Inosukes P.O.V

I took a deep breath and slid the door open. "Oh my my~ look who decided to show up!" miss Shinobu said while giving me a smile, but that smile seemed forced. I shivered and went to my seat. Tanjiro sat next to me. I tsked and put my head on my palm.

The lesson began. Miss Shinobu was always picking me to answer and I said the same thing in a monotone voice "I dunno miss." Tanjiro was answering for me all the time. That goddam cute teachers pet. Wait. DID JUST THINK HE IS CUTE?!?!? I slammed my fist on the table. That startled the whole class and mostly Tanjiro.

"What was that for Inosuke?" Shinobu asked. "None of your goddam business that's what." I answered. "Fucking bitch..." I mutter. Tanjiro hits the back of my head with a smile. Jeez now that's scary... I relax and keep not paying attention to the lesson. Soon I hear the bell ring. I get up and swing my bag over my shoulder.

I start walking towards the door. "Inosuke and Tanjiro, can you stay here for a bit. I want to talk to you guys." Miss Shinobu says sitting down in her desk. "Yes Miss?" Tanjiro walks over to her. "So Inosukes grades aren't the greatest." she glares at me. "Would you able to tutor Inosuke, Tanjiro? You are the top of the class." She says clasping her hands together.

"Of course miss!" Tanjiro says smiling. Oh shit. I ALREADY KNOW I'M DEAD. I MISSED A WHOLE MONTH OF LESSONS. I groan and me and Tanjiro walk towards the door. "So I'm your tutor now Inosuke!" Tanjiro says. He seems way to happy about this thing.

"Yeah yeah sure..." I answer. "So what's your next class?" Tanjiro asks. "Uhhh History." "Oh mine is Biology." Biology... I shiver at the thought Mr Urokodaki. "Well good luck with that" I say and snicker.

The sacred ~Timeskip~

I walked out of the classroom. That was one boring lesson. Finally I'm able to go home! I start walking towards the lockers, when I see the person I want to the least. It's Tanjiro. Chatting with Kanao and Nezuko and some blonde kid.

"Hey Inosuke, did you forget that you have tutoring time with me?" I glance back and see Tanjiro right behind me. I stiffen up. "So I have to tutor Inosuke now! See you tommorow!" Tanjiro says, grabbing my sleeve and tugging me to the library.

When we get there I sit down at one of the tables, Tanjiro of course sits down next to me. "So Inosuke what's the hardest subject for you?" "Math and Biology." I answer. "Alright! So we will start with Biology then." He started explaining. After 15 minutes we hear "Young gentleman, the library is closed!" said the librarian. We packed our bags and went outside the school. "Hey Inosuke can I stay at your place for a bit? I haven't finished with math yet." he chuckled lightly. I was about to say no, but it has been a long time since I had company, so I agreed. We began walking to my house. It wasn't close to the school nor far either. After a good 20 minutes of walking we reached the front door. I unlocked it and we went inside.

Tanjiros P.O.V

I stepped inside. The house was very modern and look pretty. "My mom isn't home so yeah." he said. I took of my shoes and followed Inosuke up to his bedroom. I sat down onto the bed next to Inosuke and took out my books. "Ugh this sucks..." Inosuke grumbled resting his head on his palm. I chuckled slightly. "Oi what's so funny Gonpachiro!?" Inosuke said slightly flustered. "Nothing" I replied smiling at him. He pouted and looked away. Alright I'll give in, I have fallen for him, but I doubt he likes me back. "Ok let's actually start working" I say and look at him. We start doing homework, well mostly I do it for him, but still! We spent time like this until the afternoon. "Well see you tommorow!" I wave to Inosuke at the door. He mutters something, crossing his arms. "Did you say something?" "I said t-thank you for t-tutoring m-me...Idiot." he covers his mouth "No problem! Also we're not done yet." I reply smiling brightly at him. I walk out the door. After leaving the neighborhood, I squeal. He's such an angel! "Hey Tanjiro" It's Kanao. I recognize her voice. What is she doing here? I turn around to see her dressed quite nice. "So, um Tanjiro..." she fiddles with her sleeves "What is it?" "Uhh, ehhh...I'll just show you!" I raise my eyebrow. I feel something against my lips. She kissed me...THAT KISS WAS RESERVED FOR INOSUKE, DAMN IT. I pulled away. "E-eh?..." she sounded heartbroken. "I- I'm sorry... I can't return those feelings..." I apologize, feeling really guilty. She clenches her fist, gritting her teeth "I wish I've never fallen for you, Mr. fucking perfect..." She runs away crying and I stand there surprised, guilt trying to rip me apart. I begin heading home, but one question is bugging me... Why could I smell rotting fruit somewhere close? Kanao didn't have anything on her because the smell came from further away...
