Backstory: Harley was born into a middle-class family in Boston, Massachusetts, where he lived a good life until tragedy struck at the age of six. A fire broke out, and although he was saved, his parents did not survive, leaving him as the lone survivor. With no family to take him in, he was placed in the foster care system and moved from one home to another, where he often did not receive the attention and care he needed. As a result, he developed unhealthy coping mechanisms and bears many scars from his difficult experiences. After moving around Massachusetts, New York, and Texas, he eventually ended up in Oklahoma. Just a week ago, he found himself in Tulsa with his new foster family where he and many others will explore their new lives in Tulsa.
