The cyberpunk society is divided into 18 districts and a headquarter. Their people are oppressed and have pretty much no freedom. People earn their food with working, money isn't a thing in this area.
The people their health is bad here because of the lack of doctors and people with high education. There are many conflicts like shootings and robberies. This directly leads to a lot of people with injuries.
There is one main rule here. Every citizen has to check in at the main area three times a week, if you don't then you'll be sentenced to jail for breaking the rules.
This the most chaotic and dangerous place to life. The government doesn't pay much attention to the rules, but if they catch you they barely have any mercy. There are barely any crimes here so only framed characters can be here.

This is the most safe place to live, though it is very hard to get a place there. Only people with a high education are allowed, and their families. There is a lot of space here and a lot of nature. People try to restore nature here again, so they can restore the rest of the earth.
They have an open border with hydropunk. The only thing you have to do to cross the border is sign in and sign out when you return. All they want to know is your name, where you are going and how long. If you don't return in time, to police will start a search for you.
The government is very democratic and will give their citizens a fair judgement.

Hydropunk is based on the dream to create a paradise. They gotten their hands in a huge crater hole, and used it to create power made by the force of water. They life at the edge of the water and at the cliffs at the coast.
They are pretty much all farmers and live very peaceful. The government is very strict with following the rules and don't have mercy on those who break the rules.

Steampunk is build up from the scraps. Imagine a city build from only stuff you find in those old stores with ancient materials. That's them.
The rules aren't existing, but the citizens still live in a lot of fair. The gouvernement is very corrupt and put their people without any reason in prison.
