I also can't format things as well as Sam, so if it doesn't look as nice as it did last chapter, there's your reasoning LMAO. The next page will be out shortly after this. Keep in mind here that any reference to age will be the age they are stuck at, and not how long they have lived. No connections are indicators of love interests either, and your character is not limited to these connections, these are just to set up some dynamics in advance! If you've discussed a conn with any of the admins of characters already canon to the plot (i.e. the ones here), feel free to put that on forms too.

THE PEREGRINE.

THE PEREGRINE is a ymbryne, which means she has the ability to transform into a bird, in her case, a falcon, and to control time. Ymbrynes can transform into birds at will, but their most significant power is the capacity to manipulate time, responsible for creating and maintaining time loops. A time loop is a localised bubble in time where a particular day repeats endlessly, protecting peculiars from aging. They may also move through time to some extent, able to navigate through different loops and relocate where danger arises.

DYNAMICS: no particular connection with any slot, but she's connected to all of them as a whole as the caretaker and protector of the peculiar children in her time loop. She is, in all senses of the word, the guardian of the other slots, aside from DEAD MAN WALKING, who she has been trying to eradicate in secrecy without having her children fret. The one failure of hers to protect THE LOST plays constantly on her mind, and has led to her becoming even more strict for the sake of protecting her children.

THE DETECTOR.

THE DETECTOR has the ability to see and sense creatures called Hollowgasts, invisible to most people. He's able to see these creatures in their true form, even when others cannot, an ability he inherited from his grandfather. This power is incredibly rare, making him one of the few able to track down Hollows, crucial to the safety of the peculiar community. Beyond just seeing them, he can also sense their general presence, even if they aren't in his direct line of sight. His ability develops and becomes stronger over time, initially difficult to understand and utilise, but gradually becoming more reliable and precise.

DYNAMICS: he's closest to THE LEVITATOR when he first arrives, because they're the main one who led him to Miss Peregrine. Out of all the children, he clashes most with THE DEADRAISER, who seems to have some resentment towards him for numerous reasons. DEAD MAN WALKING is his psychiatrist, but he has no idea that he's actually a wight, or of his true identity. For the most part, the children love him and get along with him.

DEAD MAN WALKING inherited a morbid ability, the kind shunned by even other peculiars. He has the ability to detach and dislocate limbs at will, be that an arm, a hand, or whatever else, while the body part still retains its autonomy to move. After his failed experiment in immortality, he has less control over his abilities, now a wight. When his emotions are heightened, sometimes his limbs detach without his control, which makes blending into the human world a struggle at times.

DYNAMICS: disguised himself as THE DETECTOR's psychiatrist, known to him by the new name he has adopted, Mr. Agnusdei, but is known by his birth name, Mr. (Aurelio) Benevento, by the ymbrynes. He has committed himself to hunting down peculiars to restore the humanity of the subject of his devotions, and is seeking to restart the failed immortality experiment from all those years ago. He is the leader of the wights. After his parents sent him away, they ended up having another child, and somewhere down the line, he ended up with a descendant, THE PROJECTOR, though neither is aware of their relation... yet. THE PEREGRINE is, but has kept that information hidden for the sake of the child.

THE DEADRAISER.

THE DEADRAISER possesses a rather macabre ability: the power to animate the dead, also known as necromancy. He can bring dead things to life, be that humans, animals or even inanimate objects. However, these require a transfer of life force, requiring a heart proportionate to the size of the remains or the object. Once risen, the dead-raiser is able to control the body, regardless of if it's a human or not. He happens to be of those dead-raisers who have better control of their gift, being able to revive even human corpses, although it takes a lot of effort out of him. Like DEAD MAN WALKING, his ability is stigmatised within the peculiar community.

DYNAMICS: he was the best friend of THE LOST, the sunshine to his shadow, before his passing, which hit him deeply. He doesn't get along with most of the other children due to being more on the pessimistic and harsh side, not to mention his ability keeping most at a distance. He used to be extremely close to THE DETECTOR's grandfather and had wanted to leave the timeloop with him to help hunt Hollows, but when the other boy left, he felt a mixture of anger and betrayal, especially when he didn't come back. He takes out a lot of that on THE DETECTOR, especially due to the complicated grief involved when learning of the man's passing, and because he believes THE DETECTOR's presence is going to lead the wights to their door. He talks to THE LEVITATOR semi-frequently, but they don't get along, he's just in charge of helping them with their rope.

THE LOST.

THE LOST was killed by a Hollowgast once he ventured outside of the time loop one day, and his body now remains in the attic, preserved. Before his death, he had the ability of echo mimicry, the same as his younger sibling, which means he can reproduce any sound he hears with absolute accuracy. Whether it's a voice, the sound of an animal, of an object, anything along those lines. Stored sounds may also be recalled and used at will. Those who possess this ability have enhanced auditory perception and have acute hearing, able to distinguish sounds and voices effortlessly.

DYNAMICS: the brother of THE ECHO, the two shared a very close bond up until his death, which hit them hard. His death is one of THE PEREGRINE's biggest regrets, and the reason she only wears black as well as her netted veil, blaming herself for his death. He was beloved by all of the children, but especially his best friend, THE DEADRAISER, who sometimes goes up to the attic to raise his body and talk to him against the explicit orders of THE PEREGRINE for no one to go up there.
