Extracts

Extracts are dust formed when a new land is discovered. These Extracts contain sometimes even thousands of ethnicities of the land.

Birth of CH

When extracts from many different regions or enough extract from one region is collected to form a CH.

So most of the oldest CH, China, Ind etc don't have actually parents but have half siblings and kids.

How?

When extracts that made up two separate CH form another one, the new CH is half siblings with both the other CH but the other 2 CH aren't related. And when a CH takes an enough extract of a region to create a state/ut/province/etc. This makes the creation their biological kid(if the extract was from their own land, there are cases CH take extract of a far off land to create a kid to keep as a colony for that land). So many CH are half related.

(so now its basically asexual reproduction for CH and the thing with their pigments stays same, just now the pigments exists in extracts. And no CH is fully related, all are either parent/kid or half siblings)
