A/N: I'm so glad to see that you guys liked the last episode! It really was fun to write, along with "The Impossible Astronaut". But anyway, it's time to move forward. :)

NOTE: See the picture above for a look at Lexi and Sky's outfits for this episode.

Oh, and...

Guest Starring:
RICHARD MADDEN as SKY
and
TOM HIDDLESTON as Quartermaster LUCIUS HARPER (I'm kinda excited about him. You'll see... 😉)

OH! And just in case you were wondering, "Quartermaster" is basically second-in-command on a pirate ship.

Now, let us read "The Curse of the Black Spot".

Enjoy! 😘

--------------------------------

Outside, Sea, Night...

A group of four pirates rowed the long boat back to their ship through still waters and dense fog.

The ship was still as there was not enough wind to fill the sails, though a small breeze did blow the array of charms that hung like chimes.

Outside, Ship's deck...

The pirates climbed aboard and were greeted by another.

"What's wrong?" The Boatswain asked them.

"Man wounded." Another one replied.

Stunned, the Boatswain looked at the wounded man even as he pointed to the aft of the ship. "Wake him...And get Quartermaster Harper."

The pirate then nodded, going off to do what he was told.

Inside, Ship, Captain's cabin...

There was gold and jewels strewn about, spilling over chests. The pirates were waiting on the Captain's decision.

"He slipped in the bilge water, Cap'n, and fell on to the rigger. His hand..." The Boatswain trailed off. "I don't know if he'll survive."

Captain Avery turned around and looked at the wounded man's hand.

There was a small scratch on his finger.

"You're a dead man, McGrath." Captain Avery told him, turning over McGrath's hand to reveal a black spot on his palm. "Harper, take a look at this."

Quartermaster Lucius Harper, clad in his tight black pants and puffy white shirt, glanced over from where he stood looking out the window and narrowed his gaze as he looked at the black spot on McGrath's palm.

"Same as all the others." He said before resuming gazing out the window at the dark and foggy night.

Is if from nowhere, a beautiful, melodic and almost hypnotic feminine voice could be heard resonating through the air.

"She's here." Lucius whispered, turning away from the window and looking at Captain Avery and all the other men.

"Oh, save our souls." The Boatswain said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"I've got to escape!" McGrath exclaimed before running out of the cabin.

"Don't go out there! McGrath!" The Boatswain exclaimed. "Don't listen for God's sake! The siren is a-calling!"

Outside, Ship's deck...

McGrath ran onto the deck, tripping on a bit of coiled rope.

Inside, Ship, Captain's cabin...

As the Captain locked the door, Lucius quickly grabbed a pendant from a table that sat in the middle of the cabin before tossing it to him.

Captain Avery then wrapped the leather strap of the pendant around the door handles. On one side of the pendant was a carved relief of a mermaid.

Outside, Ship's deck...

McGrath held his knife in one hand, ready to strike. He was using his other hand to try blocking out the melodic singing.

Inside, Ship, Captain's cabin...

Suddenly, everyone could hear McGrath's scream as the pendant slowly swung at the lock.

Outside, Ship's deck...

Everyone then cautiously came out on to the deck. There was absolutely no sign of McGrath.

Lucius glanced around before his eyes landed on McGrath's pistol, lying just a few feet away.

"Just like I said." Lucius told them, going over and picking up the pistol. "Same as all the others."

"No sign of a struggle." Captain Avery noted. "No bones. No blood."

"We're shark bait, every single one of us." The Boatswain said. "Stuck on the ocean, waiting until the wind changes."

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Loud banging could then suddenly be heard coming from one of the hatches.

"What's that?" Captain Avery asked.

"Could be the creature." Lucius replied as they all approached the hatch cautiously. Lucius aimed the pistol at the hatch just before it burst open to reveal a few certain someones.

"Yo ho ho!" The Doctor exclaimed as Lexi, Sky, Amy and Rory all stood behind him.

"Seriously?" Sky asked, shaking his head as Lexi rolled her eyes.

The Doctor glanced around at everyone. "What?...Does nobody actually say that?"
