PRESSURE AND ANXIETY OF STUDIES AFTER LOCKDOWN

The period of lockdown was very difficult for us, but it also gave us a lot of good things to remember. Spending time with our families, playing the board games that were laying rotten in the back of our almirahs, getting to learn new things, being more familiar with social media, making new friends and what not was indeed very interesting but it is over now isn't it?

Our lives are finally back on track but somewhere deep inside many of us don't want it to because they feel like the life we were in is better than the life we used to live before; but isn't that the whole point? We were *in a world* but we used to *live a life*. We all learned numerous things from that period but it's now high time to see the reality before it's too late. Many might be stressed or have anxiety because they haven't studied anything or very less in the past two years but it is not the time to stress over it.

There is nothing to be anxious about, just make a schedule for you and your studies too. You don't have to leave your social life, but you have to learn to manage both your social and real life together. Try to study a tad bit today, a little more tomorrow, and more on the day after tomorrow because it is not possible for anyone to start studying 10 hours a day overnight.

The sleep you'll have after knowing that you've studied something today, let it be even five to ten pages, will be the best one you've had in the recent months. Satisfaction is something that every human craves, so give it to yourself and your family too, who've been believing in you since the day you were born, you guys deserve it.
