It had been two moons since Dappledpaw and Furypaw became apprentices. And now, it was Crystalkit and Owlkit's turn! "Crystalkit! Stay still!" Lightstep growled as she started to lick Crystalkit's fur "How?! We're becoming apprenticed! I can't wait to know who my mentor is!" Owlkit nodded in agreement "I want Jadetooth." Owlkit mewed "I want Spiritstar!" Owlkit snorted "You won't get Spiritstar! He's the leader and has no time for you!" "Well you've never even talked to Jadetooth!" Crystalkit retorted "Stop bickering!" Lightstep hisses putting her paw in between the two fighting kits "Now, go out and wait for Spiritstar to call a clan meeting." Crystalkit and Owlkit both said "Yes Lightstep." And dashed off.

"Let all cats old enough to climb the high ledge please come for a clan meeting!" Spiritstar yowled hopping onto the large smooth rock that was in the middle of camp "First off, I would like to say that Riverdusk, my mate, is expecting kits, our kits." Cats crowded around the beautiful silver she-cat as she looked down at her round belly. "Now for apprentices." Spiritstar mewed getting all the cat's attention "Owlkit please step forward." Owlkit shivered but padded towards the Highstone "Owlkit. You have reached the age of 6 moons and you are ready to become an apprentice." Spiritstar yowled to the clan "Until you get your warrior name, you shall be known as Owlpaw, Adderstrike, you are Kind and patient, I hope you pass down these skills to your new apprentice." Adderstrike's eyes were filled with glee. He was training his own daughter! Looks like I was right. Crystalkit thought half grinning "Crystalkit, please step forward." Spiritstar said to the silver she-cat as she bounded forward "You have reached the age of six moons and you are ready to become an apprentice, so, from this day forward, you shall be known as Crystalpaw." Cats waited to hear who would mentor her. "And with your spunky attitude, you'll need somebody calm and collected. So, I will mentor you." Cats gasped others stayed silent. Adderstrike and Owlpaw finally touched noses before Cryrtalpaw and Spiritstar did "Owlpaw! Crystalpaw! Owlpaw! Crystalpaw!" Furypaw shouted soon, the others joined in until it faded into small conversation.
