hey girls ! if you journal or would like to get started, here are some ideas for you !

• list 10 things that make you really happy
• write about someone who inspires you
• write about something you struggle with
• write about something for which you feel strongly
• write about someone that you miss
• write a letter to a person of your choice
• write about your highs and lows for the month
• a memory you cherish
• list 5 places you want to visit
• list 15 facts about yourself

- ask yourself :
• do I do things out of my comfort zone?
• do i make decisions from a place of love or fear?
• where am I putting in too much energy and where am I not putting enough energy?
• what do I need more in my life?
• how am I treating my body?
• what keeps me motivated ?

i hope this helps ! i really recommend journaling to everyone, as it's a great way to discover yourself, express your feelings, and reflect
