The sun shone down onto the town of Beacon Hills as the consistent sound of howling was heard from the open windows of every house. Stones were kicked to the side as a wolf with bright red eyes scurried along the street with two other wolves behind.

A girl, named Ava Wood, shot her eyes open as her breathing enhanced. She pushed the sheets of herself as she got to her feet realising she had a nightmare. Ava scurried along to the fridge and got a glass of milk to calm her nerves. A shadow became visible on the floor of the house making her put her drink down.

"Hello?" she called out. A lady came into view releasing Ava's nerves by a mile. "Mom, didn't know you were awake" Her mother fixed her hair into a low ponytail, "I just got a call from Lydia's mom, I've been advised that you should go to Beacon Hills". Ava furrowed her eyebrows not understanding what her mother had told her.

"I have to go somewhere, only temporarily, but you can stay with Lydia" Ava Wood was a distant cousin of Lydia Martin, so she was used to going to Beacon Hills every now and then but she hasn't gone in about four years. "And what would I be doing exactly?" She asked. "You would be going to the high school for a few but it won't be long I promise"

Ava didn't know if her mom would keep the promise but she knew wherever she had to be was with her cousin. The moonlight started fading as the sun was starting to be in view.

Ava got herself ready for her last day at school before heading to Beacon Hills and packed her bag full of school supplies.

"Ava wait up!" a girl voice spoke behind, causing her to stop in her tracks. It was Elizabeth, her friend of six years, she began running towards her to catch up with Ava. "You seem pre-ocuppied, what's on your mind?" Elizabeth asked.

"My mom is sending me to Beacon Hills to be with Lydia" she admitted. "Why is she sending you away when you live in the city of love?!"

Paris. The city where love is supposed to blossom through every door. In this case, it was no city of love for Ava. "She never told me why, but I know it has to be a good reason"

Ava and Elizabeth walked into the doors of Everbanders High keeping themselves to themselves.

"Hey baby" a tall, brown haired guy spoke shoving his hand into Elizabeth's back pocket.

"Hi Tristan" she said with a smile. "Listen I gotta get to class, see ya" Ava told Elizabeth and rolled her eyes heading into class.

Ava took a seat and got out her text books. "Is this seat taken?" a person asked, pointing to a seat next to Ava.

She looked outside of the door, awaiting the precense of Elizabeth but saw Tristan and her kissing.

"No, it's not taken" she sent the boy a smile. "I'm Harry" he introduced himself.

"Ava"

The rest of the class was filled with Ava and Harry's laughs and giggles. "Will I be seeing you around?" he asked suddenly.

"I'm actually moving for a few months so maybe when I get back" she told him, getting her books back into her bag.

A sudden pain shot through her head causing her to go dizzy slightly. She lifted her hands up to see a double pair of hands, she shook her head and everything seemed to go back to normal.

Ava went to lunch, noticing Elizabeth and Tristan had dissapeared but she knew they were probably skipping together.

"Is this seat taken?" the boy from her class asked. "No, the seat is yours Harry"

"I'm just curious, aren't you usally acommpanied by that girl named Elizabeth?" Ava nodded her head not wanting to get into the details.

Elizabeth mostly stayed by her side but since she had gotten that boyfriend he controlled what she was doing everyday. It reminded her of Jackson and Lydia.

Lydia used to tell Ava all about Jackson and what an ass he was. "She decided to skip with her boyfriend"

He slowly nodded his head and shifted himself closer to Ava.

"You're really pretty" he muttured under his breath.

Her cheeks became a flushed out red colour. "Thanks" she picked up her fork and carefully placed it back down once the sensation that she had just got rid of came back.

"You okay?" he asked knowing something was wrong. Her mouth became familiar with a certain kind of liquid making her rush to the girls toilets and throw up.

She grabbed an anxiety pill from her back pocket shoving it down. "Stupid moving" she whispered. Last time she moved from California to Paris she had the same symptoms. The anixety of moving.

Ava grabbed her water from her bag and took a big gulp and headed back to lunch to see Harry awaiting her to arrive with his leg bouncing up and down.

"Didn't feel well, I'm okay now though" she told him.

The day seemed to quicken because before you know it she was back at her home packing.

Ava hopped out of the car as Lydia helped her put the boxes, of her stuff, into a room that was now temporarily hers. "So this is it, hasn't changed much but glad it's finally behind used" Lydia admitted as she pushed her hair from her face. Ava placed some boxes onto the floor and Lydia helped organise the room to look like a room.

"You are so going to love Beacon Hills, did you meet Allison last time you were here?" Lydia asked, to which Ava shook her head. "Well let's go then!"

Okay so ik Stiles and everyone hasn't been mentioned yet but i wanted to set a lil insight to Ava's life. Ava was sick because of her anxiety. I wanted to make it to where she has these personal battles that she has to get over.

Also can we mention how Elizabeth ditched her for the whole day? such a bad friend.
