Day 8.

8. Cook an healthy meal.

We are told to stay home during this trying times, so remain healthy by always whipping up something healthy.


Day 9.

9. Drink more water.

I always do this, its hard to eat more food but more water is always my thing.




Don't forget to wash your hands, sanitize your palms, wear gloves and face masks, stay indoors and most importantly pray for your loved ones.
