Whis' POV

It's been months after our marriage. It was wonderful. All our friends and family were there. Fu was the one to walk Athena down the Isle and Korn was my best man. Luckily I don't hate Fu. It was jealousy talking before.

Right now Athena wasn't feeling well. She's been sad a couple of days from now. I really should ask what's bothering her. This is the best time to ask her.

"Athena," I called her beside me and she turned to me.

"Yes?"

"Athena I've noticed that you have been sad a couple of days. Is something bothering you?" I asked concerned. It's unlikely for Athena to be sad. She always has a happy nature. Like her brother.

"It's Ruyo..."

"Has something happen to him?" I asked worriedly. Ruyo is one whom I care for. He visits and spends time with us both. His company is very welcomed. I would consider him as my son also.

"No... His parents died in a car accident a few days ago. He is now... Orphaned. I'm worried about him Whis," Athena explained sadly. That is sad I must say.

"We should visit and check on him," I suggested.

"That's good but... I'm still worried. What if he doesn't like it there," Athena said looking in my eyes. Now I see what she wants. I gave a kiss to her forehead.

"I understand Athena. It would be a great experience for me too. And I care for him like you," I said smiling and she smiled back.

"Thank you"

The next day

Me and Athena were about to leave when the two male Saiyans showed up. Oh dear...

"Hey Whis, sis," Goku greeted smiling. Vegeta just stood quiet. Athena sighed.

"Hey guys," Athena said smiling. "I guess you're here to train."

"Yeah"

"Whis you can stay, I'll go alone," Athena said. I can hear the sadness in her voice.

"Go where?" the curious Saiyan asked.

"Athena I'll go with you. These two Saiyans can wait. You're more important," I said and Goku whined.

"Thank you," the happiness in Athena returned. It made me smile.

"Let's go," I said and we teleported away.

Planet Arci

We appeared in front of a huge gate. It was written Leone Orphanage. Athena's teleportation is very helpful.

"This is it," Athena said as we entered the gates. We entered the orphanage doors and was greeted by a lady.

"Welcome to Leone orphanage. I'm Leone Minakara. Follow me please," Leone said turning and started to walk away.

"I'm Athena and this is Whis," Athena introduced us as we followed lady Leone. We arrived at her office and we sat down.

"Now how can I help you?" Leone asked in a friendly tone.

"We would like to see Ruyo. I heard he stays here," Athena explained.

"Hmm...can you give me his last name," Leone asked.

"We don't know it"

"Are you related to him?"

"We are just friends"

"I see. Well we have two Ruyo's here in the orphanage. Ruyo Wuchazi and Ruyo Suraka," Leone stated.

"Can you call in both of them," I spoke for the first time. Leone flashed a smile.

"Great idea," she stated and took something I can't describe of, but it seems like metal. "Ruyo Wuchazi and Ruyo Suraka, please come to my office."

After some minutes the door opened and two boys revealed. One bowed slightly and the other didn't. They did not pay attention to us.

"Good day miss Leone," the one we know as Ruyo said sadly.

"Good day to you too Suraka and you Wuchazi. You are both here because miss Athena and Mr Whis wants to see a Ruyo and don't have the last name," Leone explained causing Suraka a spark of happiness. He turned to us and quickly approached Athena and hugged her.

"I missed you Athena," Suraka said happily and Athena returned the hug.

"Me too Ruyo"

"I'm going now, I don't have time for this," Wuchazi said and walked away. That was rude.

"Ruyo, Athena and I have recommended you to live with us. If it's to your liking," I said because I could see Athena was to nervous. Ruyo turned to Athena then to me.

"Really?"

"Yes," I replied and he hugged me. I returned the hug with a smile. It was unexpected yes.

"Thank you mom, dad," Ruyo thanked with a smile. He called me dad, wasn't expecting that either. I guess I'm a father now hohoh.

"You're welcome"

"Omg thats beautiful, as I see this you don't need to sign any papers or that kind of thing," Leone said happily wiping a fake tear.

"Thank you so much miss Leone," Ruyo said as we all stood up. "Is it necessary to go outside when teleporting?"

"I see no reason for it"

"Okay, bye miss Leone," Athena said and grabbed both our hands. We teleported away leaving Leone stunned.

"What a weird family"

So that was the bonus. I always felt that Ruyo belongs to that family heheh. Makes things interesting. Hope u liked it.
