Im so scared im hurting you or upsetting you and its weighing me down so much and causing me to pancake because i hate hurting people and im sorry im so sorry for being so stupid and inconsiderate

I know the feeling but I can assure you you have not hurt me so please do not panic or at least try not to. 

You have nothing to be sorry for, further more you are not stupid and your not inconsiderate, not by any means.

And please next time you think you might be upsetting me or hurting me tell me,  let me know, because chances are I feel the same way. 

And I'll say as I say to most everyone 

It's really hard to hurt or upset me,  

sometimes I make the mistake of acting upset when I'm not in a idiotic attempt to lighten the mood but all that does it make things worse, 

but I'm going to work on not doing that anymore because all it does is lead to us all feeling bad and I'm sorry if I have done that to you.
