"Do you want to talk about it?" Zeru asked shyly as he flushed. He tried not to look at Daishini for he felt that he would imagine her naked once more.

And that is clearly indecent.

"No I don't want to talk about it Zeru. You shouldn't have been there," Daishini said feigning indifference.

"You were the one who was in my room"

"Just help me prepare. As I said I don't want to talk about it," she just didn't want to talk about it.

Zeru sighed before taking the plated out of the cupboard and setting them decently on the kitchen table while setting other utensils as well. Daishini placed all the food she had prepared on the table as well before sighing. Only thing needed was to call the family.

And have a magnificent family meal.

"I want you to leave my daughter alone," Daichi said and Zeru felt his heart skip. When the former wanted a talk he didn't think he meant this.

"Sir but--"

"Zeru, a deal with Hedes will always end in tears. You can't expect Daishini to love you, to give you all her heart and you leave her just like that"

"....."

"I'm not going to let my daughter have another harsh heart brake. If you want to die, die when you're sure she wouldn't want you anymore," Daichi turned before leaving to his given Chambers.

Zeru stayed there, his mind going in different directions. He was pained by the revelation but he knew it'll hurt Daishini more.
Her father was right, this would hurt her immensely. If he just left, like those bastards, after catching her heart.

He indeed had made a deal with Hedes, that if he could cure his little brother from all the darkness that surrounds him, he would trade his life just for that. That was why he had visited. He wanted to see the progress and it only could be seen by him.
He would do anything for his brother, even if it meant hurting someone else.

Daishini would never forgive him, as well as Zeno, but they can learn to live with it  after he's gone.

It's only months till the deal completes.
