Hey guys. It's Destiny again. I just want to share why I haven't been on much.

I have problems. We all do. But sometimes others problems will out shine yours. My issues are family, losing my faith, disappearing back to depression. Those are only few of my problems.

I wanted to die. I was going to kill myself. I hated everything about my life. I still do but something's have shown me I am worth it.

The people here at SGC really shown me I am worth it. Worth fighting for. Worth living. Worth loving. Who knew? I am actually worth it.

One kind hello or just taking five minutes of your time could help someone in need. So why don't you try that. Here is a goal for all our readers.

Reach out to someone. Tell them they are amazing. Speak from your heart. You might have experienced the same thing they are right now. A little advice or support could save a person's life.

Think about that for a minute... Just saying something nice or giving advice could save a life. A human being who deserves just as much as anyone.

Thats amazing. So next time you stumble across someone who looks like they could use a nice word do it. Don't worry about saying something wrong or being called weird. Sometimes it will all just be better to talk to them.

If something ever got you really suicidal you know a kind word would move mountains and bring you to tears. Because you know someone cares. When someone cares it changes you. Makes you feel good.

So try and set a goal. Make it work. Whether it's the person next door, the girl that sits alone, the person who posts sad things on there wall, be there. It will all be worth it.

You can be a superhero. You can save a life. A life that matters. So save as many lifes as you can. I know you can't help all but you can help one at a time.
