is not responsible for any mental or physical trauma experienced by a guest."

"The park requires that all participating guests treat one another with respect and not let any personal grudges interfere with the story."

"The park encourages cellphone recording and sharing with social media, as our business thrives off of publicity."

"The park warns you of the dangers of possible Mary or Garry Sue's that will not be accepted. The guests must have sufficient flaws. To have flaws does NOT mean to have mental health issues, suicidal tendencies or have been sexually/domestically/mentally abused in some way. Flaws are in what people are, not what they've been through."

"The park warns of the violence involved in the story, the park interrupts this sentence to bring you a password which is the color of your bed sheets, and that people who find that sort of thing unsavory will not enjoy their visit."

"The park reminds you that the park manager is in charge of all events taking place in the park, ie. If a guest does something the park manager doesn't like, measures will be taken to find a compromise. The second password is to ask who the park manager is. If a guest is unwilling to compromise, they will be kicked out of the park."

"All guests are normal citizens and do not have supernatural power beyond human ability."

"The park is happy to have anything in the Mandatory Waiver cleared up for a guest upon them asking questions."

Mr. Marksman is all about "staying up with the times" so he has a system to rate his attractions based on how scary they are. (Or in many cases I will use, how dangerous a person is) If you are ever confused about the rating, simply glance back at this page. I will also put it at the bottom of several other pages.
