Jaycee was helping as she put all the dead bodies out of the wall, burning them with the others. They had tried to fix everything else, but it would take a while.

She sighed as she stared at the gate, pushing the hair out of her face as she frowned, hearing familiar groans of walkers. She stepped forward as she took a look.

A heard full of walkers. Rick leading them. "Open the gate!" He yelled and Jaycee quickly made her way towards the gate, as did Michonne and Maggie.

The three women pulled on the gate, opening it as Rick ran towards them. Jaycee pulled out her axe as she moved forward, grabbing Rick by the arm and pushing him into Alexandria.

She swung for one of the walkers, hitting them in the head before moving back, michonne closing the gate. Jaycee sighed as she turned to the panting Rick and the worried Deanna.

Jaycee held her daughter as she looked at the wall, the groans of the walkers echoing loudly. "You can hear it." Rick walked towards the crowd. "Some of you saw it. They got back here, half of them. Still enough to surround us 20 deep." Jaycee squeezed her daughters armsโ€”the younger girls eyes frightened. "Look, I know you're scarred. You haven't seen anything like this. You haven't been through anything like this. But we're safe for now. The panel the truck hit seems intact. We reinforced it just in case. Either way, the wall's gonna hold together." He pointed at the walls surrounding them. "Can you? The others, they're gonna be back."

"They're gonna be back." Rosita spoke up, arms crossed over her chest.

"Daryl, Abraham, Sasha, they have vehicles." Rick started as he looked around. "They're gonna lead 'em away, just like the others. And Glenn and Nicholas are gonna walk back through the front gate after. They know what they're doing, and we know what we need to do. We keep noise to a minimum. Pull our blinds at night. Even better, keep the lights out. We'll try to make this place frozen." Rick continued. "As quiet as a graveyard. See if they move on."

"This place is a graveyard." A woman spoke up, making everyone turn to her.

"The quarry broke openโ€”and those walkers were heading this way." Aaron spoke up as we walked forward. "All of them. The plan that Rick put into place stopped that from happening. He got half of them away. I was out there recruiting with Daryl. I wanted to try to get into a cannery and scavenge, and Daryl wanted to keep looking for people. We did what I wanted...and we wound up in a trap set by those people. And I lost my pack." He sighed as he lowered his head. "They must've followed our tracks. Those people who attacked us...they found their way back here because of me."

Jaycee rubbed her forehead, bitting her tongue as she held her daughter close. "There'll be more to talk about." Rick said.

"Deanna?" Someone spoke up, making them turn to see the older woman walking away. "Deanna?" But she kept on walking.

Jaycee stared at the wall the people were painting names on. Glenn. Why were they putting Glenn's name? He wasn't dead.

Then she saw Aaron. She leaned on the white railing of her house as she cleared her throat. "Aaron." The man turned around, a worried look on his face. He assumed she was mad, the natural look on her face saying one hundred things he didn't understand. "Come 'ere." She said in a soft tone.

He nodded his head as he walked over to her house. "You okay?" He asked her as she sent him a smile.

"Yeah, are you?" She asked him back as she sighed, trying to find the words. "It's not your fault. Don't feel guilty. Those names up thereโ€”" She pointed to the wall as he turned around. "Aren't your fault." She leaned off of the railing and walked down the steps. "So don't blame yourself, Aaron. You tried to help and it went the opposite way. We all make mistakes." She softly said, sending him a smile as he took in her words. "But don't have all that weight on your shoulders, buddy."

"Thanks, Jaycee. I appreciate that." Aaron nodded his head as she sent him another smile.

"Don't worry about it." She nodded her head. "Come 'ere." Jaycee pulled him into a hug. "It'll be okay."

Adeline held baby Judith in her arms, offering to take the girl out on a walk, clear her mind. She definitely didn't expect to see Ron and Carl shoving each other. "Your brother is a nuisance." Adeline cooed to the baby, who blew raspberries. "You hungry? I know my moms got some delicious soft cookies. You like that, huh?" Adeline grinned down at the smiling baby.

Adeline walked towards her house, humming a song to Judith, who just laughed. She opened the door to the house, walking towards the kitchen as she opened the cabinet, pulling out the wrapped plate of cookies and placing them on the counter. "How many do you want, Jude? One? Two?" Adeline sighed as she placed Judith down. Judith held up her hands. "Ten? That's almost all of them." Adeline gasped as Judith chuckled. "Okay, but you can't tell my mom."

Adeline pulled out the cookies and handed one to Judith, who drooled all over the cookie with her gums.

"Are you eating my cookies?" Adeline hid the plate behind her back, pointing to Judith as Jaycee leaned in the stairs.

"Judith climbed up on the counter and got them." Adeline grinned, Jaycee tilting her head.

"What's behind your back?" Jaycee smirked as Adeline shook her head.

"Nothing-nothing." Adeline shrugged her shoulders as Jaycee tilted her head once more. "Okay, fine." Jaycee shook her head with a smile, walking over to Judith and picking her up. "You'll never guess what I just saw!" Jaycee chuckled at the memory as she put the cookies away, one in her hand. "For some reason Carl and Ron where having a little tussle. It was funny."

"Why?" Jaycee frowned as she rocked Judith in her arms.

"I don't know. I didn't stop to ask. Carl won. Just like I had taught him." Adeline grinned ad she pretended to cry. "They grow up so quick."

"Yeah, yeah. What a comedic you are, Addie." Jaycee rolled her eyes at her daughters antics.

"Only learned from the best." Adeline shrugged her shoulders as she bit into the cookie.
