Bada stretched her arms above her head, feeling the satisfying crack of her spine as she did. The morning sun streamed through the curtains of her hotel room, casting a warm glow on the room. She turned her head slightly to see you still peacefully asleep beside her, hair tousled and face relaxed. It was moments like these that made everything worth it—the early mornings, the long rehearsals, the never-ending pressure. With you, it all felt like it had a purpose.

You had been officially together for a few weeks now, and the days had been a blissful mix of stolen moments and shared secrets. Bada couldn't help but smile at the thought of your first date, the nervous energy that had crackled between them, the hesitant yet undeniable chemistry. You had spent the evening wandering Jeju, stopping at a street vendor for tteokbokki and taking a late-night stroll along the coast. It had been simple, perfect, and the start of something she never knew she needed.

But today, you had to work, leaving Bada with some unexpected free time. She had promised herself she would use it to brainstorm choreography, but the idea of a lazy morning was too tempting. As quietly as possible, she slipped out of bed, leaving a soft kiss on your forehead before making her way to the kitchen. After making a cup of coffee, she settled on the couch, pulling out her laptop to at least pretend to be productive.

It wasn't long before Haneul, your younger sister, padded into the living room. Bada had grown fond of Haneul in the short time they'd known each other. She often stayed over when Aera was too busy and last night was one of the nights. Bada enjoyed her company. The girl was a bundle of energy, always curious, and never afraid to ask questions—especially about dancing.

"Unnie, can you show me some moves?" Haneul asked, her eyes wide with excitement.

Bada grinned, setting her laptop aside. "Of course. What do you want to learn today?"

Haneul thought for a moment, her face scrunched up in concentration. "Something cool! Like what you do in your videos."

Bada chuckled, standing up and stretching her arms. "Alright, let's start with something simple and then we can build up to the cool stuff."

They moved to the open space in the living room, and Bada began showing Haneul some basic steps. At first, Haneul's movements were clumsy, her feet getting tangled as she tried to mimic Bada's fluidity. But Bada was patient, guiding her through each step with gentle corrections and encouragement.

"Keep your arms loose, like this," Bada demonstrated, moving her arms in a fluid wave. Haneul copied her, this time with more grace. "That's it! You're getting it."

Haneul beamed with pride, her confidence growing with each small success. They continued practising, the living room filling with laughter every time Haneul stumbled or made a mistake. But Bada's patient guidance and lighthearted attitude made it more fun than frustrating.

As they danced, Bada couldn't help but think about how much she enjoyed these moments. Teaching Haneul was a nice change from the high-pressure environments she was used to, and it was clear that the girl had a natural talent for dance, even if she was still learning.

They were in the middle of a mini dance battle—Haneul insisting she could pull off a move she had seen Bada do on TV—when you walked in. You paused in the doorway, a smile tugging at your lips as you watched them.

"What's going on here?" You asked, amused.

Haneul immediately ran over to you, grabbing your hand and pulling you towards Bada. "Unnie is teaching me how to dance! I'm getting really good, right?"

Bada winked at you, who was still laughing at the sight of your sister's enthusiasm. "She's a natural. I might have to recruit her one day."

You rolled your eyes playfully. "Alright. Well, I'm glad you are having fun but we need to go now."

Haneul pouted. "Can't we stay a little longer?" Cue the puppy eyes. "Please~"

You almost gave in but you shook your head firmly. "Sorry baby but I've gotta work and your mummy misses you."

"Mummy!" Hanuel exclaims.

"Yes, she's waiting at home for you. You get to spend the entire day with her." You started to put on her jacket and grab everything you needed.

You quickly ushered her into the car before making a U-turn and headed back to Bada watching from the hotel lobby.

"Thank you." You whispered, hugging her tight.

You felt Bada shake her head against you. "Stay safe alright? Call me tonight, I'm free."

You nodded and let her go. You walked back to the car. As you hopped in the driver's seat you saw out of the corner of your eye Bada sending you a kiss. You smiled to yourself. You knew that what you had with her was the beginning of something special, and as you glanced back at her, you couldn't help but feel that everything was finally falling into place.
