ᴘʀᴏʟᴏɢᴜᴇ,

ꜱᴇᴄᴏɴᴅ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴ ᴘᴏɪɴᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴠɪᴇᴡ. . .

It was late. Very late. You should have been sleeping, but your eyes were glued out the window. You found yourself trying to gaze at the stars that were in view, a habit you only recently picked up. You found it difficult due to the rain. It was peaceful, though, but more importantly, they reminded you of that night. They reminded you of him.

A vibration from your phone made you look away from the window. There was a notification from your newly installed security system, someone was at your door. You hadn't heard a knock. You pulled up the camera footage stream to see that someone was waiting just outside. The individual looked unsure. You couldn't recognize them, their face was hidden from the camera's line of sight. However, you did recognize the black sweatshirt they wore. He had once given it to you.

You slowly unlocked and opened the door and just as you thought, Tenko stood at your doorstep. He was shocked you opened the door at all. You watched as he opened his mouth to say something, but closed it. Tenko didn't know what to say. Being so close to you and looking into your eyes rattled him. You grabbed his arm and dragged him inside, slamming the door shut once he was inside.

"What the hell are you doing here?" You asked in a low voice, trying not to look at him. It took Tenko a moment to find himself again.

"I didn't think I'd miss you this much," He confessed shakily, not daring to step closer to you. "I just--I couldn't stay away from you any longer." You didn't respond at first, too upset to form any sentences. "I haven't been able to stop thinking about you, (Y/n)." You turned your back to him, crossing your arms over your chest. You should never have opened that damn door. Tenko moved closer to you, pulling his hood off.

"Please tell me that kiss meant something to you," Tenko muttered, honestly scared of his own pleas. "Please."

"It did! But... " You sighed, hating what you just admitted to. "But I don't know what it meant."

"You don't have to join us!" Tenko persisted, truly reaching a new level of desperation. "You don't have to be a part of The Leauge, or give me information, or--or any of it! I just want to love you." You felt him gently brush some strands of your hair carefully, one of his fingers just ghost the back of your neck. You heard him mutter again that he loves you.

But that was three months ago.
