After my first gym battle, Luke asks, "So where are you going next?"

I say, "I am not sure about that. Mark, do you have any ideas?"

Mark says, "If that's the case, how about we go to Dewford Island? I mean, the FS Resort is over there and we can rest there."

"You mean 'the FS Resort'?" May gasps. "I always wanted to see that place! Just think about the stores..."

"But I still want to explore more about the Rustboro City, we didn't get to see the Devon Corp as well." Alice says.

"That sounds good." Max says, but he accidentally spills his drink on his Rotom Phone. "Uh oh..."

"Your Rotom Phone..." Luke says, "I suggest that you change it at the Devon Corp."

We decide to head there until we see a commotion at the fountain. And much to our surprise, we see the Devon Corp's president Mr. Stone there in a panic. Luke yells, "Grandpa! What's the problem?"

"Luke!" Mr. Stone also notices us and greets us, before saying, "My Castform is stuck inside the fountain..."

I say, "This is horrible, we need to help it out." Then we decide to go to the fountain and use our Pokemon to break it and get the Castform out. After getting the Pokemon out, he says, "Thank you so much..."

"No problem." I say.

Then he notices the Rotom Phone on Max's hand and says, "Oh boy, looks like you have a broken Rotom Phone there..."

"Yeah... Is it true that the Devon Corp can fix it?" Max asks.

"Of course." He says, but Luke asks, "But Grandpa, shouldn't you be in the corporation building? What are you doing here?"

And it is then two people come from the car, and Mr. Stone seems to be in a panic. "Just bring it to the corporation and we'll get it fixed. Gotta run!"

"Wait, Grandpa!" Luke yells, but he's already gone, and also his pursuers. May says, "Your grandfather sure is a good runner..."

Then we arrive at the Devon building, and Max says, "Wow... this building is so big..."

"Our family are good with business of course." Luke says with a smile.

When we got inside the building, we noticed Officer Jenny asking Mr. Stone if there was someone plotting to infiltrate the building, and that they should double-check security until they found out more.

"There you are, Grandpa." Luke says. "We come as you wanted."

Then we walk through a corridor and Mr. Stone asks Max to hand over the Rotom Phone so he can give it to the researchers and fix it. Then he decides to give Max and May a tour since we have already been here before because of family reasons.

We also get to the Fossil Restoration devices, Pokemon Speech Translators, and even the device to become a Pokemon. May and Max are in awe, and before he can tell us more, his assistant manages to come and tells him to get back to his office because of appointments, although Mr. Stone manages to call him away in the end because of some excuses.

"Out of the way! Move it!" Just then, we hear a commotion, and we see an Aqua grunt running through the corridors and outside of the building, and there is a scientist chasing after him.

"Wait! Pleeeaaase!" The scientist groans. "Don't take those parts!"

Mr. Stone asks, "What's going on here?"

"Mr. President! I was robbed by Team Aqua! They stole the creation fluids and the special parts!" The scientist panics.

"What? They stole the parts?" Mr. Stone gasps in shock.

"We have to chase after that Aqua Grunt, Grandpa." Luke says.

"We'll go after them." I say as we all chase out, and we all head to Route 116 until we lose track of them.

"Where are yooouuu?! Peeeeeeko!" We hear an old man's yelling, and we rush to the old man, Mr. Stone says, "Mr. Briney. What are you doing here?"

"Mr. Stone! Ohhh, what am I to do? We were just out on our walk, Peeko and I, when we were attacked by an odd thug... And then the scoundrel made off with my darling Peeko!"

"That must be the same Aqua Grunt who stole our papers and the creation fluid..." Mr. Stone says.

"I think they all head into the cave." Alice says as we spot a cave in front of us. Luke says, "This is the Rusturf Tunnel. It was one of the construction projects from the Devon Corp."

"The tunnel was nearly complete when I realized that the work was disturbing the local Whismur population. I have canceled the protect, but there are still people who are brave enough to travel." Mr. Stone says.

When we get into the cave and find the grunt, who has the bag of the parts and the Wingull in the cage. "Grah, keelhaul it all! This hostage Pokemon turned out to be worthless! And to think I made a getaway... into this tunnel to nowhere!"

"Give us back the things that you stole from our company!" Mr. Stone demands.

"I don't think so!" He throws a Pokeball and sends out the Poochyena to battle, and just when we are about to finish the grunt, Team Rocket suddenly rushes into the tunnel.

"Team Rocket?" I gasp.

"What are you three doing here?" Luke yells.

It turns out that Officer Jenny is chasing after them, and it gives the Aqua grunt a chance to attack us with the Snarl attack. Then he tries to run out of the tunnel, but is tripped by Team Rocket.

