Toodler Dai's POV

I was walking with daddy in the city of the Devine world to get some ice-cream. Mommy is still at home. He is in his human form and has suppressed alot of energy. And when I mean alot I mean the Omni verse big and that's not even enough.

We arrived at an ice cream truck and luckily there was no line. Just another father and his daughter. We stopped by them and the man seemed to be reasoning with the ice-cream man. There was ice-cream on the ground and the girl seemed sad.

"Daddy can I get two?" I asked and he smiled at me getting the idea. He ordered two and a few minutes gave them to me. The girl and man were already leaving.

"Hurry and give it to her," he said and I was quick to go.

"Hey Mr," I called and the man turned to me. I stopped near them with a smile holding the two ice creams.

"Yes little one?"

"I have two and I don't see a reason why I shouldn't share," I said and the girls eye's sparkled. The man smiled at me.

"Thank you little one"

"Here," I said and gave the girl the ice-cream. As my eyes met hers I felt a spark in my heart but I shook it off as daddy called me.

"I'm Daishinkan James and bye," I said and ran to daddy. That was a weird feeling but I hope I meet her again. And maybe be friends with her.

Few years later

I had a spark again at the amusement park. This is the third time I had it and I this about the girl I met a long time ago at the ice-cream truck. This spark is getting a little stronger.

I was running heading for mommy's and daddy's room to give some questions. I knocked on the door loudly.

"Go away!" daddy shouted.

"It's important"

"Fine I'm coming!" I waited a few seconds and I decided to burst in the room. Daddy was wearing a night gown and mommy was in bed covering herself with the sheets surprised. She was a little red and was sweaty.

"Boy don't just burst in like that. Where are you manners," daddy scolded angrily.

"Sorry its just something important," I said and he sighed. I then got on the bed.

"I'm listening"

"Do you remember the girl I met at the ice-cream truck that I gave her ice-cream?"

"Yes I do"

"When I met her I felt a spark in my heart. It has happened three times and the latter I saw her at the amusement Park but she didn't notice me," I said and daddy sat beside mommy.

"It's been long since I dealt with soul mates issue. And it's the first at this age," daddy said and I got confused. Mommy sat up straight still covering herself except for the head.

"Soul mates?"

"Since you and tht girl were born you have been connected. To be lovers. And this spark you're feeling will grow stronger and it'll hurt you. It can only be stopped by you and that girl being lovers. It has happened to many people that refused this love but some came together," mommy explained and my eyes widened.

"Do not worry yourself. That won't happen till a long time because you're an Angel. Being that it keeps you from being hurted for a million or maybe billion years to come. Worst is that you can die by this," daddy stated and I sighed.

"The bad thing about all this is that if you do not get in love with her you'll be empty as time goes by. Empty in your heart and soulless in your entire existence till death"

"I-is there anyway I could get rid of this soul mate thing without falling in love. I'm sure she'll never except this. And we cannot fall in love at this age," I stated sadly.

"You have a point but we do not know how the future goes. And I can't go looking around timeliness because you know why. Let's just hope it goes well," daddy said and ruffled my hair. I hope it'll go well in the near future.

"Are you both soul mates?"

"No other things brought us together and I can't say what because it's bad if you understand at this age (being forced to marry and did a fake out until I realised I loved her) ," daddy said. I gave a smile before leaving the room.
