Daphne's fifth year at Hogwart's was approaching rapidly, as was the slow decline of Lucerys' Black health since the Death Eaters attacked Daphne Black and Lucerys in their former home. Daphne found herself in a difficult position as her visions became more violent and plagued her mind at night and she found herself not seeing them as often as she had previously.

She has to learn how to tame her ability as she finds herself slowly deteriorating as well. Something inside of her grew angrier, wanting justice for her father knowing damn well who was the reason for his health decline. Rosalie Lupin. A woman who Daphne wanted nothing more than to see burn to the ground in a pile of ash.

Despite all the negative, Daphne found herself in a sort of middle school relationship with a boy she had been friends with for years. Both trying to learn how to balance a relationship on top of everything going on. But things would eventually become strained... for all good must end at some point.

Unbeknownst to Daphne, everything was changing at a very rapid pace and she best be ready for the day she got the call that she was no longer the heir. But the heiress. She refused to believe that the day was coming soon, and found herself becoming more and more vengeful for those around her and it scared her.

Daphne wasn't sure how much longer she could keep fighting. She hadn't heard from her brother in months and she hadn't seen her cousin. The Order was rising once again and doing their best to track Voldemort's whereabouts but he was good with keeping it quiet, and the spies were struggling to give information in.

The order did their best but wanted the children kept out of it, even Daphne. But everyone knew they'd find out eventually, and that keeping them in the dark only fueled the amount of danger that they were in. And keeping Daphne in the dark? She would keep them in the dark in return.

There was one thing about Daphne, she was valuable to both sides. And she had the key to take down whoever she wanted and she all she had to do was send one letter or whisper one word and one of two people would do whatever she willed.

Because Rosalie may have done some bad things, but Daphne is the worst of them.