"Pikachu! Quick Attack and get back those things!" I yell, and Pikachu uses the moves to steal the bag and the cage with Peeko in it.

"This is plain, not right... The boss told me this would be a slick and easy job to pull. All I had to do was steal some parts from Devon. Tch!"

Then he manages to escape, and Team Rocket realizes that we're now focusing on them and they all run away as well. It is at the same time Mr. Briney comes in. "Peeko! Am I glad to see you're safe!"

He then turns to us, "My Peeko owes her life an' freedom to you! They call me Mr. Briney."

After we introduce ourselves, he says, "I sincerely thank you! If there's ever a thing I can do to help you in turn, don't you hesitate to tell me. If I'm to be found, it will always be at my cottage by the sea near Petalburg Woods."

After he leaves, Mr. Stone says, "It's a good thing that the fluids and the parts are still intact. We'll take these back to the corporation."

"And while you're here, how about you try to capture some Pokemon around the area first before coming to find us?" Luke asks.

"That sounds like a great plan." I say as we bid farewell to the others. And before we leave the tunnel, we capture a Whismur in the tunnel.

Whismur: The Whisper Pokemon: Normal Type. Normally, Whismur's voice is very quiet - it is barely audible even if one is paying close attention. However, if this Pokémon senses danger, it starts crying at an earsplitting volume.

Then as we continue training our Pokemon, we notice a Skitty running towards us.

"Help, help, my friend is in trouble..." The Skitty says to us and she takes us to her friend, who is ill-looking.

"Wow, that Skitty is so cute..." My squeals. Before she can battle it with Torchic, I stop her because the fine one wants her friend to be healed first.

Minami says, "I think there is a place who can help the Skitty." Then we rush to an aromatherapy laboratory known as The Greenhouse, which is actually nearby.

"What is Aromatherapy?" May asks.

"Oh, it is a method of healing using fragrances. It is also a Grass-type move that can heal any status conditions." Ash says.

A woman in a lab coat notices the group standing at the front entrance and asks if she can help them. She introduces herself as Eliza, and then she helps them with Skitty as well as gives them a tour, where she explains that she mixes the Sweet Scents of Pokémon with aromatic herbs and flowers to create healing remedies.

"Is she okay?" The Skitty asks in worry, I pet her and says, "Don't worry, she said that it is merely experiencing fatigue."

The aromatherapist then concocts a brew right before their eyes and places it in an aerosol device to spread it into the air. May decides to watch over Skitty as it recovers, and in the meantime, Eliza takes the others, as well as Skitty, through the gardens.

Once the Skitty wakes up, she starts to chase after its own tail, Alice asks, "What is she doing?"

Then the Skitty that was with me also plays with the Skitty as they start to chase after Pikachu until May and Alice pick them up. Eliza gives Skitty some food to keep up its strength, though May decides it is the perfect time to try and catch Skitty.

But before they can do it, Team Rocket appears and they try to take the perfume, but thanks to the help of Pikachu, they blast off again. We decided to capture the two Skitty. But the ball falls off of our hands and the two Skitty go into the balls themselves.

Skitty: The Kitten Pokemon: Normal Type. Skitty is known to chase around playfully after its own tail. In the wild, this Pokémon lives in holes in the trees of forests. It is very popular as a pet because of its adorable looks.

"Thank you for everything." I say to Eliza.

"No problem, good luck on your journey." Eliza says. Much to their surprise, the Skitty pops out of their Pokeballs by themselves, and they start to chase each others' tails again, causing us to laugh. And then after a while, we also find a Nincada resting on the ground, and Alice also captures it.

Nincada: The Trainee Pokemon: Bug and Ground Type. Nincada lives underground. It uses its sharp claws to carve the roots of trees and absorb moisture and nutrients. This Pokémon can't withstand bright sunlight so avoid it.

After we're back to the Devon Corp, we get to the office and greet Luke and Mr. Stone. "I heard from my staff that you saved the papers not once but twice, you have my thanks. There's a favor I'd like to ask of reliable Trainers like you."

"What is it, Mr. Stone?" I ask.

Mr. Stone takes out a letter to me and says, "I want to ask you to deliver this Letter to my son, Steven. You should find him in Dewford."

Luke says, "I'll be coming along for a short while because it sure has been a while since I saw Dad."

"Wait, you mean Steven Stone? The Hoenn Champion?" Max asks. "I want to see him!"

"Of course you can. Steven Stone is also good friends with our parents." Mark says.

"You'll have to cross the sea to reach Dewford, of course. I'll ask Mr. Briney, the old sailor who lives in that hut on Route 104, to help with the crossing. Go find him, and he should agree to help you. I'm counting on you!"

Then we bid farewell and we head to Route 104 to find Mr. Briney so he can take us to Dewford Island.
